On the sign of the optimal combining weights under the error-variance minimizing criterion

Building on the well-known measure of the optimal combining weights under the error-variance minimizing criterion, this note has extended the sign-determination rule to the case of combining more than two competing forecasts. The algebraic rule derived provides a quick way to check the sign of each combining weight without directly comparing the correlation and variances of individual forecasting errors.     

The innovation research of financial early-warning index measurement

The period economic fluctuation is vital for an enterprise to exist and further develop,it directly affect the enterprise financial health.So,it is significant to build up financial early-warning index and measure the warning condition that the enterprise faces and take the effective measures to eliminate. We criticize Altman's Z calculating model and build up some new indexes for enterprise financial early-warning condition measuring and making sound decision.     

华佗再造丸治疗脑血管病疗效评估

用华佗再造丸治疗脑血栓、脑出血及其后遗症52例,其有效率达90.5％,对照组20例,10例脑出血用20％Mannitol及止血剂治疗,10例脑血栓用低分子右旋糖酐及脑络通治疗,有效率为70％,有高度显著性差异,P<0.001,笔者认为该药是治疗脑血管病较理想的中成药,具有镇静神经,滋阴强心,舒经活络,活血化瘀等作用。对病程短的年纪青的病人的疗效更为显著,脑出血性与脑缺血性疾病均有疗效,正是中药一药多用、一药多治的微妙体现。推测对脑血管病后遗症有效可能与该药能促进神经再生因子(NGF)的合成和利用有关。     

苯甲酰三氟丙酮与稀土配合物的合成及性质研究

本文合成了苯甲酰三氟丙酮（Ｌ）和三苯基氧膦（ＴＰＰＯ）、联吡啶（Ｂｉｐｙ）、邻菲罗啉（ｐｈｅｎ）、四甲基氢化铵（ＮＭｅ４ＯＨ）与稀土Ｙ、Ｌａ、Ｅｕ、Ｔｂ离子的混合型配合物。测定配合物的Ｈ１ＮＭＲ谱及质谱,并对测定结果进行了分析。     

电场作用油葵种子后苗期生长抗干旱性的试验

用不同强度的匀强电场作用油葵种子一定时间,实验测定电场对幼苗根系活力、植株缺水程度和抗旱生长的影响．结果表明：油葵种子受电场作用后能够提高苗期生长的抗干旱性能

一种硫代酰胺基螯合功能纤维的研制

以腈纶纤维为起始原料,经乙二胺预交联后,以DMF作溶剂与硫化钠反应,合成了一种硫代酰胺功能基可达5.6mmol/g千纤维的含硫螯合功能纤维,利用红外光谱、硫含量测定等手段对这种功能纤维的结构进行了初步确定并探讨了溶剂、摩尔比以及时间、pH等对反应产物的影响.     

Pattern formation in Rayleigh-Bénard convection: Numerical simulation with a coupled-map-lattice model

The various patterns formed in Rayleigh-Bénard convection under different conditions are numerically simulated with a coupled-map-lattice model. In the case of a lower aspect ratio (L/d=5), the simulations vividly depicted the main features of the transition process from a laminar state to a soft turbulence and then to a hard turbulence. In this case, the cellular structure in a horizontal section is also reproduced. In the case of a larger aspect ratio (L/d=30), the simulations successfully reproduced the spiral-defect chaos and target chaos in the initial stage of the pattern evolution which were recently found in experiments. In this case, for a fluid ofPr=1, it is verified in simulations that both the ideal straight rolls and spiral-defect chaos are stable attractors in the same parameter regime, and that the initial condition is a decisive factor for which one of the two is formed. In the same case, for a fluid ofPr=4, the target patterns are dominant instead of the spirals, the sizes and distributions of the target are also notably dependent on the initial condition.     

新基因ZNF325在人类早期胚胎中的表达

锌指蛋白基因家族是人类最大的基因家族之一，目前已知的很多转录调控因子都是锌指蛋白成员^[1]。初步克隆了一个与RBAK基因有着高度同源性的人类C2H2型锌指蛋白新基因，经国际基因命名委员会批准命名为ZNF325，此基因位于染色体7p22，长2697个碱基，含5个外显子，在基因组DNA上长15kb。它编码的蛋白质全长462个氨基酸，含15个C2H2型的锌指。Northern Bolt分析表明该基因在人类早期胚胎的各个组织中普遍表达，在肺和脑中的表达水平最强，但在肝中的表达随着胚胎的发育而逐渐减少。它的结构和表达特征预示着它编码的是一个具DNA结合功能的转录调控因子。
