地方院校基础课物理化学实验教学中的问题及对策

物理化学实验是一门集数学、物理、化学于一体的必修综合性技能课程，起着连接基础学科、应用学科及科学研究的作用。该文结合地方院校的物理化学实验过程教学内容、实验数据处理、学生对仪器设备的使用等教学环节及考核方式，同时对学生心理情况进行了分析，再对教学中出现的问题进行了阐述，并提出通过循环式教学、加强实验技能及设置开放式实验等方法提高教学质量，在教学过程中注重培养学生的动手操作能力，适应了目前应用型人才培养模式。     

Effects of baria on propane oxidation activity of Pd/Al2O3 catalyst: Pd–BaO interactio n and reaction routes

The BaO-modified Pd/Al2O3exhibits much better catalytic activity than Pd/Al2O3for C3H8 oxidation both before and after the hydrothermal aging treatment. Further studies ascribe its good activity to the influence of BaO species on the physicochemical characteristics of the catalyst and the reaction routes. Firstly, the BaO species inhibits the phase transformation of alumina, resulting in higher surface area of the catalysts and hereby a better dispersion of Pd. Secondly, the basic nature and electron-withdrawing effect of barium oxide maintain palladium at high oxidation state, which leads to a higher PdO content on surface of the BaO-modified catalyst. Finally, the formation/decomposition of carbonate/bicarbonate species can be promoted by the addition of BaO, which provide extra reaction routes and are important for the deep oxidation of C3H8.

本文研究了流体流过带有狭槽的管道的流动问题,得到了流场中的速度分布规律。     

液体摩擦轴承的温升和精密机床热平衡态的判别

本文利用薄壁的概念,建立了具有内热源——润滑油摩擦发热情况下的轴承、润滑油和轴三容薄壁系统的热平衡方程,得到了精密机床轴承,润滑油和轴温升的解析解,继而讨论了轴承的最大温升和热平衡态的判别,最后对JB-2278-78提出一些修改意见。     

大鼠心肌缺血模型在环境毒理学中应用的探讨

结扎大鼠左冠状动脉的左室支,造成局部心肌缺血,大体标本活性体染色与光镜检查的结果相符合,均显示缺血中心区大部分心肌梗塞,变性;缺血损伤在导致心电图紊乱的同时,还使心肌组织的脂质过氧化产物丙二醛大量生成和自由基清除剂超氧化物歧化酶的活性显著下降;     

Stability of diatomaceous silica and its geochemical implication

An experiment of stability of diatomaceous silica was performed. The results show that pH value and temperature dominantly influence the stability. The pH value concerning largely dissolving diatomaceous silica is 2-3 higher than that amorphous silica due to the buffer action of coexistent clay minerals. The solubility of diatomaceous silica rises distinctly when temperature is over 40℃, which suggests the cause of distribution of large-scale diatomite deposits in the middle to high latitude areas over the world. There is no close relationship between the solubility of diatomaceous silica and time, which shows that the content of diatomaceous silica in diatomite deposits are determined by the latest environment condition since they formed and bore no relation to the time they experienced.

载体SiO2表面修饰对钒基催化剂丙烷氧化脱氢催化性能的影响

用ＸＲＤ,Ｒａｍａｎ,ＦＴ－ＩＲ,＾５１Ｖ－ＮＭＲ,Ｐｙ－ＩＲ和ＴＰＲ－ＴＰＯ表征ＳｉＯ２或ＳｉＯ２上预负载ＭｇＯ后负载的钒氧化物催化剂体系。ＳｉＯ２上直接负载钒氧化物,在钒负载量约为５ｗｔ％Ｖ２Ｏ５时出现Ｖ２Ｏ５晶相,而预负载ＭｇＯ在相同钒含量时则没有出现Ｖ２Ｏ５晶相,表面预负载ＭｇＯ促进了钒氧化物在载体表面的分散。     

虚拟专用网络的一般体系结构模型

互联网络的安全问题限制了许多应用的发展．虚拟专用网络技术则可在公用网络环境中向用户提供类似专用网络的信息传输框架．鉴于目前各种虚拟专用网络产品功能的局限性,尤其是在安全特性和互操作性方面的问题,本文在综合了一些主要厂家产品模型的基础上提出了一个通用的虚拟专用网络的体系结构模型．该模型可作为该项技术今后进一步发展和应用的理论指导,有助于技术的规范化
