显微组织对NdFeB磁体β（iHc）的影响

研究了显微组织对ＮｄＦｅＢ磁体ｉＨｃ及β（ｉＨｃ）的影响，对ＮｄｘＦｅ９３－ｘＢ７磁体，ｘ从１６增加到２８时，Ｈｃ增加了５５％，β（ｉＨｃ）降低了约１１％；进一步优化显微组织，增加富Ｎｄ晶间相，减弱晶粒间的磁耦合作用及消除晶粒表面的高退磁场区域，不仅可提高磁体的矫顽力，亦可显著改善其矫顽力温度系数。     

￣（45）Ca跨膜流动测定技术用于中药钙拮抗作用的研究

应用￣（４５）Ｃａ跨膜流动测定技术研究钙拮抗剂ｖｅｒａｐａｍｉｌ、中药西红花（ＣｒｏｃｕｓＳａｔｉｖｕｓＬ．）、“地奥心血康”（ＤＡＸＸＫ）、川红花（ＣａｒｔｈａｍｕｓｔｉｎｃｔｏｒｉｕｓＬ．）及银杏叶（ＧｉｎｋｇｏｂｉｌｏｂａＬ．）等对大鼠主动脉￣（４５）Ｃａ跨膜内流的作用，以确定其对细胞膜Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道影响。实验结果表明：西红花、川红花、ＤＡＸＸＫ对平滑肌细胞膜上电压依赖Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道（ＰＤＣ）和受体操纵Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道（ＲＯＣ）都有阻滞作用，并以西红花的阻滞作用最强；而银杏叶对细胞膜Ｃａ￣（２＋）通道无阻滞作用。     

Synthesis of glucoside compounds of ferrocenyl phenols and their antianemic activity

Six glucoside compounds have been synthesized by means of phase-transfer catalytic method and deacetylation from the starting material ferrocene. Their structures have been confirmed by elementary analysis, IR,¹HNMR and MS. The antianemic activities of some compounds have also been tested. Results indicate that these glucoside compounds possess the antianemic activities and therefore, the further study is well worth making. Thermal performance and reduction kinetic analysis of cold-bonded pellets with CO and H_2 mixtures

Cold-bonded pellets, to which a new type of inorganic binder was applied, were reduced by H2–CO mixtures with different H2/CO molar ratios(1:0, 5:2, 1:1, 2:5, and 0:1) under various temperatures(1023, 1123, 1223, 1323, and 1423 K) in a thermogravimetric analysis apparatus. The effects of gas composition, temperature, and binder ratio on the reduction process were studied, and the microstructure of reduced pellets was observed by scanning electron microscopy–energy-dispersive spectrometry(SEM-EDS). The SEM-EDS images show that binder particles exist in pellets in two forms, and the form that binder particles completely surround ore particles has a more significant hinder effect on the reduction. The reduction equilibrium constant, effective diffusion coefficient, and the reaction rate constant were calculated on the basis of the unreacted core model, and the promotion effect of temperature on reduction was further analyzed. The results show that no sintering phenomenon occurred at low temperatures and that the increasing reaction rate constant and high gas diffusion coefficient could maintain the promotion effect of temperature; however, when the sintering phenomenon occurs at high temperatures, gas diffusion is hindered and the promotion effect is diminished. The contribution of the overall equilibrium constant to the promotion effect depends on the gas composition.

Multifunctions of histone H1 proteins

Among various histones, histone H1 proteins have been appreciated for their multiple functions in diverse biological processes. In addition to being a structural protein in chromatin, H1 proteins also play critical roles in cell cycle, gene expression, and development. Recent studies reveal the possible effects of H1 in some diseases, such as cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Here, we review different variants of HI, the functions, and post translational modifications of ill variants are also discussed.

MetaOJ: A Massive Distributed Online Judge System

Online Judge(OJ) systems are a basic and important component of computer education. Here, we present MetaOJ, an OJ system that can be used for holding massive programming tests online. MetaOJ is designed to create a distributed, fault-tolerant, and easy-to-scale OJ system from an existing ordinary OJ system by adding several interfaces into it and creating multiple instances of it. Our case on modifying the TUOJ system shows that the modification adds no more than 3% lines of code and the performance loss on a single OJ instance is no more than 12%. We also introduce mechanisms to integrate the system with cloud infrastructure to automate the deployment process. MetaOJ provides a solution for those OJ systems that are designed for a specific programming contest and are now facing performance bottlenecks.
