无公害肉鸽饲养管理技术的研究

无公害肉鸽标准之一是生长健康,饲养过程中不使用药物添加剂及生长激素;合理使用兽药及其它化学药品,降低肉鸽制品的药物残留,保证肉的口感争品质。本文从鸽场的建造、饲养方式、饲料配制、保健沙、管理、疾病用药等方面对无公害内鸽的饲养管理技术进行了探讨。     

北京一次降雪的云物理过程作用模拟

应用非静力平衡MM5 V3模式对2001年12月7日一次北京降雪过程进行了数值模拟试验，对云和降水物理过程的作用进行了初步分析。试验结果表明：本次降雪过程是从对流层上层形成冰核向下发展的，中高空的强低温和上升运动区与冰粒子及雪的分布基本吻合，为降雪的进一步发展提供了有利的条件。     

Open Contours Extraction of Rotational Surface Oriented to Layer Measurement

With layer-measured contours, an algorithm that can extract the contour segments from a rotational surface is presented. The extraction can be divided into two stages, i. e. the rough segmentation and the refinement. In the rough segmenting stage, an optimal contour matching method is put forward to find similar contour segment from another closed contour with respect to the seed contour. In the refining stage, an iterative way that can extract a circular arc precisely is presented based on parameters identification and contour-ends expanding/shrinking operation. The algorithm can extract the open contour segments from a rotational surface precisely, as demonstrated in the examples. Based on the work of this paper, further research, such as parameter identification of 3 - D surface and CAD model creation, can be conducted.

受到资讯媒体新科技影响 ,图书馆读者使用行为已从单一的馆藏利用 ,转为期望图书馆提供更多元化的服务 ;另外在财政紧缩 资源扩增 人力不足等因素下 ,图书馆提供各类型服务的运作模式也受到相当的冲击 ,图书馆为提供以读者为道向的服务 ,必需付出许多努力并改变服务哲学 ,因而图书馆馆员的专业知能发展要不断提升才能因应数位时代的环境改变 ,并提供读者一个优质的资讯服务 ,发挥图书馆LearningResourceCenter学习资源中心的角色 .本研究主要探讨图书馆如何在有限资源下 ,有系统地规划发展馆员专业知能 ,并且利用那一种方法可以最有效率、花费最少成本达到最大的馆员能力提升效果 ,根据文献探讨以及学习行为方法理论 ,提出一个适合发展馆员专业知能的模式 (Approachmodel) ,通过探讨逢甲大学图书馆的两个专案其馆员专业知能转变的历程 ,检视了此发展模式的成效 ,并提出未来该模式可再改进的方向及建议     

Stress corrosion cracking and its anisotropy of a PZT ferroelectric ceramics

Recent progress in polymer-based gene delivery vectors

The gene delivery system is one of the three components of a gene medicine, which is the bottle neck of current gene therapy. Nonviral vectors offer advantages over the viral system of safety, ease of manufacturing, etc. As important nonviral vectors, polymer gene delivery systems have gained increasing attention and have begun to show increasing promising. In this review, the fundamental and recent progress of polymer-based gene delivery vectors is reviewed.     

Evolution of the South China Sea and monsoon history revealed in deep-sea records

As the third summary report of ODP Leg 184 to the South China Sea (SCS), this paper discusses the evolution of the East Asian monsoon and the SCS basin. A multi-proxy approach, involving geochemistry, micropale-ontology, pollen and other analyses, was adopted for reconstructing the evolutionary history of the East Asian monsoon, which was characterized by a series of paleo-climate events especially at 8, 3.2, 2.2 and 0.4 Ma. The new record indicates similar stages in the development of the East and South Asian monsoons, with an enhanced winter monsoon over East Asia being the major difference. The rich spectrums of monsoon variability from the southern SCS also reveal other characteristic features of the low latitude ocean. Evidence for the evolution of the SCS includes the hemipelagic Oligocene sediments, implying the existence of deep water environments during the early seafloor spreading stage of the SCS basin. The four major unconformities and some remarkabl ediagenetic features in upper Oligocene deposits indicate the strongest tectonic events in the region. From a careful comparison of lithologies and sedimentation rates, we conclude that the prominent differences in sedimentary environments between the southern and northern SCS were established only by ～3 Ma.     

H2在金属钾修饰碳纳米管上的吸附与储存

利用高压容积法、辅以卸压升温脱附排水法,测定金属钾修饰多壁碳纳米管(K~0-MWCNTs)对H_2的吸附储存容量。结果表明,在室温(～25℃)、～7.25MPa实验条件下其对氢的吸附储存容量可达3.80％(质量百分数);室温下卸至常压的脱附氢量为3.36％(占总吸附氢量的～89％),后续升温(升至673K)的脱附氢量为0.41％(占总吸附氢量的～11％)。     

口服转胸腺素α1基因聚球藻对小鼠T细胞亚群作用的研究

为探讨口服后转胸腺α1(Tα1)基因聚球藻对T细胞亚群的作用,将小鼠随机分为空白对照组、野生藻组、转化藻(小剂量、中剂量和大剂量)组和日达仙组,用灌服的方式,给予空白对照组20mL·kg~(-1)的生理盐水,野生藻组0.4g·kg~(-1)的野生聚球藻;转化藻小、中、大剂量组,分别0.2g·kg~(-1)、0.4g·kg~(-1)和0.6g·kg~(-1)的转Tα1基因聚球藻;日达仙组则肌注给予3.2mg·kg~(-1)的胸腺素α1(日达仙)。结果表明转Tα1基因藻口服后可显著提高CD3亚群水平,显著提高CD4亚群水平,明显提高CD4/CD8的比值。提示转Tα1基因聚球藻具有增强机体免疫功能的作用。
