α-淀粉酶的超滤研究

对用超滤法浓缩分离α-淀粉酶过程进行了研究,讨论了料液浓度、膜面液体流速、操作压力等因素对超滤过程的影响。实验结果表明,用醋酸纤维素超滤浓缩α-淀粉酶的过程可用扩散模型来描述,超滤时宜控制压力在0.3～0.4MPa范围内。用超滤法能有效地浓缩α-淀粉酶,酶的总回收率大于90％。此外,通过实验建立了分离过程的传质模型,为超滤法浓缩α-淀粉酶的工业设计提供了依据。     

The strong cooperativity of dioxygen binding by dicobalt (II) diporphyrin compounds in nonaqueous solution at room temperature

Thermodynamic data were determined for the reversible binding of O₂ to two compounds of dicobalt(II) di(meso-tetra-phenyl)porphyrin derivatives with different lengths of diamidoaliphatic bridge (abbreviated to Co₂PP₈ and Co₂PP₄) in N,N-dimethylformamide at room temperature. The partial pressure of dioxygen necessary for half-oxygenation (P _1/2) and hill coefficient (n) at 298 K were determined as follows:P _1/2=54.2 kPa,n=2.0 for Co₂PP₈ andP _1/2=6.8 kPa,n=1.8 for Co₂PP₄, respectively. The rate equations of reversible oxygen binding by Co₂PP₈ were determined and the reaction path was proposed. The results of ther-modynamic and kinetic studies indicate that there exists strong cooperative effect during oxygenation of the compounds. The ESR observation reveals that the dioxygen complexes formed in the solutions are of superoxo (Co-O ₂ ⁻ ) type. 对称组合系统的鲁棒输出调节

研究了对称组合系统的鲁棒输出调节问题。结果表明，对称组合系统的鲁棒输出调整问题可以转化为两个修正的低阶子系统的鲁棒输出调节问题。并可通过考察两个低阶矩阵行的线性相关性得到解决。     

LAND SUPPLY AND HOUSING PRICE:THE CASE IN HONG KONG

In this study we examine the relationship between land supply and housing price, percentage of land premium in the total government revenue and housing price, with reference to Hong Kong from 1981 to 1994. To do this we employ the Granger causality method to test the underlying hypothesis whether Hong Kong Government adopt high land-price policy. We use the first difference of data to ensure the stationarity in time series with the help of augmented Dick-Fuller unit root test. The results of the paper suggest no strong evidence to support the view that the land control of the government has caused soaringly rising housing prices. The findings also apparently implicate that the government has the revenue-maximizing behavior which is consistent with efficient allocation of resources.     

纺织品静电场强衰减的数值计算与实验研究

对服从欧姆定律和在高场强下不服从欧姆定律的纺织品利用计算机进行数值计算与模拟并进行实验研究.结果表明无论电流密度与电场强度之间为何关系.不同初始场强的衰减曲线都不会发生交叉(Cross-Over)现象,若电流密度不仅与任意时刻的场强有关而且还与初始电场有关则会发生交叉,计算结果预示在某种特殊电场范围内时可能发生双交叉(Double Cross-Over)现象.数值计算结果与实验结果对比显示两者符合得较好.     

培养基质若干因子对香蕉试管苗生长的影响

采用正交设计研究了培养基中蔗糖浓度、6—苄氨基嘌吟浓度、卡拉胶浓度对不同香蕉品种的芽分化率和生长量的影响,筛选出香蕉试管苗长势良好、分芽率高、芽粗壮的培养基配方:MS+35g·L~(-1)蔗糖+3g·L~(-1)卡拉胶+1mg·L~(-1)6—BA.香蕉不同品种的分芽率差异不显著,但分芽率与芽生长量密切相关.     

顶电极对金属-绝缘体-金属器件I-V曲线对称性的影响

通过顶电极金属材料的选择，考察金属-绝缘体-金属器件的I-V曲线的对称性．并用p-n-n能带模型进行了分析解释．结果表明，采用电负性小于1.6的金属作顶电极，并在一定温度下对该器件进行热处理，可以提高其I-V曲线的对称性．
