多媒体档案管理系统的设计与实现

多媒体技术是国外８０年代中后期兴起的一门计算机应用领域的高新技术，档案管理涉及到对文字、图形、图象、声音等信息处理．本文介绍了作者设计并实现的多媒体档案管理系统的设计特点、总体结构和关键技术．     

快凝Al－8．5Fe－1．3V－1．7Si合金高温下的相稳定性

采用透射电镜研究了快速凝固Ａｌ－８．５Ｆｅ－１．３Ｖ－１．７Ｓｉ合金在６００℃长时间热暴露后强化相的转化行为．结果发现，高温下稳定性极好的Ａｌ１２（Ｆｅ，Ｖ）３Ｓｉ相在６００℃时粗化速率明显加快．在有些强化相颗粒粗化的同时，伴随部分小尺寸颗粒的溶解．随热暴露时间的延长，强化相体积分数减小，粗化的颗粒外形由球形变为多边形，半共格关系遭到破坏．热暴露２００ｈ后，在基体中有异常粗大的Ａｌ１３（Ｆｅ，Ｖ）形成，该相为底，Ｘ单斜结构，相内为孪晶结构．     

2,2,6,6─四氯环乙酮的合成

以环乙酮为原料液相法合成２，２，６，６─四氯环乙酮，并对物料比例，加料速度，反应温度，时间等影响因素进行了讨论．     

3％NaCl溶液中55％Al－Zn－1．6％Si合金镀层电化学参数测定及电偶腐蚀的电化学行为

提出了一种弱极化曲线测量数据计算机处理方法，并计算了５５％Ａｌ－Ｚｎ－１．６％Ｓｉ合金镀层在３％ＮａＣｌ溶液中腐蚀过程的电化学参数，研究了镀件在３％ＮａＣｌ溶液中发生整体腐蚀加速的机理．结果表明，镀层表面微电偶局部腐蚀的发展形成了基体钢与镀层金属的宏观电偶腐蚀，电偶电位Ｅｇ随时间的正移，使镀层金属的溶解电流密度迅速增大，钢基体受到的保护效应减小．     

多效唑对大豆化学调控诱导效应的研究

以黑农３３大豆为供试材料，在不同时期用多效唑（ＰＰ３３３）处理后，大豆植株矮化，茎粗、节间缩短、结荚高度下降，叶质良好，叶绿素含量增加，光合速率增强，多项生理生化指标和酶活性明显优化，因此生长发育功能加强，器官衰老延缓，表现产量提高，种子内蛋白质含量增加，品质有所改善     

矩形双重介质油藏中垂直裂缝方位的确定

在考虑井储效应和裂缝的表皮效应的情况下，建立了有限导流能力垂直裂缝井在封闭矩形双重介质油藏中的数学模型，并对模型进行了求解。利用此模型可在干扰试井中确定垂直裂缝的方位。     

山东新泰盘车沟剖面寒武系硅质层成因

利用野外地质资料和室内分析资料，从成因类型和形成机理方面对盘车沟寒武系剖面中硅质层进行了研究。结果表明，镘头组下部的硅质层是同生期生物化学作用成因的，形成于潮下低能浅水环境；中、下寒武统与泥质共生的硅质层是成岩期呈分散状的硅质沉积物溶解、聚集、交代成因的。在硅质形成过程中，粘土矿物对ＳｉＯ２胶体质点起着吸附和提供部分氧化硅的作用。张夏组顶部硅质层是经过白云岩化作用之后交代成因的。     

钨的极谱波研究及钼精矿中钨的测定

在ｐＨ２．３的磷酸－１．１８×１０（－５）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ桑色素底液中，钨在－１．１４Ｖ（ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ）有一灵敏的极谱波，可用于微量钨的测定．线性范围４．３５×１０（－１０）～２．１８×１０（－８）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，检出限４．１４×１０（－１１）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ．直接应用于钼精矿中钨的测定，方法简便快速，结果准确．     

The effect of a dielectric cover on the input impedance of rectangular microstrip antennas

The effect of the thickness and relative permittivity of a dielectric cover on a rectangular microstrip antenna is analyzed. The method is based upon the integral equation formulation. The input impedance of the rectangular microstrip antenna is calculated as a function of the thickness and relative permittivity of a dielectric cover, after solving the integral equations by Galerkin's method. Computed results for the input impedance are presented and some are compared with the available experimental data. It is shown from the computed results that the resonant frequency and input impedance are sensitive to variations of the cover parameters. Because of the limited bandwidth presented by the rectangular microstrip antenna, the effect of the dielectric cover has to be carefully taken into account in the design of the antenna. Microcalorimetric study of the effect of porphyrin-cholesterol esters on cancer cells HL-60

By using an LKB-2277 Bioactivity Monitor, the effect of porphyrin-cholesterol esters on cancer cells HL-60 were examined at 25°C. There is a difference in the shape of the thermogenesis curve samong different kinds of porphyrin-cholesterol esters, and the death rate of HL-60 cells is also different. The results show that porphyrin-chsterol esters can powerfully inhibit their metabolism, the inhibitory sequence is II>I>III, but the inhibitory way of each ester is different.
