直接检测光PPM系统中RS码的性能分析

研究了大小不同域上的RS码用于直接检测数字脉位调制(PPM)系统时的性能;对散弹噪声限下的Poisson和Gauss两种光电子计数模型分别导出了码符和调制符号不同对应关系下的最大似然译码量度、性能限以及硬判决译码时的性能计算公式,为实际设计中码参数的选择提供了理论依据.

A New Method with High Confidence for Validation of Computer Simulation Models of Flight Systems

Computer simulation models may by used to gain further information about missile performance variability. Model validation is an important aspect of the test program for a missile system. Validation provides a basis for confidence in the model's results and is a necessary step if the model is to be used to draw inference about the behavior of the real missile. This paper is a review of methods useful for validation of computer simulation models of missile systems and provides a new method with high degree of confidence for validation of computer simulation models of missile systems. Some examples of the use of the new method in validating computer simulation models are given.

降雨条件下边坡各向异性渗流及稳定性的模拟分析

基于饱和-非饱和渗流理论,针对不同的渗透系数异向性比值,以及不同的渗透系数张量主轴方向与水平方向夹角,对降雨条件下边坡地下水渗流场动态变化进行了数值模拟,分析了降雨过程中边坡孔隙水压力分布规律,得到了边坡安全系数随降雨持续时间的变化规律.数值模拟结果表明,土体各向异性渗流对降雨条件下边坡渗流场及安全系数有着显著的影响.     

SET domain protein lysine methyltransferases: Structure, specificity and catalysis

Site- and state-specific lysine methylation of histones is catalyzed by a family of proteins that contain the evolutionarily conserved SET domain and plays a fundamental role in epigenetic regulation of gene activation and silencing in all eukaryotes. The recently determined three-dimensional structures of the SET domains from chromosomal proteins reveal that the core SET domain structure contains a two-domain architecture, consisting of a conserved anti-parallel β-barrel and a structurally variable insert that surround a unusual knot-like structure that comprises the enzyme active site. These structures of the SET domains, either in the free state or when bound to cofactor S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine and/or histone peptide, mimicking an enzyme/cofactor/substrate complex, further yield the structural insights into the molecular basis of the substrate specificity, methylation multiplicity and the catalytic mechanism of histone lysine methylation. Lane-Emden型微分方程数值解的Euler小波方法

提出了利用Euler小波方法求解带有Dirichlet,Neumann和Neumann-Robin型边界条件的一类Lane-Emden型微分方程数值解.借助Euler多项式解析形式,推导出Riemann-Liouville分数阶定义下Euler小波函数的分数阶积分计算公式.利用Euler小波配置法来将带有边界条件的Lane-Emden方程转为代数方程组,然后采用牛顿法进行求解,最后通过求解不同边界条件下的Lane-Emden方程,验证了Euler小波方法的准确性和有效性.数值计算结果与其他方法的计算结果和精确解进行了比较.
