PH和钙离子浓度对葫芦藓暖地变种孢子萌发的影响

本文在室内采用琼脂培养基研究了ＰＨ和钙离子浓度对葫芦藓暖地变种Ｆｕａｒｉａ ｈｙｇｒｏｍｅｔｒｉｃａ Ｈｅｄｗ．ｖｅｒ．ｃａｌｖｅｓｃｅｎｓＫｉｎｄ的影响。结果表明，葫芦藓暖地变种孢子萌发范围ＰＨ＝６－９，最适点ＰＨ＝８；其孢子萌发钙离子浓度为０－０．５，最适点钙离子浓度为０．０２。     

数据库技术在后勤信息管理系统中的应用

介绍了数据库服务器系统和开放数据互连标准的一些特点,论述了后勤信息管理系统中数据库的设计方案,以及SQL Server数据库平台与ODBC在该系统中的应用.     

用改进的RNG模式数值模拟湍流冲击射流流动

在Yakhot和Orszag提出的重正化群（RNG）k-ε湍流模式的基础上，对模式系数Cц和近壁处理方法加以改进，并将其推广应用于湍流冲击射流的数值模拟。将计算得到的平均速度分布和湍动能分布与标准k-ε模式的计算结果以及实验数据进行了比较。结果表明，用改进的RNGk-ε模式得到的数值结果与标准k-ε模式的结果相比具有显著的提高，尤其对滞止区附近的湍动能分布预测结果与实验结果具有较好的一致性，这是因为PNGk-ε模式与改进的近壁处理方法相结合有效地降低了涡粘性的预测值，进而引起湍动能预测值的下降，且计算中采用了Cц和Cε1的改进表达式，适当地考虑了流动中各向异性湍流和不平衡应变率影响的结果。该模式在工程湍流计算中具有较好的应用前景。     

Ten years＇ venturing in ZnO nanostructures： from discovery to scientific understanding and to technolosy applications

Zinc oxide is a unique material that exhibits semiconducting, piezoelectric and pyroelectric multiple properties. Nanostructures of ZnO are equally important as carbon nanotubes and silicon nanowires （NWs） for nanotechnology, and have great potential applications in nano-electronics, optoelectronics, sensors, field emission, light emitting diodes, photocatalysis, nanogenerators, and nanopiezotronics. Ever since the discovery of nanobelts （NBs） in 2001 by my group, a world wide research in ZnO has been kicked off. This review introduces my group＇s experience in venturing the discovery, understanding and applications of ZnO NWs and NBs. The aim is to introduce the progress made in my research in the last 10 years in accompany to the huge social advances and economic development taking place in China in the last 10 years.     

Phylogenetic relationships and divergence times of the family Araucariaceae based on the DNA sequences of eight genes

Araucariaceae is one of the most primitive families of the living conifers, and its phylogenetic relationships and divergence times are critically important issues. The DNA sequences of 8 genes, i.e., nuclear ribosomal 18S and 26S rRNA, chloroplast 16S rRNA, rbcL, matK and rps4, and mitochondrial coxl and atpl, obtained from this study and GenBank were used for constructing the molecular phylogenetic trees of Araucariaceae, indicating that the phyiogenetic relationships among the three genera of this family should be （（Wollemia, Agathis）, Araucaria）. On the basis of the fossil calibrations of Wollemia and the two tribes Araucaria and Eutacta of the genus Araucaria, the divergence time of Araucariaceae was estimated to be （308± 53） million years ago, that is, the origin of the family was in the Late Carboniferous rather than Triassic as a traditional view. With the same gene combination, the diver- gence times of the genera Araucaria and Agathis were （246 ± 47） and （61 ±15） Ma, respectively. Statis- tical analyses on the phylogenetic trees generated by using different genes and comparisons of the divergence times estimated by using those genes suggested that the chloroplast matK and rps4 genes are most suitable for investigating the phylogenetic relationships and divergence times of the family Araucariaceae.     

Design and fabrication of superconducting HEB mixer

This paper describes the design and fabrication of superconducting hot electron bolometer （HEB） mixer based on ultra-thin superconducting NbN films. The high quality films were epitaxially grown on high resistance Si substrates. The device was fabricated by magnetron sputtering, electron beam lithography （EBL）, reactive ion etching （RIE）, lithography, and so on. The device＇s resistance-temperature （R-T） curves and current-voltage （I-V） curves were studied. The results of THz response of the device are presented. Y-factor technique was used to measure the device＇s noise temperature. When the device was irradiated with a laser radiation of 2.5 THz, the obtained lowest noise temperature of the device was 2213 K.     

Detection of infrared photons with a superconductor

A superconductor single photon detector based on NbN nanowire was fabricated using electron beam lithography （EBL） and reactive ion etching （RIE） for infrared photon detection. When biased well below its critical current at 4.2 K, NbN nanowire is very sensitive to the incident photons. Typical telecommunication photons with a wavelength of 1550 nm were detected by this detector. Data analysis indicates the repeating rate of the device with 200 nm NbN nanowire may be up to 100 MHz, and the quantum efficiency is about 0,01% when biased at 0.95/c.

最低工资制度是社会保障制度的重要组成部分。论文在对国内外有关最低工资制度的研究现状进行综述的基础之上,归纳出最低工资制度与标准的发展脉络及趋势,进而指出研究最低工资标准的基本思路与主要内容,最后提出了确定最低工资标准的建议。
