一类基于改进Weibull分布模型的 电力电缆寿命评估方法

对电缆的剩余寿命进行评估是电缆寿命管理的关键环节,以往电缆寿命评估的方法中有Arrhenius方法和Weibull分布模型。对这两种方法分别进行分析,特别是确定Arrhenius模型中激活能的计算,以及应用Weibull分布模型对电缆寿命进行评估。最后以实际电缆的状态监测数据,对简化的Arrhenius模型进行仿真,说明所提出的方法是有效的。     

The existing time of Sihetun vertebrate in western Liao- ning, China---Evidence from U-Pb dating of zircon

In different opinions, the stratigraphic time of the feathered dinosaurs and early birds in Sihetun and its neighboring areas in Beipiao, western Liaoning is appointed to different epoches of eras, such as Late Jurassic, Early Cretaceous and Late Jurassic-Early Cretaceous. Even the recently dating data are still very different. This note first reported the U-Pb age of (125.2±0.9) Ma of zircon separated from tuff of Sihetun vertebrates horizon. The age reveals that Sihetun vertebrate belongs to Early Cretaceous. The method is more objective, because of the strong ability of disturbance resistance and high U-Pb blocking temperature of zircons.     

基于RBF神经网络的一类非线性系统模糊自适应控制

针对一类非线性不确定系统,基于ＲＢＦ神经网络,结合模糊滑模控制提出了一种自适应控制方法。根据Ｌｙａｐｕｎｏｖ稳定性理论设计ＲＢＦ网络和模糊滑模补偿控制器的参数。

综述了基于知识的专家控制，基于模糊规则的专家控制、仿人智能控制等智能控制系统的研究现状和存在的问题，并提出了若干个潜在的研究课题．     

膜片钳仪的低噪声设计

本文研制的PC-Ⅰ型膜片钳可以分辨细胞膜上离子单通道电流信号(1pA,10kHz).在分析PC-Ⅰ原理的基础上讨论了其抑制噪声、扩展频带、输入杂散电容和输入电阻的补偿技术.给出了PC-Ⅰ的1GΩ/0.1GΩ探头内用机械开关切换对杂散电容敏感的高阻值反馈电阻的有效方法。在信噪比足够高的条件下,仪器的测量误差≤2％。     

Adaptive synchronization of neural networks with different attractors

This paper aims to present an adaptive control scheme for the synchronization of two classes of uncertain neural networks with different attractors. A new sufficient condition for the global synchronization of two kinds of neural networks with different attractors is derived. The proposed control method is efficient and easy to be implemented. Numerical simulation is used to show the effectiveness of the obtained result.     

Global asymptotic stability of cellular neural networks with multiple delays

Global asymptotic stability (GAS) is discussed for cellular neural networks (CNN) with multiple time delays. Several criteria are proposed to ascertain the uniqueness and global asymptotic stability of the equilibrium point for the CNN with delays. These criteria can eliminate the difference between the neuronal excitatory and inhibitory effects. Two examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the criteria.     

H∞ control for uncertain Markovian jump systems with mode-dependent mixed delays

We study the problem of H∞ control for a class of Markovian jump systems with norm-bounded parameter uncertainties and mode-dependent mixed delays including discrete delays and distributed delays in this paper. Our aim is to present a new delay-dependent control approach such that the resulting closed-loop system is robust mean-square （MS） exponentially stable and satisfies a prescribed H∞ performance level, irrespective of the parameter uncertainties. Such delay-dependent approach does not require system transformation or free-weighting matrix. A numerical example shows that the results are less conservative and more effective.     

大鼠肾上腺嗜铬细胞原代培养的一种实用方法

以胶原酶Ⅰ、透明质酸酶和ＤＮａｓｅ联用消化肾上腺髓质，再经两次离心收集嗜铬细胞，建立了大鼠肾上腺嗜铬细胞的分离制备及原代培养的实用方法．经反复实验（ｎ＝１２）证明，所获得的细胞形态良好，功能正常．细胞表面光洁、完整，呈球形，直径在８～１２μｍ范围．用细胞贴附式和全细胞方式膜片钳技术在培养２～７ｄ的嗜铬细胞上记录到多种电压敏感性跨膜离子电流，说明培养细胞的膜离子通道完整，适于细胞纯度要求不很高（＜９５％）的单个细胞实验．     

中西法律差异及其文化溯源——《中国文化要义》法律与文化关系思想探析

在《中国文化要义》中,梁漱溟认为,西方与中国法律方面的差异主要表现在法律与礼俗、权利与义务、法治之有与无、民治制度的有与无、好讼与厌讼、和奸不为罪与为罪等方面。这些差异的形成有浅层与深层文化根源,浅层文化根源在于中西的社会构造不同,深层文化根源为西方是宗教文化,中国是道德文化。浅层文化根源由深层文化根源所决定。这种法律思想为梁漱溟寻求近代以后的中国法律发展出路奠定了基础。
