可压密相气固两相湍流流动的数值模拟方法

在ＤＩＰＳＡＲ算法的基础上,推导了适用于可压密相气固两相湍流流动数据会计的ＣＤＩＰＳＡＲ算法,利用提出的可压密相的两个ｋ－ε低湍流雷诺数模型,用ＣＤＩＰＳＡＲ算法,对竖直上升管中可压密相气固两相湍流流动进行了数值计算,同时考虑了密度变化和体积分数变化的影响,研究结果表明,随着颗粒体积分数的增加,颗料间及颗粒与壁面间的相互作用占了主导地位,使得单个颗粒脉动速度增大,但是气体及颗粒的速度差却随之减小,     

数据库系统中一种更安全的加密机制

针对数据库中数据的保密性问题,分析了目前已有的一些加密机制,提出了一种基于密文索引的新的查询方法.此方法在查询速度上比全表或属性段脱密的方法快,在保密性上解决了基于密文索引的查询方法所存在的信息泄漏问题,并指出了基于密文索引的数据库加密机制需要进一步研究和解决的若干问题.     

钢管膨胀混凝土的研究及其应用

配制出了具有良好工作性能和膨胀性能的C50高性能膨胀混凝土 ,研究了该种钢管高强膨胀混凝土的力学性能和膨胀性能。并将该项成果应用于钢管混凝土拱工程中。

Preparation of organic thin-film field effect transistor

The organic thin-film field effect transistor was prepared through vacuum deposition by using teflon as di-electric material. Indium-tin-oxide acted as the source and drain electrodes. Copper phthalocyanine and teflon were used as the semiconductor layer and dielectric layer, respectively. The gate electrode was made of Ag. The channel length between the source and drain was 50 μm. After preparing the source and drain electrodes by lithography, the copper phthalocyanine layer, teflon layer and Ag layerwere prepared by vacuum deposition sequentially. The field effect electron mobility of the device reached 1.1×10ˉ6 cm2/(V@s), and the on/off current ratio reached 500.     

Single nucleotide polymorphism analysis of the encoding region of EX-FABP gene and its association with fattiness trait in chicken

Fattiness is an important parameter to estimate meat quality, which has high heritability. In this experiment, F2 chickens derived from Broilers crossing to Silky were used to study the effect of extracellular fatty acid inding protein (EX-FABP) gene on abdominal fat accumulation. Five exons and partial introns of the gene were amplified by six pairs of primers, and then single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were detected by single strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP) and subsequently confirmed by sequencing. There were four nucleotides variations found, T-C at 659, C-T at 924, CA-TG at 968 and C-T at 1985 respectively. The result of least square analysis suggests that the chickens with HH genotype defined by the third pair of primers have a lower abdominal fat weight and abdominal fat percentage than the chickens with other genotypes (GG, GI, GH and II). It implies that extracellular fatty acid binding protein gene could be a candidate locus or linked to a major gene that significantly affects abdominal fat traits in chicken.

某职业人群时期寿命表损失年数的分析

目的：分析某职业人群1994－1997年的死亡原因,方法,应用时期寿命表损失年数（PEYLL）指标,结果：按时期寿命表损失年数（SPEYLL）率排列前3位的主要死因是恶性肿瘤,循环系统疾病,损伤中毒,SPEYLL：率国性为0．8791％,女性为0．7469％,并且SPEYLL率男性高于女性,结果：运用PEYLL指标考虑了死亡者的死亡年龄,能突出“早死”的影响,由此可见,PEYLL是一项较为敏感的社会医学与流行病学指标,进而将死因对职业人群健康的危害程度定理化,可为疾病的防治提供更全面更科学的依据。
