高等学校政务热线系统的研究与设计

目前许多高校师生与校领导之间在信息沟通方面存在响应速度慢、办事效率低，甚至师生对学校的许多合理化建议由于缺乏良好的沟通工具而无法及时反映给校领导，给教学管理工作带来了诸多问题，高等学校政务热线系统能有效地帮助领导制定教不管理政策。     

马尔可夫链模型在寿险中的应用

文章就保险公司的短期保单建立了一个具有吸收状态的马尔可夫链的数学模型，并分析了这种马氏链的性质，然后结合实例了解了这些性质的实际意义．     

Synthesis and properties of a Pr（Ⅲ） complex with 2-acetylbenzimidazoledehyde-glycine Schiff-base ligand

Abstract The 2-acetyl-benzimidazoledehyde-glycine Schiff-base ligand and the corresponding Pr（Ⅲ） complex Pr2L3（NO3）3· 2CH3OH （L=C11H10N3O2） were synthesized in methanol and characterized by a series of methods, including chemical analysis, elemental analysis, TOF-MS, ^1H NMR, UV-, IR-, Raman spectra, thermal analysis, and the three-dimension fluorescence excitation and emission spectra. The Pr（Ⅲ） complex exhibits extraordinary water-solubility and the Pr（Ⅲ） hydroxide appears at pH≥13. The complex also possesses specific fluorescent properties. Thus, at the excitation wavelengths 200.0-280.0 and 260-350 nm the fluorescence bands were observed at 290.0 and 400.0 nm, respectively.     

气体水合物研究进展

一种CDMA2000 1xEV-DO终端物理层软件验证方法

提出了一种可以在计算机上验证CDMA2000 1x EV-DO(EVDO)终端物理层软件的仿真系统.该系统可以模拟实际硬件电路板各个软硬件模块的行为,以及模拟和终端物理层软件相关网络侧的行为,基于此对EVDO终端物理层软件进行仿真验证,提高了新项目的开发效率.     

(2S,4S)-N-叔丁氧羰基-4-氟脯氨酸的合成

为了克服中间体难于分离纯化的缺点,解决季铵盐的去除问题,对多肽及拟肽类药物关键中间体(2S,4S)-N-叔丁氧羰基-4-氟脯氨酸的合成工艺进行了研究。以(2S,4R)-4-羟基脯氨酸为原料,经酯化、氨基保护、羟基活化-氟代-水解反应得到目标化合物。将羟基活化、SN2氟代和酯水解反应采用串联方式,在水解反应后调节pH值的过程中产物从水溶液中析出,经直接过滤得到目的物。对反应条件和参数进行了优化,优化条件如下:酯化反应中,n(氯化亚砜)∶n(底物)=1.2∶1.0;氨基保护反应中,n(二碳酸二叔丁酯)∶n(化合物1)=1.2∶1.0;三氟甲磺酰化反应中,n(三氟甲磺酸酐)∶n(化合物2)=1.1∶1.0,n(吡啶)∶n(化合物2)=1.2∶1.0。结果表明,优化后产物总收率为57.9%,纯度为98.3%,目标化合物结构通过~1H-NMR和~(13)C-NMR得以确证。该方法反应条件温和,操作简单,适合工业化生产。     

Influence of minor boron on the microstructures of a second generation Nibased single crystal superalloy

Boron is added into single crystal superalloys as a micro-alloying element to strengthen low angle grain boundaries.However,systematic investigations on the effect of boron on microstructures of single crystal superalloys are limitedly reported.The effect of boron on as-cast and heat-treated microstructures was investigated in two experimental Ni-based single crystal superalloys containing 3 wt% Re.The current results indicated that the volume fraction of(γ+γ′)eutectic and M_3B_2 borides was evidently increased,while the number of micropores was evidently decreased with the addition of 0.02 wt% boron.The(γ+γ′)eutectic could not be dissolved completely due to the lower incipient melting temperature caused by the formation of M_3B_2 borides.Meanwhile,the M_3B_2 borides were found to be enriched with indispensable strengthening elements Cr,Mo,W and Re,and this may lower the strengthening effect and cause stress concentration during high temperature creep.
