由于温室效应对于全球气候变化的影响已经相当显著,因此许多国家与产业都将投入大量资源以努力降低全球气候变化的影响,其中当然隐现着未来全球节能减碳领域的庞大新商机,各项节能减碳相关创新技术因而相继发展.笔者指出,节能减碳产业是藉由材料、设备、制程以及产品之改善,以达成节能减碳目的之产业,其产业范畴可略分为节能材料、节能设备及产品、系统能源整合、节能减碳认验证、碳资产管理等.综述了国际间节能减碳相关产业之发展现状及发展趋势.指出,面对未来之挑战,应确实评估节能减碳相关产业之发展潜力,确定发展对象,擘划出适合节能减碳之产业发展策略及措施.     

十二钨磷酸-氨基脲配合物的合成和初步表征

在水溶液中盐酸氨基脲和十二钨磷酸反应得到了一种新型多酸-有机配合物[HCH5N3O]3[PW12O40].0.5CH5N3O的无色透明晶体,通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱和热重-差热对其进行了初步表征。红外光谱表明,固态时标题化合物中有机阳离子与多阴离子之间存在弱的电荷转移相互作用。     

Novel mechanism of voltage-dependent gating in L-type calcium channels

Activation of voltage-dependent calcium channels by membrane depolarization triggers a variety of key cellular responses, such as contraction in heart and smooth muscle and exocytotic secretion in endocrine and nerve cells. Modulation of calcium channel gating is believed to be the mechanism by which several neurotransmitters, hormones and therapeutic agents mediate their effects on cell function. Here we describe a novel type of voltage-dependent equilibrium between different gating patterns of dihydropyridine-sensitive (L-type) cardiac Ca2+ channels. Strong depolarizations drive the channel from its normal gating pattern into a mode of gating characterized by long openings and high open probability. The rate constants for conversions between gating modes, estimated from single channel recordings, are much slower than normal channel opening and closing rates, but the equilibrium between modes is almost as steeply voltage-dependent as channel activation and deactivation at more negative potentials. This new mechanism of voltage-dependent gating can explain previous reports of activity-dependent Ca2+ channel potentiation in cardiac and other cells and forms a potent mechanism by which Ca2+ uptake into cells could be regulated.     

Transfilter associations of nonleguminous plants with rhizobia: Channelling of N2 fixed by rhizobia into the nitrogen-metabolism ofPortulaca grandiflora callus tissues

Summary In transfilter associations ofPortulaca grandiflora callus tissues withRhizobium sp. cowpea 32H1 the nitrogenium fixed by the bacteria was channelled into the normal pathway of nitrogen metabolism of higher plants. In associations kept in an¹⁵N₂ containing atmosphere 10% of the¹⁵N taken up into the plant cells was incorporated intoPortulaca proteins. The results demonstrate that cells of nonleguminous plants are profiting from the quasi-symbiotic situation.

Immunofluorescent localization of β-Corticotropin in the rat pituitary

Zusammenfassung Unter Verwendung eines spezifischen Anti-^1–24-Corticotropin-Serums vom Kaninchen wurde -Corticotropin immunhistologisch in der Rattenhypophyse nachgewiesen. Neben den Epithelien der Pars intermedia konnte kortikotropes Hormon in einem besonderen, mukoiden Zelltypus der Adenohypophyse lokalisiert werden.
