基于SHPB试验的高速铁路CRTSⅡ型CA砂浆动态性能

采用分离式霍普金森压杆(Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar,SHPB)试验研究了高速铁路CRTS II型水泥乳化沥青砂浆(CA砂浆)的动态力学性能,并建立了CRTS II型CA砂浆的动态本构关系模型.结果表明:随着应变率的增大,CRTS II型CA砂浆峰值强度逐渐增加,但增加速率随应变率的增大而减小,当应变率从44.17增加至54.79 s-1和从54.79增加至108.47 s-1时,峰值强度分别增加了初始峰值强度的52.28%和7.5%,弹性模量随应变率的变化规律性较差;应变率越大,破坏时的贯通裂纹越多,碎裂程度越大;CRTS II型CA砂浆的比能量吸收随着应变率的增大而增大.所建立的动态本构模型拟合曲线与试验曲线具有较好的一致性.     

嵌入式系统有限资源下的代码移植和优化

给出一种基于ADI Blackfin系列数字信号处理器的人像考勤系统设计方案. 在此基础上, 归纳了嵌入式有限资源限制下人像识别算法的实现策略,解决了算法移植过程中从C++到C的转换问题, 并提出了通过修改连接描述文件重新配置存储资源的方法, 从而缓解了大数据量与芯片上有限存储资源之间的矛盾. 测试结果表明, 移植后人像识别算法的运行结果和速度都满足使用要求.     

MicroRNA Mirn140 modulates Pdgf signaling during palatogenesis

Disruption of signaling pathways such as those mediated by sonic hedgehog (Shh) or platelet-derived growth factor (Pdgf) causes craniofacial abnormalities, including cleft palate. The role that microRNAs play in modulating palatogenesis, however, is completely unknown. We show that, in zebrafish, the microRNA Mirn140 negatively regulates Pdgf signaling during palatal development, and we provide a mechanism for how disruption of Pdgf signaling causes palatal clefting. The pdgf receptor alpha (pdgfra) 3' UTR contained a Mirn140 binding site functioning in the negative regulation of Pdgfra protein levels in vivo. pdgfra mutants and Mirn140-injected embryos shared a range of facial defects, including clefting of the crest-derived cartilages that develop in the roof of the larval mouth. Concomitantly, the oral ectoderm beneath where these cartilages develop lost pitx2 and shha expression. Mirn140 modulated Pdgf-mediated attraction of cranial neural crest cells to the oral ectoderm, where crest-derived signals were necessary for oral ectodermal gene expression. Mirn140 loss of function elevated Pdgfra protein levels, altered palatal shape and caused neural crest cells to accumulate around the optic stalk, a source of the ligand Pdgfaa. These results suggest that the conserved regulatory interactions of mirn140 and pdgfra define an ancient mechanism of palatogenesis, and they provide candidate genes for cleft palate.     

一种改进的TRIAD飞行器姿态确定方法

为了提高飞行器姿态测量精度和简化姿态确定的复杂性,提出了一种基于加权矢量和的TRIAD飞行器姿态确定算法。该算法基于TRIAD姿态确定原理,通过对观测矢量加权求和的方式以获得一个较传感器观测矢量更精确的矢量,并以此矢量作为TRIAD算法的基准矢量,然后运用TRIAD算法进行姿态计算。仿真结果表明,这种算法获得的飞行器姿态精度优于传统的TRIAD算法,与优化的TRIAD算法精度近似,但简化了姿态确定的过程,提高了姿态确定的速度。     

一个应用于经济领域的基于知识的可灵活配置的智能蒙特卡洛仿真框架

电子商务的发展,促进了经济贸易的全球化、自由化,加剧了市场的竞争与波动,使得经济模型的适应性受到极大的限制.而经济模型是分析和预测经济发展的基础,为了改善这种限制,我们结合XML与知识技术,建立了一个可配置的智能模型仿真框架.我们也把随机数据库融入该框架中,从而实现了可配置的蒙特卡洛仿真.这样,我们极大地提高了经济模型的适应性、扩展性以及智能性.这种框架可以适用于任何能够运行完全参数化模型的仿真引擎.另外,我们还给出了5种分析仿真结果的方法,以帮助研究人员更好的分析、判断与预测.     

Research on secure buyer-seller watermarking protocol

A new buyer-seller watermarking protocol is proposed by applying a double encryption method and a novel mechanism of embedding a buyer＇s watermark. The protocol can effectively prevent against collusion attacks and the man in the middle attack if the third party is not trusted. Also, based on the proposed scheme for the first-hand transaction, a new buyer-reseller watermarking protocol and a formal multi-party watermarking protocol are also proposed. The proposed buyer-resell watermarking protocol only needs the original seller to provide transfer certificate and encryption-decryption service to support the second-hand transaction, and the multi-party watermarking protocol with distributed certificate authorities can overcome the difficulty in the combination of multicast mechanism with multiple unique watermarks and allow a seller to multicast the watermarked digital contents and key transaction information to n buyers. Furthermore, the idea of zero knowledge proof is also applied into the proposed scheme to allow the seller to take an effective control on the task performed by the third party.     

基于旋转角度的跑步运动仿真

提出基于旋转角度的方法仿真跑步运动.跑步时人体四肢和躯干都在绕关节做重复旋转运动,基于旋转角度的跑步模型根据各关节的旋转角度计算人体运动时不同部位的位置,进而求解跑步运动行为.根据该模型提出一种跑步运动仿真方法/程序,该方法可以用于跑步运动仿真和提供建模所需的人体部位的位置数据,因而可缩短建模周期.用一个慢跑仿真案例示例了该方法的仿真过程.

将智能公交系统的智能车辆作为交通移动采集的一种方式,详细分析了智能公交系统的数据流程及公交车作为交通探测车的可行性,随后本文根据公交探测车GPS数据的时域图和“时间—距离”图分析了公交车的运行状态,并详细推导了基于公交探测车数据的行程时间估计算法。
