本文报导了交联苯乙烯-4-乙烯基吡啶共聚物(CSVPC)的配位性能的研究。实验中测定了CSVPC在一些有机溶剂中的溶涨度。本文制备了CSVPC第一过渡金属配合物,并用IR光谱证实不配合物的生成。观察了有机溶剂的溶涨度对CSVPC与第一过渡金属的配合反应的影响。     

简论农村教师的培训模式

现行的农村教师教育培训存在滞后、剥离和资金短缺等问题。根据农村实际情况,对农村教师的培训应建立一个连续阶段模式,以校本培训为主,构成集中培训式、师徒结对式、主体体验研修式和联合培训式等培训体系,提高教师质量,促进新农村建设。     

Adaptive immune-genetic algorithm for global optimization to multivariable function

An adaptive immune-genetic algorithm(AIGA)is proposed to avoid premature convergence and guarantee the diversity of the population.Rapid immune response (secondary response),adaptive mutation and density operators in the AIGA are emphatically designed to improve the searching ability,greatly increase the converging speed,and decrease locating the local maxima due to the premature convergence.The simulation results obtained from the global optimization to four multivariable and multi-extreme functions show that AIGA converges rapidly,guarantees the diversity,stability and good searching ability.     

Physical location of terminal markers belonging to five linkage groups in maize RFLP map using in situ hybridization

Ten terminal or subterminal RFLP markers belonging to linkage groups 1, 3, 5, 6, and 10 in maize RFLP map were physically locted onto maize mitotic chromosomes with in situ hybridization. All biotinylated probes from 600 to 2 250 bp were detected by DAB staining. The markers belonging to linkage groups 1, 3, 5, 6, and 10 correspondingly located at the chromosomes 1, 3, 5, 6, and 10. All of the tested markers except bnl6.25 and umc44 were duplicated sequences. Each of them was also labeled on another chromosome besides on the chromosome corresponding to its linkage group. The marker bnl3. 04 was triplicated sequences and the signals were detected on three nonhomologous chromosomes. In the tested ten markers, there were only four located at the ends of corresponding chromosomes. Others were located at sites midway along the chromosome arms or near the centromeres. The region covered by two terminal or subterminal markers in each of linkage groups 1, 3, 5, and 6 occupied 80.02%, 38.25%, 82.30% and 51.16% of the region of both short and long arms in chromosomes 1, 3, 5, and 6 respectively. Only two terminal markers of linkage group 10 covered the whole chromosome 10. In some linkage groups, two terminal or subterminal markers covered a short genetic distance but were physically distant, while two covering a longer genetic distance were physically closer. 光动力疗法中不同激光条件癌肿杀伤效果的比较

本文报告应用两种不同波长激光为PDT(光动疗法)的激光源,对小鼠移植肿瘤进行杀伤实验。结果表明:在相同光剂量下,HPD—氩离子泵浦的染料激光(波长6300A)对肿瘤杀伤的效果强于HPD—氩离子激光(波长5145A)(P<0.01);同一波长激光在光剂量相同时,采用不同的瞬间功率,对肿瘤杀伤的效果相同(P>0.20)。
