Synthesis and characterization of N-aryloxo-functiona- lized β-ketoiminate rare-earth complexes and their catalytic activity for the polymerization of ε-caprolactone

The synthesis and characterization of dimeric rare-earth amides stabilized by a dianionic N-aryloxo functionalized ,8-ketoiminate ligand are described. Reactions of 4-（2-hydroxy-5-methyl-phenyl） imino-2-pentanone （LH2） with Ln[N（SiMe3）2]3（μ-Cl）Li（THF）3 in a 1：1 molar ratio in THF gave the dimeric rare-earth amido complexes [LLn{N（SiMe3）2}（THF）]2 [Ln = Nd （1）, Sm （2）, Yb （3）, Y （4）]. These complexes were well characterized, and the definitive molecular structures of complexes 3 and 4 were determined. It was found that complexes 1-4 can initiate the ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone, and the ionic radii of the central metals have significant effect on the catalytic activity.     

Models of Choosing the Financial Compensation Strategy for Flight Delay

At present, most airlines adopted generally the same amount of compensa- tion strategy when needing to provide financial compensation to all flight delay passengers. However, due to the existence of differences in travel time value, ticket fare, as well as the expectation of compensation for flight delays, the gap between the effect of same amount of compensation and many passengers＇ （especially the high-value ones） expectations is large, it results in that airlines need to pay higher cost of compensation, but the total effect of compensation for passengers are not better. This paper advanced four financial com- pensation strategies for flight delays, summarized their own characteristics, and took into account the interests of both airlines and passengers, built the optimization models of the four financial compensation strategies under the restriction of the airline＇s compensation cost and on the goal of the maximum total effectiveness of the financial compensation to all passengers. Finally, based on the specific circumstances of the flight delays, the paper discussed the method for airline to choose the optimal financial compensation strategy through solving four models and comparing the compensation effectiveness.

研究了线性模型中回归系数的最小风险估计问题.在平衡损失函数下,考虑了回归系数线性估计在线性估计类中的最小风险性,结果表明最小风险估计是非线性有偏估计,它与未知参数有关,当用未知参数的不同估计代替时,得到的估计都是一种估计的平衡.     

基于数据流优化的BPEL流程分割方法

BPEL描述的业务流程在跨组织的企业应用集成与协作中扮演着重要角色.目前BPEL流程主要采用集中式的执行方式,但是集中式执行的BPEL流程性能不高并且不能满足动态流程管理的需求.提出了一种基于数据流优化的BPEL流程分割方法,以支持BPEL流程的分散化执行.BPEL流程经过变换被表示成PFG图,提出数据流方程对PFG图进行数据流分析,扩展复制传播算法优化PFG图的数据流.最后按照流程中的角色分割BPEL流程.实验数据表明优化分割后的业务流程的吞吐率、响应时间等方面的性能有较大提高.

HS-SPME-GC/MS联用检测红毛菜中的挥发性成分

选用PDMS／DVBSPME萃取头,与气相色谱-质谱联用,对萃取温度、萃取时间等参数进行优化,分析了红毛菜的挥发性成分．共分离检测出36种挥发性成分,占总峰面积的97．70％,其中8-十七碳烯（30．76％）与十七碳烷（20．20％）是相对含量最高的成份;其他含量较高的成分分别是醇类（11．12％）、醛类（9．90％）、酯类（6．91％）．结果表明：8-十七碳烯与十七碳烷是红毛菜属藻类特征性挥发成分．     

鳡鱼群体遗传多样性的AFLP分析

利用AFLP分子标记技术对长江下游苏州段野生和野生F1代人工养殖的2个鳡鱼(Elopichthys bambusa)群体遗传多样性进行分析研究.6对选择性引物在2个群体47个个体中,共扩增出313个位点,多态位点47个.鳡鱼野生和野生F1代人工养殖2个群体的多态位点比率和Shannon's指数分别为13.42%、8.31%,0.0544、0.032 O;前者遗传多样性较后者略高.基因分化系数Gst 和Shannon's指数分析均显示2个鳡鱼群体之间出现一定遗传分化.鳡鱼UPGMA系统树有分支出现且依据群体分别聚类,表现出一定的遗传趋异.结果分析表明,鲢鱼群体的遗传多样性相对贫乏;野生F1代人工养殖群体尚未形成自己独立的遗传结构,但2个群体间已经产生了一定的遗传分化,经过较多世代的人工繁育有可能形成自己独立而稳定的遗传结构.
