Identification and bioinformatics analysis of pseudogenes from whole genome sequence of Phaeodactylum tricornutum

Pseudogenes share sequence similarities with functional genes, but in general they have lost their protein-coding ability. The identification of pseudogenes is a very important step in genome annotation. Phaeodactylum tricornutum is a marine diatom that is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). The genome of P. tricornutum has been completely sequenced. To identify pseudogenes in P. tricornutum, we developed a pipeline to discover and characterize pseudogenes. We identified a total of 1654 ‘true’ processed pseudogenes, 714 duplicated pseudogenes and 4729 pseudogene fragments. The results of the bioinformatics analysis indicated that the genome sequence of P. tricornutum contained many pseudogenes and pseudogene fragments.     

A Formal Model of OSI X.25/FR Gateway Based on High Level Petri Net

Specification and validation of protocol conversion in a gatewayis a difficult problem in protocol engineering. During design and implementation of an OSI X.25/FR gateway, a high-level Petri Net called EPr/TN is introduced as a formal specification tool to solve this problem. A formal model of the gateway is constructed by using Epr/TN. Based on this model, the process of protocol conversion and data transmission in the gateway are analyzed and validated. With object-oriented techniques, this model is also utilized in the software development of the gateway.

对江西中季种植南稻的试验数据进行了多角度，多方位的计算机统计分析，结果表明：中季种植巴西陆稻产量性状对产量的效应大小是：全生育期〉有效穗〉基本苗〉始穗至成熟天数〉结实率〉千粒数〉穗粒数〉播种至始穗天数。     

一种高分辨率谱估计与数据外推的快速算法

利用信号频谱幅度分布的先验信息，对短时数据序列信号提出了一种实现高分辨率谱估计和数据序列外推的快速算法。该算法利用了算子矩阵的特殊结构，采用简单、快速的矩阵求逆算法，使算法的运算量和数据存储容量大幅度下降。给出了算法在高分辨率谱估计及数据序列外推中的应用实例和仿真结果，证实了该算法的优良性能。     

SPB型泵自冷却分析

根据泵的结构原理，采用在泵体简化图上分块划分控制体积的方法，利用控制体积能量守恒定律，建立SPB泵各存油容腔内工作质温度的微分方程，并求解得出温度的时变规律，进而定量分析SPB泵的自冷却性能。     

初中语文自读课文教学初探

本文从初中语文自读课文的意义切入,对自读课文现行的因陈守旧和放任自流的两种教学模式的弊端进行分析,进一步提示自读教学之于讲读课文乃至语文教学的意义。在此基础上,结合自己的教学实践,提出了自读课文"举一反三"的教学原则,并具体阐述了常规训练、巧设提纲,轻拨重敲,反思交流的"自读课文四步教学法"模式。     

Transmission and demodulation of multi-polarization-multiplexed signals

We propose the configuration of signal multiplexing with four polarization states and investigate its transmission performance over single-mode fiber links. Using coherent detection and digital signal processing, a demodulation scheme for four-polarization-multiplexed (4PM) system is presented. We discuss the impact of crosstalk from polarization mode dispersion and polarization beam splitter misalignment on the proposed 4PM system. Furthermore, the transmission distance could be doubled to ~50 km by employing feedback decision equalizers.     

A 65-nm 1-Gb NOR floating-gate flash memory with less than 50-ns access time

This paper presents a 65-nm 1-Gb NOR-type floating-gate flash memory, in which the cell device and chip circuit are developed and optimized. In order to solve the speed problem of giga-level NOR flash in the deep submicron process, the models of long bit-line and word-line are first given, by which the capacitive and resistive loads could be estimated. Based on that, the read path and key modules are optimized to enhance the chip access property and reliability. With the measurement results, the flash memory cell presents good endurance and retention properties, and the macro is operated with 1-las/byte program speed and less than 50-ns read time under 3.3 V supply.
