Expression and Characterization of HGV E2 cDNA in Pichia pastoris

A 559 base pair fragment of cDNA locating at the putative E2 region of GBV-C/HGV was in-serted into Pichia pastoris expression vector pPICgK in the reading frame of α-factor secreting signal pep-tide. The recombinant expression plasmid pPIC9K-E2 was introduced into P. pastoris GSll5 with electro-poration and recombined with the host genome by homological recombination. The His+Mut+ recombinantyeasts were selected and cultivated in the BMMY medium. After 3 days induction with 0. 5% methanol,the target protein(E2) accumulated up to 30% of total proteins in the supernatant. The expressed E2 pro-tein was proved possessing antigenicity and high specificity with Western blot and ELISA probed with serafrom the immunized rabbits and the patients infected by GBV-C/HGV.

素质教育要重视心理素质的教育。作为语文教师要培养学生健康的心理素质 ,更要关注自己的心理健康 ,以教师健康的心理塑造学生健康的心理。因此教师要有博大的心胸 ,要有对教育的爱 ,对学生的爱 ,对语文学科的爱 ,以此来消解过重的心理负担 ,轻装前进。笔者从五个方面具体论述了语文教师“减负”的对策     

Cu（Ⅱ） effect on the conformation of regenerated silk fibroin in dilute aqueous solution

Much attention has been paid to the natural mechanism of silkworm spinning due to the impressive mechanical properties of the natural fibers. In this work, we studied the effect of Cu（Ⅱ） ions on the secondary structure of Bombyx mori regenerated silk fibroin （SF） in dilute solution by circular dichroism （CD）. The results indicate that a given amount of Cu（Ⅱ） induces the SF conformational transition from random coil to β-sheet, however, further addition of Cu（Ⅱ） is unfavorable for this conversion. Meanwhile, the conformational changes induced by Cu（Ⅱ） follow a nucleation-dependent aggregation mechanism, which is similar to that found in Prion protein （PrP） denaturation and Aβ-peptide aggregations, leading to the neurodegenerative disease. This work would help one understand further the natural spinning process of silkworm. Additionally, it would be significant for the study of the nervous system diseases, because silk fibroin, extracted in large amounts from Bombyx mori silkworm gland, could be a proper model to study PrP denaturation and Aβ-peptide aggregations.

宪法理论基础是宪法理论和实践的基本理念。近代人民在革命斗争中，认识到国家权力最容易侵犯人的权利，因此人们用宪法严格限制国家权力。但随着社会的发展，社会需要国家干预，人的积极性权利也需要国家创造条件，国家权力迅速膨胀。传统严格限权模式不再适用社会需要，现代社会既需要授予国家权力，又需要控制国家权力。     

On the Foundations of Constructive Mathematics – Especially in Relation to the Theory of Continuous Functions

We discuss the foundations of constructive mathematics, including recursive mathematics and intuitionism, in relation to classical mathematics. There are connections with the foundations of physics, due to the way in which the different branches of mathematics reflect reality. Many different axioms and their interrelationship are discussed. We show that there is a fundamental problem in BISH (Bishop’s school of constructive mathematics) with regard to its current definition of ‘continuous function’. This problem is closely related to the definition in BISH of ‘locally compact’. Possible approaches to this problem are discussed. Topology seems to be a key to understanding many issues. We offer several new simplifying axioms, which can form bridges between the various branches of constructive mathematics and classical mathematics (‘reuniting the antipodes’). We give a simplification of basic intuitionistic theory, especially with regard to so-called ‘bar induction’. We then plead for a limited number of axiomatic systems, which differentiate between the various branches of mathematics. Finally, in the appendix we offer BISH an elegant topological definition of ‘locally compact’, which unlike the current definition is equivalent to the usual classical and/or intuitionistic definition in classical and intuitionistic mathematics, respectively.

Atomic Electronic Contract Protocol Based on Convertible Signature

A new class of atomicity, namely contract atomicity is presented. A new technical strategy based on convertible signature and two-phase commitment is proposed for implementing atomicity of electronic contract protocol. A new atomic contract signing protocol is given out by using EIGamal like convertible undeniable signature and commitment ofconversion key, and another new atomic contract signing protocol is brought forward by using RSA based convertible undeniable signature scheme and commitment of conversion key. These two new protocols are proved to be of atomicity, fairness, privacy, non repudiation.

阐述了经济全球化对人的发展既有使个人需要的相对丰富,可以提高人的文化品位等积极影响,也有受益不均,发展机会不平衡、贬抑人的价值等消极影响的论点.指出要趋利避害,为人的发展创造良好的环境.     

森林面积分布系统的最优控制存在性问题

本文研究森林面积分布系统的最优控制问题。本文将林木总和长消率作为控制变量，以“范数最小”来衡量其最优性，利用空间Ｌ＾２（０，Ｔ）Ｔ〉０的自反、光滑和严格凸性，给出了森林面积分布系统最优控制的一个存在性定理。     

锻炼对老年人肺通气功能影响的研究

本文采用电子肺活量计对218名老人进行了肺通气功能的测试。测试结果表明:体育锻炼对老年人肺通气功能有良好影响。本文为老年人肺通气功能的研究、评价及老年人体育运动的研究提供了实验性依据。
