三维接触动力学中的瞬态位移分布

目的 确定瞬态接触过程中接触区以外位移与应力的关系。方法 利用Ｌａｐｌａｃｅ变换和二重Ｆｏｕｒｉｅｒ变换研究问题在变换域中的解。用改进的珠Ｌａｐｌａｃｅ反常工法证明不同接触区域和不同材料的数值计算都是稳定的。结果与结论 发展了三维瞬态接触动力学问题的分析解法,对于给定的相当普遍的接触应力,可以确定接触区域特别是椭圆形接触区域外位移的封闭解析解,还针对不同接触区域的几何特征和常用的５种固体介质材料进     

Isolation and identification of a novel STR (D17S2204) in the vicinity of NF1 locus

Using a synthetic oligonucleotide (dA-dC)15 as a probe to screen a probe pool made by microdissected human chromosome band 17q11-q12, a DNA fragment containing (CA)16 was isolated, which is a novel short tandem repeat (STR) determined by searching in the GenBank and GDB. It has 8 allelic types with a PIC value of 0.61. The novel STR is conformed with Mendelian segregation according to the linkage analysis of a three-generation neurofibromatosis type Ⅰ (NF1) pedigree. The STR was localized at chromosome band 17q11-q12 in the vicinity of NF1 gene by FISH analysis. The accession number of the STR in GenBank and GDB is G32112 and D17S2204 respectively.     

混合酸催化合成对羟基苯甲酸庚酯的新方法

介绍了在一种自制的混合酸催化剂作用下,用氧化钙作脱水剂,采用索氏提取器将对羟基苯甲酸与正庚醇进行回流脱水直接酯化的新方法．应用该法,酯化反应时间缩短、酯收率提高,同时对反应的诸因素进行了考察,确定了最佳反应条件．     

Expression of human β-subunit nerve growth factor (hNGFB) in yeast Pichia pastoris and E. coli

The gene hNGFB encoding the β subunit of human nerve growth factor (hNGF) was cloned intoP. pastoris secretive expression vector pHIL-S1 andE. coli expression vector pET-15b. The recombinant hNGFB vectors pSNGF and pET15b-NGF were transformed intoP. pastoris host cell GS115 (Mut⁺, His⁻) andE. coli strain BL21 (DE3) respectively. Expression and secretion of hNGFB inP. pastoris was attempted under the direction of the AOX1 promoter and PHO1 signal sequence. The positive colonies growing on medium without histidine were further selected by PCR. The yield of rehNGFB in GS115 was about 14.4% of total cellular secretive protein. The secreted protein was immunological active on Western blotting with rabbit anti-mNGFB antibodies. The fusion protein yield of rehNGFB inE. coli BL21 (DE3) was about 10.3% of total cellular protein after IPTG induction. Western blot detection showed its immunological activity.     

Computation of Leray-Schauder fixed points

A new simplicial homtopy algorithm is presented for computing the Leray-Schauder fixed points as well as Merrill fixed points and Eaves fixed points. Moreover, a coercivity condition to guarantee the computation proceeding in a bounded region is given.

交叉立方体互连网络是超立方体的一个变型,它有一些比超立方体更好的性质．本文证明了ｎ维交叉立方体ＣＱｎ的又一个超立方体所不具备的性质,即当ｎ≥１,ｎ≠２时,ＣＱｎ是Ｈａｍｉｌｔｏｎ连通的,并给出了当ｎ≥４时ＣＱｎ中任意两个顶点间Ｈａｍｉｌｔｏｎ路条数的一个下界４（２ｎ－１－２）∏ｎ－２ｉ＝３（２ｉ－２）２．
