This paper develops a Wald statistic for testing the validity of multivariate inequality constraints in linear regression models with spherically symmetric disturbances, and derive the distributions of the test statistic under null and nonnull hypotheses. The power of the test is then discussed. Numerical evaluations are also carried out to examine the power performances of the test for the case in which errors follow a multivariate student-t (Mt) distribution.  相似文献

介绍了国内外加工番茄收获机械实现果秧分离的方法,即梳齿法、机械手采摘法和振动分离法等,着重对目前应用较为普遍的带式振动分离机构和偏心块式振动分离机构的结构、工作原理及特点进行了分析,并结合W-W型非圆齿轮行星轮系运动特点,进而提出了利用W-W型非圆齿轮行星轮系取代现有机构,实现加工番茄果秧有效分离的方法。  相似文献

Changes in intracellular pH and water volume were measured after treatment of Friend erythroleukemia cells with 1.5% DMSO. It was found that a continuous decrease in pHi occurred, beginning 1 h after induction and a decline in pHi of 0.18 was measured after 9 h. In addition a decline in cellular water volume, of 12% only 15 min after induction, and 23% after 9 h, was observed.  相似文献

Summary The photosensitivity of orellanine, the main toxin ofCortinarius orellanus Fries mushrooms, and its transformation to orelline via orellinine is discussed. All three substances were found in methanolic extracts ofCortinarius orellanus andCortinarius speciossimus mushrooms. The problem of homogeneity of orellanine is also discussed.Acknowledgment. T lymphocytes require a foreign antigen to be presented on a cell surface in association with a self-transplantation antigen before they can recognize it effectively. This phenomenon is known as major histocompatibility complex (MHC) restriction. It is not clear how an incalculably large number of foreign proteins form unique complexes with a very limited number of MHC molecules. We studied the recognition properties of T cells specific for a peptide derived from bacteriophage lambda cI protein. Analogues of this peptide, as well as peptides derived from other unrelated antigens which can be presented in the context of the same MHC molecule, can competitively inhibit activation of these T cells by the cI peptide. Furthermore, these unrelated antigens can stimulate cI-specific T cells if certain specific amino-acid residues are replaced. Here we suggest a model in which all antigens give rise to peptides that can bind to the same site on the MHC molecule. T-cell recognition of this site (which is presumed to be polymorphic) with or without antigen bound can explain self-selection in the thymus and MHC restriction.  相似文献

The ribosomal P proteins are specific and important autoantigens in patients affected by systemic lupus erythematosus. In this study, we describe for the first time the selection and characterization of recombinant human monoclonal anti-P protein (auto)-antibody fragments from an autoimmune patient-derived phage display antibody library. The selected recombinant anti-P antibodies specifically recognize the P proteins in immunofluorescence assays on HEp-2 cells and in immunoblotting assays, and they immunoprecipitate the P proteins under native conditions. Using both anti-P-positive patient sera and the selected recombinant anti-P antibodies, the immunodominant epitope was determined and shown to be located at the C-terminal end of the P proteins (amino acids 111-115). Inhibition of in vitro protein translation demonstrated that interaction of the monoclonal patient-derived anti-P antibodies with their native epitope functionally inhibits the activity of the P proteins on the ribosome, confirming the notion that patient autoantibodies are often directed to the functional centre of their autoantigenic target.  相似文献
