固定化Streptomyces sp.108转化美伐他汀为普伐他汀的研究

报道了链霉菌(Streptomyces sp．108)固定化细胞制备的最适条件。初始底物(美伐他汀)浓度300mg/L,间接补加底物总浓度达到800mg/L时,普伐他汀产量为495mg/L,转化率为60％。在底物浓度为300mg/L时重复发酵3次,500mg/L时重复发酵2次,转化率分别达50．5％和53％。     

变参数离散动力系统的不动点及其分形图

研究了一类变参数离散动力系统Zk 1=f(λk,Zk,Z↑-k)的不动点分布规律,对该迭代系统的动力行为特征做出了猜想,且利用研究结果和计算机可视化技术中的逃逸时间算法得到了若干二维n次迭代映射中的分形图。计算机图示实验的结果对猜想提供了佐证。

非酒精性脂肪肝是慢性肝功能障碍最常见的原因,是一个严重的全球性健康问题。非酒精性脂肪肝已被证明与胰岛素抵抗、肥胖和代谢综合征相关,而这些因素又与心血管疾病密不可分。大量研究表明,非酒精性脂肪肝患者发生心血管疾病的风险增加,心血管疾病是其主要的死亡原因。越来越多的证据提示非酒精性脂肪肝不仅是心血管疾病的一个易感因素,而且可能参与了心血管疾病的发病机制。

Modeling of multi-inclusion composites with interfacial imperfections: Micromechanical and numerical simulations

A micromechanical approach based on a two-layer built-in model and a numerical simulation based on boundary element method are proposed to predict the effective properties of the multi-inclusion composite with imperfect interfaces. The spring model is introduced to simulate the interface imperfection. These two methods are compared with each other, and good agreement is achieved. Stochastic stability of quasi-integrable Hamiltonian systems with time delay by using Lyapunov function method

The asymptotic Lyapunov stability of one quasi-integrable Hamiltonian system with time-delayed feedback control is studied by using Lyapunov functions and stochastic averaging method.
