低温下钢-混凝土组合结构疲劳试验和极限承载力

针对钢-混凝土结合梁在青藏铁路上的应用情况,模拟青藏铁路线的温度环境,用专门研制的低温设备(最低温度能保持在-50℃以下),对由14MnNbq钢构件、直径为22 mm的栓钉(下称ψ22栓钉)和强度等级为C50的混凝土组成的钢-混凝土组合件作了低温疲劳试验和极限承载力试验.试验中,考虑了钢板的轧向和环境温度变化等因素对组合件承载力的影响,研究了低温下ψ22栓钉的破坏形式,疲劳承载力和极限承载力等问题,并将低温下的试验结果同常温下的试验结果进行了对比.研究结果表明:在同等荷载下,ψ22栓钉在-50～0℃的低温环境下疲劳寿命比在室温下的疲劳寿命长,且有温度越低,抗疲劳性能越强的趋势;钢板轧向对栓钉疲劳寿命影响很大,但对栓钉极限承载力没有明显影响;14MnNbq钢材质优良,转变温度低于-50℃.在温度为-50℃时,栓钉焊在14MnNbq钢板上对钢板材质无影响.     

内交互式数字电视系统及机顶盒的设计

讨论了基于DVB标准的内交互式数字电视系统的有关问题。在此基础上提出了一个内交互式机顶盒设计方案 ,并详细探讨了其硬件系统设计以及实现过程。     

SMAP/INID/1系统的瞬时队长分布

研究了一个有如下特征的排队系统:该系统的到达间隔及服务时间均为相互独立的随机变量,但不一定同分布.特别地,到达间隔分布与系统的瞬时输入量有关.这个系统是GI/G/1系统的拓广.该系统的瞬时队长过程一般不是一个马尔可夫过程,难于直接求取它的分布.利用补充变量技术,可以得到一个多维马尔可夫过程,使得上述系统的瞬时队长过程构成多维过程的一个分量过程,这样,便可借助马尔可夫过程理论及马氏骨架过程理论,得到一组柯尔莫哥洛夫向后方程及向后方程组,导出排队系统的瞬时队长分布的积分表示.在各到达间隔与服务时间均具密度函数的条件下,该积分表示的被积项能够递归地求取.此结论类似于A.S.Alfa等处理GI/G/1系统时所得结论.     

Inducing dopaminergic differentiation of expanded rat mesencephalic neural stem cells by ascorbic acid in vitro

Ascorbic acid (AA) induced differentiation of neural stem cells (NSCs) into dopaminergic (DAergic) neurons is reported.NSCs derived from rat mesencephalon were maintained and expanded in a defined medium containing mitogens of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and epidermal growth factor (EGF).Compared with the control, ascorbic acid treatment led to more DAergic neuronal differentiation as indicated by the expression of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and dopamine transporter (DAT), which are specific markers of dopamine neurons.AA induction also enhanced expression of Nurr1 and Shh.PD98059, an inhibitor of mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase (MAPK/ERK) pathway, could block AA-induced Nurr1, TH and DAT mRNA expression.The results might suggest a new strategy to provide enough dopaminergic cells for the therapy of Parkinson's disease (PD), and Nurr1 and ERK signaling pathway might participate in the AA-induced DAergic differentiation.     

Comparison of metallogenesis and resource potential on the eastern margin of the Jiangnan Upheaval between south Anhui (Wannan) and northeast Jiangxi (Gandongbei) provinces

The southern and northern parts of the eastern margin of the Jiangnan Upheaval, located in the northeast of Jiangxi Province (Gandongbei) and the south of Anhui Province (Wannan) share many similar characteristics of basement composition and structural evolution. However, the two areas have very different metal endowments and ranges of deposit types. The aim of this paper is to compare the metallogenic conditions of the two areas in order to analyze the reasons for these differences and to estimate the preliminary resource potential of the studied areas. It is concluded that difference of the crust-mantle interactions, especially the Yanshanian magmatism in the two areas, is the main reason resulting in difference in the ore-forming processes between Wannan and Gandongbei. The resource potential of Gandongbei is significantly greater than that of Wannan.     

Discovery of a Miaohe-type Biota from the Neoproterozoic Doushantuo Formation in Jiangkou County, Guizhou Province, China

A megascopic algal fossil assemblage was first discovered by Ma Guogan and Chen Meng‘e in the black shales of the Neoproterozoic Doushantuo Formation in Miaohe Town, Zigui County, Hubei Province in 1978. Formal naming of the Miaohe Biota was proposed by Cheng Meng‘e and Xiao Zongzheng in 199112j, and eleven morphological genera have been previously described. including megascopic algae and putative metazoans .Ding et al. greatly expanded the scope of the Miaohe Biota to 9 phyla consisting of 140 genera, including microphytoplanctons, megascopic algae, metazoans, spongesand trace fossils. Xiao et al. further restudied this fossil assemblage, concluding that only about 18 distinct taxa could be recognized and that many Miaohe taxa are poorly defined or svnonvmous.

基于相位干涉仪的极化和到达角的联合估计

传统干涉仪天线通常是单极化的,不能测量电波的极化特征。在传统干涉仪阵列天线的基础上增加一个正交极化天线,构成极化干涉仪,它能同时测量电磁波的极化特征和到达角,并且具有硬件结构简单、易于实现等特点。建立了极化干涉仪的理论模型,提出了极化参数和到达角的频域估计方法和时域估计方法,比较了两种方法的优缺点。仿真结果证明了理论模型和算法的正确性。
