烟气分析在转炉冶炼过程中的应用研究

介绍转炉烟气分析控制系统,研究转炉烟气和炉气在冶炼过程中的变化规律,并开发烟气定碳模型。结论表明,在转炉冶炼过程中利用烟气成分的变化规律,可进行转炉炉况判断、终点判断和了解炉内反应过程。开发的烟气定碳模型对于含碳量低于0.12%的炉次,其控制精度为±0.02%,命中率为90%。     

Environmental Issues of Geothermal Development in Yangbajing, Tibet and the Countermeasures

The pollution source and pollution state of surface water is respectively assessed with equal-standard-pollution-load index and Nemero index, and the habitans' health is assessed as well by comparison with pre-development of geothermal field. Results show that: 1 ) Three pollutive factors obviously fail to attain the required standards and their order sorted by impact degree is As＞F- ＞S2-. 2) The Nemero index of Donggua cross section of Duilongqu River is 0. 725and the water quality is at mildly-polluted level. 3) In Lhasa River, the Nemero indexes of cross sections affected by geothermal fields are much higher than that of the unaffected one, which shows the present and potential impacts of geothermal development. 4) Much more inhabitants nearby got trichomadesis sickness after geothermal development, which shows that the surface water pollution in this area has threatened the inhabitants' health. In addition, other environmental issues caused by Yangbajing geothermal development are analyzed and some countermeasures are proposed.     

复杂回转面刀具的计算机辅助造型与加工过程仿真

加工旋转锉复杂回转面刀具时，砂轮与工件的相对运动轨迹一般是复杂运动，只有用多坐标联动的数控装置才能实现，为了验证理论推导和计算的正确性，本文对旋转锉的加工过程进行了计算机仿真，为充分利用国内外在计算机图形学和CAD方面的最新成就，本文在重庆大学机械传动国家重点实验室的Sum-CAD工作站上对引进的I-deas软件包进行了应用开发，第一次将计算机造型应用于复杂回转面刀具有成形与加工，该工作站及三维图形功能对于特种回转面刀具是一个强有力的研究工具。     

线性谐振子的计算机代数计算

采用计算机代数方法，通过Mathematica软件计算线性谐振子的波函数，几率密度和几率最大值的位置。计算方法简单、通用，易于推广。     

Titius—Bode定则的发展,天体量子论和泛量子理论

太阳系的Titius-Bode定则可以发展为r_n=an~2,令α_1=0.042,n=3,4,5,6是类地行星;令α_2=1.2,n=2,3,4,5,6是类木行星。此时海王星、冥王星都是规则的,且适用于大多数卫星。由此可以完全类比于玻尔原子模型,并得出太阳系量子常数H=(αGM_⊙)~(1/2)和天体薛定谔方程。这样距离规则是行星演化时统计性的结果,宇宙中应普遍存在波粒二象性和形式相似而量子常数各不相同的泛量子理论。     

一种基于数字水印的错误检测和定位技术

为了增强视频通信系统在有误码信道的适应能力 ,提出了一种基于数字水印技术的错误检测方法 ,使得解码器可以对误码块进行有效的补偿。其原理为编码器在量化后离散余弦变换 (DCT)系数中嵌入易碎的数字水印 ,解码器可以通过提取水印从而确认错误以及错误发生的首宏块位置。仿真结果证明 :在信道误码率为 5× 10 - 4时 ,与常用的基于语法的方法相比 ,本方法的错误检测率是其的 1.32～ 1.82倍 ,错误正确定位率是其的 2 .95～ 5 .32倍 ,而且 PSNR只有微弱降低 ,同时算法复杂度很低     

耐火砖模具的稀土高浓度渗碳

在煤油渗剂中添加微量稀土元素对A3钢耐火砖模具进行稀土高浓度渗碳 ,可使渗速加快 ,渗层碳浓度增高 ,层深尤其是过共析 共析层深度增加 ;渗层硬度较高且硬度梯度较缓 ;渗层组织中的碳化物数量增多 ,且呈细小颗粒状弥散分布。生产实践表明 ,经该工艺处理的耐火砖模具 ,使用寿命可比常规气体渗碳处理的提高2— 3倍。

Erosion and Sediment Production in Small Watershed in Purple Hilly Areas and Prevention Techniques

Purple Soil distributes extensively and mainly in China. Because of abundant easily weatherable parent rocks/materials and unstable soil structure, and also influenced by parent materials, usage systems, and slope gradients, erosion and sediment production of purple soils are very severe with main fashions of water erosion and gravitational erosion. Basing on observed data in small watersheds, rainfall erosivity,vegetation coverage, previous soil water content, flow and relating factors such as climate, topograph of small watershed,land usage, and soil kinds are all the influence factors of erosion and erodibility of purple soil as well as sediment production and transport in small watershed of purple hilly areas.The effective technological countermeasures of ecosystem restoration, agricultural tillage for water conservation and erosion prevention, agriculture project, and soil changing for fertility and anti-erosion were provided.     

三邻菲咯啉合亚钌-亚硫酸根-氯酸钾体系化学发光法测定葡萄酒中亚硫酸盐总量

提出了Ru(phen) 32 +-SO32 - -KClO3(phen =1 ,1 0菲咯啉 )体系化学发光法测定溶液中亚硫酸盐含量的方法 .SO32 - 浓度与化学发光强度在 1 .0× 1 0 - 6～ 1 .0× 1 0 - 3 mol/L范围内成正比 ,检出限为 2 .32× 1 0 - 6mol/L (S/N =3) ,1 .0× 1 0 - 4 mol/LSO32 - 溶液重复 6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为 3.8% .该方法成功地用于白葡萄酒中的亚硫酸盐总含量的测定 ,结果令人满意 .
