我国国内旅游需求影响因素分析及规模预测

近20年来我国国内旅游业发展之所以形成高潮,一方面由于我国实行改革开放的结果,而另一方面更在于近年我国居民可支配收入和闲暇时间的增多.2003年上半年,中国旅游业遭受SARS的沉重打击,2003年下半年国内旅游业经历了迅速恢复期,2004年已经表现出很强的增长势头.就影响我国国内旅游业发展的主要因素进行分析,并对未来五年我国国内旅游发展规模进行预测.     

阴极保护检查片评估西气东输苏浙沪管段的保护效果

依据2004年美国国家标准学会(ANSI)和腐蚀工程师协会(NACE)联合发布的阴极保护检查片新技术标准,于2005-2006年在西气东输管道苏浙沪管段沿线,开展检查片评估阴极保护效果的现场试验.经过检查片设计、试验方案实施以及数据处理分析,得到了管道沿线阴极保护度和土壤腐蚀性分布;获得该地区IR降误差的统计值为170mV,并修正了管道保护电位准则(以-1.02V替代-0.85V).研究结果表明:受杂散干扰的马鞍山、芜湖附近管道受到良好保护;东桥、无锡处管道保护电位衰减过快,存在接地的可能;该阴极保护系统容量至少覆盖试验中大、小检查片的面积变化;利用危险性矩阵可以分析管道外腐蚀危害的风险等级、危险来源等.     

A theoretical model for mid-and low-latitude ionospheric electric fields in realistic geomagnetic fields

The geomagnetic fields, which play important roles in the ionospheric dynamo, can greatly affect the global distribution of ionospheric electric fields, currents and other ionospheric electrodynamics phenomena. In the study of ionospheric electrodynamics phenomena, such as the longitudinal variations of ionospheric electric fields, the non-dipolar component of the geomagnetic fields must be taken into account. In this paper, we deduce a theoretical electric field model for ionospheric dynamo at mid- and low-latitude which adopt a modified magnetic apex coordinates system. In the new electric field model, the geomagnetic fields can be calculated from either the IGRF model or the dipole field model, and the neutral winds and conductivities are calculated based on empirical models. Then the dynamo equation for the electric potential is finally solved in terms of the line-by-line iteration method, and the ionospheric electric fields and currents are derived from the calculated potential. Our model can reproduce the main features of the ionospheric electrodynamics processes, so it will be a useful tool for the investigation of the upper atmosphere and ionosphere.     

μA级低功耗流量检测仪的设计

针对目前的流量检测仪在缺乏供电的场所无法对流量进行连续监测的问题,提出一种以零功耗磁敏传感器为信号采集前端,以低功耗MSP430F413单片机为控制器的流量检测仪的设计方法.介绍其工作原理和关键芯片的选型、硬件电路和软件流程.用此方法设计的流量检测仪功耗只有μA级,采用普通锂电池供电,非常适合在没有通电的地方使用.     

引入青海的辽宁绒山羊双极胸导联心电图

对34只引入青海的辽宁绒山羊3个双极胸导联心电图进行了描记和分析。结果发现：①在3个双极胸导联心电图上，P波和T波的波向变化甚大；②在CⅡ和CⅢ导联心电图上，QRS综合波多数呈qR型(分别为94．2％和79．5％)，而在CI导联心电图上，QRS综合波呈现9种波型；③各波和间期的时限(s)为：P坡，0．049;P—Q间期，0．107；QRS综合波，0．059;T波，0．072;Q—T间期，0．306；Q—Tc间期，0．373;R—R间期，0．672；④被检山羊窦律不齐的发生率达64．71％。     

Preparation of organic thin-film field effect transistor

The organic thin-film field effect transistor was prepared through vacuum deposition by using teflon as di-electric material. Indium-tin-oxide acted as the source and drain electrodes. Copper phthalocyanine and teflon were used as the semiconductor layer and dielectric layer, respectively. The gate electrode was made of Ag. The channel length between the source and drain was 50 μm. After preparing the source and drain electrodes by lithography, the copper phthalocyanine layer, teflon layer and Ag layerwere prepared by vacuum deposition sequentially. The field effect electron mobility of the device reached 1.1×10ˉ6 cm2/(V@s), and the on/off current ratio reached 500.     

软件可靠性与费用权衡

软件可靠性与费用的关系是辩证的 :一方面增加可靠性可以减少软件的维修费用 ,避免软件因可靠性低不能使用所造成的开发费用的浪费 ;另一方面增加软件可靠性 ,大都以增加软件开发费用为代价 ,而软件成本的提高又制约了软件的销售和推广。对软件可靠性分配和软件测试终止时间的确定进行了深入分析 ,通过这两条途径实现了软件可靠性和费用的权衡。在此基础上 ,给出了在软件工程中权衡软件可靠性与费用的其它方法。

双向HFC网上行传输的技术问题及对策

文章对有线电视双向HFC网上行传输的若干技术问题作了较详细的研究;阐述了双向HFC网传输通道中的特有问题——“汇集干扰”、“汇集均衡”等概念及形成原因,并通过实例分析;提出了解决双向HFC网中信号存在“汇集干扰”、“汇集均衡”等问题的可行性方案及加强有线电视上行通道安全性的措施。
