1,6—二磷酸果糖制备研究：Ⅰ.菌种的筛选及培养条件

介绍了１,６－二磷酸果糖产生菌的筛选和最佳培养条件的确定,在所筛选的菌种中９５１８、９５１９号菌株均具较高的产１,６－二磷酸果糖酶系活力。其最佳培养条件为：培养温度２８℃,ｐＨ６．５。     

Syndrome series of one point algebraic-geometric codes and majority voting scheme

A type of recurring relations on syndrome series is presnted. After some important theorems are established, an algorithm for computing a minimal polynomial set is presented. Finally an algorithm for determining the unknown syndromes with incorporating α majority scheme is presented.     

Fabrication of MgB2 superconducting films by different methods

MgB₂ superconducting films have been successfully fabricated on single crystal MgO(111) and c-AL₂O₃ substrates by different methods. The film deposited by pulsed laser deposition is c-axis oriented with zero resistance transition temperature of 38.4 K, while the other two films fabricated by chemical vapor deposition and electrophoresis are c-axis textured with the zero resistance transition temperature of 38 K and 39 K, respectively. Magnetization hysteresis measurements yield critical current density J_c of 10⁷ A/cm² at 15 K in zero field for the thin film and of 10⁵ A/cm² for the thick film. For the thin film deposited by chemical vapor deposition, the microwave surface resistance at 10 K is found to be as low as 100 μΩ, which is comparable with that of a high-quality high-temperature superconducting thin film of YBCO.     

Facile construction of novel CoMoO4 microplates@CoMoO4 microprisms structures for well-stable supercapacitors

A simple and controllable strategy has been developed to fabricate CoMoO_4 microplates/CoMoO_4 microprisms(CMCMs) structures on Ni foam via a facile, cost-effective, two-step hydrothermal route. The as-grown 3D architecture exhibited excellent areal capacitance of 4.33 F cm~(-2)at a galvanostatic chargedischarge current density of 50 mA cm~(-2)(6 Ag~(-1)) and outstanding cycle performance with only 2.8%degradation over 6500 cycles in the 3 M KOH solution. The asymmetric all-solid-state supercapacitors based on activated carbon(AC) and CMCMs exhibited much better electrochemical performance than the symmetric counterpart, showing an areal capacitance of 95.22 mF cm~(-2)at the current density of 12 m A cm~(-2)and excellent cycling stability with 92.27% of the initial capacitance after 5000 cycles. These results may provide useful guidelines for materials selection and configuration designs for the novel energy storage devices based on Co Mo O4 components and substrates.     

煤层冲击倾向性试验及数值模拟

冲击地压是一种特殊的矿山动力现象,而冲击倾向性是煤岩体发生冲击地压的内在因素和必要条件.对松树镇煤矿主采煤层进行冲击倾向性试验,对冲击能量指数、弹性能量指数和动态破坏时间三个煤层冲击能量指标进行分析,得出煤层无冲击倾向性.但对开采煤层数值模拟,得出深部煤层顶部最大主应力值、顶板下沉较大,需要实施一定的防治措施.这为该矿防治冲击地压提供了科学依据.     

氯代苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂的合成

通过重氮化,偶合,还原和烷基化反应合成了７个氯代苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂,在烷基化反应中使用了相转移催化剂三乙基苄基氯化铵。合成的紫外线吸收剂经红外,核磁共振,质谱等确证了结构。测定吸收波长发现引入氯原子使其摩尔消光系数增大,最大吸收波长向长波方向移动。     

民间信仰的历史传承与申遗策略——以温州宁村“汤和信仰”为例

浙江温州龙湾区“汤和信仰”是地方民间信仰中最具特殊性、典型性的个案之一。通过文献资料和田野材料，叙述了从“汤和信仰”到“汤和信俗”的产生、演变过程，分析了汤和信仰在历史上曾属于国家和民间两个层面的特点，阐释了汤和信仰申遗成功的背景、策略和意义。     

无机盐存在下β—环糊精对萘的包络作用

研究了碱金属氯化物存在下β-环糊精对萘的包络作用,结果表明,盐类存在下萘-β-环糊精包络物形成常数增大并促进萘在β-环糊精水溶液中激基缔合物的形成,结果说明盐类的存在有利于强硫水性化合物的包络,并定量说明主客体间的疏水相互作用是包络物形成动力之一。     

手性液晶的研究——Ⅵ.2,5-二苯基吡啶类

设计合成了(+)-2-[4-(2′-甲基丁氧基)苯基]-5-(4″-烷氧基苯基]吡啶和(+)-2-[4-烷氧基苯基]-5-[4′-(2″-甲基丁氧基)苯基]吡啶两个系列共七个手性液晶化合物。进行了结构分析,确证其结构。它们具有右旋近晶相、宽的相变温度、稳定性好等性能。     

手性液晶的研究——Ⅶ.苯基嘧啶类铁电液晶

合成了四个系列共十四个化合物,测定了它们的相变温度和相态,对部分化合物进行了电滞回线和螺距的测试,并比较了结构和性能的关系。其中(d)AmPA′Pm(Ⅱ)和(d)HpPA′Pm(Ⅳ)为室温铁电液晶,AP(d)Hp′Pm(Ⅲ)为胆甾相液晶,对产物进行了初步的混合配方探索。
