Hedgehog/Wnt feedback supports regenerative proliferation of epithelial stem cells in bladder

Epithelial integrity in metazoan organs is maintained through the regulated proliferation and differentiation of organ-specific stem and progenitor cells. Although the epithelia of organs such as the intestine regenerate constantly and thus remain continuously proliferative, other organs, such as the mammalian urinary bladder, shift from near-quiescence to a highly proliferative state in response to epithelial injury. The cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying this injury-induced mode of regenerative response are poorly defined. Here we show in mice that the proliferative response to bacterial infection or chemical injury within the bladder is regulated by signal feedback between basal cells of the urothelium and the stromal cells that underlie them. We demonstrate that these basal cells include stem cells capable of regenerating all cell types within the urothelium, and are marked by expression of the secreted protein signal Sonic hedgehog (Shh). On injury, Shh expression in these basal cells increases and elicits increased stromal expression of Wnt protein signals, which in turn stimulate the proliferation of both urothelial and stromal cells. The heightened activity of this signal feedback circuit and the associated increase in cell proliferation appear to be required for restoration of urothelial function and, in the case of bacterial injury, may help clear and prevent further spread of infection. Our findings provide a conceptual framework for injury-induced epithelial regeneration in endodermal organs, and may provide a basis for understanding the roles of signalling pathways in cancer growth and metastasis.     

贮藏温度对蓝莓活性成分及抗氧化活性的影响

研究不同贮藏温度下,蓝莓果实的活性成分及抗氧化活性的变化,确定蓝莓鲜果适宜的贮藏温度,并为研究蓝莓果实中主要的抗氧化成分提供参考.在贮藏温度为20~25,10~15,0~5℃下,于不同贮藏期取样测定蓝莓果实中花青素、总酚和总黄酮的质量分数;测定蓝莓对DPPH自由基（DPPH.）和羟自由基（OH.）的清除率,并分析3种活性成分与蓝莓抗氧化活性的相关性.结果表明,在不同的贮藏温度下,蓝莓果实中花青素、总酚和总黄酮的质量分数及抗氧化活性均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,在贮藏初期,较高的贮藏温度能明显促进蓝莓果实活性成分含量和抗氧化活性的增加,但在贮藏后期,较高的温度加速了蓝莓果实活性成分含量和抗氧化活性的下降速度,并缩短了蓝莓贮藏期;低温（0~5℃）能使蓝莓果实的活性成分含量和抗氧化活性始终维持在一个相对较高的水平,且能显著增加果实的贮藏期,是蓝莓较适宜的贮藏温度;蓝莓果实中花青素、总酚和总黄酮质量分数与其清除自由基的能力之间均呈显著正相关（P〈0.05）.     

多孔介质太阳能吸热器的非稳态传热

Skin collagen fiber-based radar absorbing materials

By using skin collagen fiber (CF) as raw material,Schiff base structure containing CF (Sa-CF) was synthesized through CF-salicylaldehyde reaction.Then a novel radar absorbing material (Fe-Sa-CF) was prepared by chelating reaction between Sa-CF and Fe 3+.The coaxial transmission and reflection method was used to analyze the complex permittivity and complex magnetic permeability of these CF-based materials,and the radar cross section (RCS) method was used to investigate their radar absorbing properties in the frequency range of 1.0-18.0 GHz.Experimental results indicated that the conductivity of CF increased from initial 1.08×10-11 to 2.86×10-6 S/cm after being transferred into Fe-Sa-CF,and its dielectric loss tangent (tanδ) in the frequency range of 1.0-17.0 GHz also increased.These facts suggest that the Fe-Sa-CF is electric-loss type radar absorbing material.In the frequency range of 3.0-18.0 GHz,Sa-CF (1.0 mm in thickness) exhibited somewhat radar absorbing property with maximum radar reflection loss (RL) of-4.73 dB.As for Fe-Sa-CF,the absorbing bandwidth was broadened,and the absorbing intensity significantly increased in the frequency range of 1.0-18.0 GHz where a maximum radar RL of-9.23 dB was observed.In addition,the radar absorbing intensity of Fe-Sa-CF can be further improved by increasing membrane thickness.When the thickness reached to 2.0 mm,the RL values of Fe-Sa-CF were-15.0-18.0 dB in the frequency range of 7.0-18.0 GHz.Consequently,a kind of novel radar absorbing material can be prepared by chemical modification of collagen fiber,which is characterized by thin thickness,low density,broad absorption bandwidth and high absorption intensity.

在城市控制网改造中,选择一种合理、规范、统一的城区坐标系统,十分重要。从目前甘肃省境内各地区现存坐标系统优、缺点分析入手,结合本省的特殊地理位置,根据城市网控制测量的要求,从不同方面阐述了平面坐标系统选择高斯正形投影任意带的平面直角坐标系统,投影面选取城市平均高程面;高程系统选择1985国家高程基准,是适合本省地域条件最理想的城区坐标系统。     

装配式混凝土板桥桥面加固技术的试验研究

通过在装配式混凝土板板顶植筋并对桥面施加横向预应力,不但可以加强板与桥面铺装层的连接,而且还可以加强整体结构的横向整体性,增强结构对动载冲击、震动、磨耗抵抗能力.以寨河桥为工程实例,进行了植筋和预应力张拉前后10个工况的混凝土板挠度和应力的现场测试,结果表明,植筋等增加桥面预应力的措施确实能够预防桥面病害的发生,并能提高桥面的承载力,减小挠度,为相关工程提供了依据.

微波辅助萃取的微波吸收系数与吸收功率密度

微波吸收系数和吸收功率密度是反映微波辅助萃取效率的两个重要参量,前者代表了溶液对微波能的整体吸收比率,后者代表了溶液中某一点处微波能转化为热能的强度.文中根据微波在介质中的传播规律,导出了微波吸收系数与溶液复介电常数间的关系式;并以微波与物质相互作用的基本原理为基础,导出了微波吸收功率密度与物质复介电常数以及空间位置间的量化关系式.所得结论可为微波辅助萃取中溶剂的选择以及特定溶剂中微波频率的选择提供理论参考.     

基于遗传算法的制造网络服务质量优化

服务质量的合成是面向服务架构系统面临的重要挑战,评价面向服务架构制造网络最优化的典型标准是加工时间成本和系统响应时间.文中提出了一种应用遗传算法解决制造网络服务质量优化问题的新方法.首先用着色Petri网和排队论分别对制造网络的物流和信息流进行建模,然后应用遗传算法对该模型进行调度并获取服务质量的近似最优解.在该算法中,染色体采用分段基因编码,它们分别是制造网络物流和信息流调度方案的规则与加权系数的组合;遗传操作包括选择、交叉、变异3种类型.在每一代种群中,通过仿真得到与每个染色体相对应的各项性能指标值,以模糊综合评判方法求取制造网络服务质量适应度的函数值.实验结果表明,该方法能有效优化制造网络的服务质量.     

基于质量评价技术的多信道语音选优决策系统

在分析远距离多信道同源语音信道特性的基础上 ,用若干特征参数来表征信道传输的语音质量并建立了语音质量客观评价模型 ,结合人的听觉特性等因素开发出一种基于语音质量客观评价技术的优质语音信道选优决策系统。该系统能够确保语音通信始终在最佳信道上 ,且在切换过程中无跳变感觉 ,不影响听觉效果 ,现已在实际工程中得到成功运用并取得了满意效果。
