本文探讨了在光折变晶体写入体相位栅产生高阶衍射的物理机制，在光栅的写入过程中，振幅和位相耦合分别引起光栅振幅和位相的不均匀，这两种不均匀性导致光栅波矢的附加横向分量，后者可有效地补偿高阶衍射的波矢失配，同时一旦高阶衍射在晶体表面出现，具有高增益值的光折变值晶体通过多波耦合将保证它随传播距离增长，这是在光折变晶体中形成高阶衍射光束的重要原因。

本文定义了一个类似Ｈａｒｄｙ最大函数的加权最大函数，并且给出这一函数满足一加权赋范不等式的充分条件和必要条件。     

2,6-二甲基-3,5-二氯-4-吡啶醇的合成及其抗球虫作用的研究

以双乙烯酮为原料,经二聚合反应,得脱氢醋酸。再由脱氢醋酸分别经水解、氨化、氯化反应(总收率26.97%)或高压氨化、氯化反应(总收率39.52%)制得文题化合物(m.p.345℃)。药理试验表明其毒性较低(LD_(50)>10g/kg)。用作饲料添加剂可明显提高鸡的增重率,降低死亡率,防治球虫病。

Characteristics of the binding features of Nelin with F-actin and screening Nelin interactive proteins

The interaction of nelin, a cardiac-specific expressed protein of human novel gene nelin, with F-actin was studied by both F-actin cosedimentation in vitro and colocalization assays. The results showed that nelin is a new F-actin binding protein and is colocolized with F-actin in cytoplasm of cells. Three new nelin binding proteins, filamin C subtype, titin N2B subtype and inter-alpha trypsin inhibitor heavy chain precursor (ITIH), were identified from human heart cDNA library using yeast two-hybrid screening. The binding activity of filamin C with nelin was confirmed by coimmunoprecipitation. Filamin C binds to nelin through its C-terminal region. It is indicated that nelin is a cytoskeleton associated protein and acts as a membrane-cytoskeleton associated protein involved in the formation of focal adhesions.     

Mismatch repair genes identified using genetic screens in Blm-deficient embryonic stem cells

Phenotype-driven recessive genetic screens in diploid organisms require a strategy to render the mutation homozygous. Although homozygous mutant mice can be generated by breeding, a reliable method to make homozygous mutations in cultured cells has not been available, limiting recessive screens in culture. Cultured embryonic stem (ES) cells provide access to all of the genes required to elaborate the fundamental components and physiological systems of a mammalian cell. Here we have exploited the high rate of mitotic recombination in Bloom's syndrome protein (Blm)-deficient ES cells to generate a genome-wide library of homozygous mutant cells from heterozygous mutations induced with a revertible gene trap retrovirus. We have screened this library for cells with defects in DNA mismatch repair (MMR), a system that detects and repairs base-base mismatches. We demonstrate the recovery of cells with homozygous mutations in known and novel MMR genes. We identified Dnmt1(ref. 5) as a novel MMR gene and confirmed that Dnmt1-deficient ES cells exhibit micro-satellite instability, providing a mechanistic explanation for the role of Dnmt1 in cancer. The combination of insertional mutagenesis in Blm-deficient ES cells establishes a new approach for phenotype-based recessive genetic screens in ES cells.

对履带式推土机行走机构的振动特性进行测试 ,建立起推土机缓冲系统模型 ,经对模型特性参数对传递率影响的分析 ,确定出参数的合理值域。把阻尼材料诺模图曲线数字化 ,做到了计算机对诺模图动态曲线的自动查询 ,实现了阻尼缓冲结构的动态优化。掌握了阻尼缓冲结构的设计理论和方法 ,已应用于 2 4 2kW履带式推土机粘弹性悬挂机构的开发。
