研究了sup T类与inf I类方程的解结构 ,并在特定条件下分别给出了它们的解集 ,其中L为完备Brouwer格 .T为无穷∨ 分配伪t 模 ,I是无穷∧ 分配蕴涵算子 ,I =I(T) .

建立了用神经递质多巴胺作电活性配体示差脉冲伏安法间接测定生物体液中的铝的方法 .多巴胺在玻碳电极上的氧化峰电流随铝浓度的增加而线性下降 .在最佳测定条件 (pH 7.0 ,2 .4× 1 0 -4 mol/L多巴胺 ,0 .0 8mol/LNH4Ac缓冲溶液 )下 ,铝的检测下限、相对标准偏差 (4× 1 0 -6mol/LAl(III) ,n =8)、线性范围分别为 1 .7× 1 0 -7mol/L、3 .4%、4 .0× 1 0 -7～ 42×1 0 -7mol/LAl(III) .对许多生物体液中可能存在的物质进行了干扰试验 .采用标准加入法将所建立的方法应用于实际样品如人全血、脑病患者的脑脊液、糖尿病患者的尿、肺癌患者的腹水、合成肾透析液及合成脑脊液等样品中铝测定 ,结果表明回收率在 95 %～1 0 8%之间 ,所测得的样品中铝含量与文献值和ICP法值吻合 .通过紫外光谱、拉曼光谱及 1 3 C核磁共振谱探讨了测定方法的原理 .加入铝后多巴胺氧化峰电流的下降原因是铝与多巴胺的邻羟基配位 ,从而使电活性的多巴胺浓度下降     

壬基酚对鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)巨噬细胞的免疫毒性

从鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)头肾中分离巨噬细胞，体外暴露雌二醇和壬基酚后，用MTT法测定它们对鲫鱼巨噬细胞增殖的影响，用化学发光法测定它们对鲫鱼巨噬细胞呼吸爆发的影响，评价壬基酚的免疫毒性，并与天然激素雌二醇的免疫效应相比较．结果表明，雌二醇对鲫鱼巨噬细胞的增殖有明显的诱导作用，壬基酚对鲫鱼巨噬细胞增殖在低浓度表现为诱导作用，高浓度表现为抑制作用．雌二醇、壬基酚对鲫鱼巨噬细胞呼吸爆发有明显的诱导作用．研究结果表明壬基酚对鲫鱼具有潜在的免疫毒性．与天然激素雌二醇的免疫作用效应比较，进一步证明了壬基酚的弱雌激素活性．

一种新的二自由度PID调节器设计方法

本文针对典型工业过程控制对象,扩展了基于干扰检测的控制思想,与二自由度PID控制相结合,提出了一种新的二自由度PID调节器的设计方法.所设计的调节器结构简单,参数整定方便,可使时滞和非时滞系统都具有良好的目标值跟踪特性和干扰抑制特性,仿真研究结果表明了它的有效性.     

Numerical tests of efficiency of the retrospective time integration scheme in the self-memory model

A set of numerical tests was carried out to compare the retrospective time integral scheme in a self-memory model,whose dynamic kernel is the barotropical quasi-geostrophic model, with the ordinary centered difference scheme in the barotropical quasigeostrophic model. The Rossby-Haurwitz wave function was taken as the initial fields for both schemes. The results show that in comparison with the ordinary centered difference scheme, the retrospective time integral scheme reduces by 2 orders of magnitude the forecast error, and the forecast error increases very little with lengthening of the time-step. Therefore, the retrospective time integral scheme has advantages of improving the forecast accuracy, extending the predictable duration and reducing the computation amount.

Ground demonstration system based on in-orbit assembly oriented manipulator flexible force control

To eliminate the load weight limit of carrier rockets and reduce the burden on support struc-tures,in-orbit assembly is a key technology to make design of scattering a large diameter telescope into submirror modules, which requires smooth operation of assembly robots, and flexible force con-trol technology is necessary.A ground demonstration system is presented for in-orbit assembly focu-sing on flexible force control.A six-dimensional force/torque sensor and its data acquisition system are used to compensate for gravity.For translation and rotation, an algorithm for flexible control is proposed.A ground transportation demonstration verifies accuracy and smoothness of flexible force control, and the transportation and assembly task is completed automatically.The proposed system is suitable for the development of in-orbit assembly robots.
