储煤仓高边坡加筋土数值模拟

针对黄土区储煤仓高边坡回填土稳定性较差的情况,利用非限性有限元法建立加筋边坡稳定性计算模型,分析高边坡加筋土土体强度、坡背面板及筋带空间位置与安全系数的关系。结果表明,对高边坡回填土进行加筋带加固显著增大了边坡的承载能力和安全系数;土体强度(土体摩擦角和黏聚力)增加,边坡稳定性明显增大;加筋层数增加边坡的稳定性增大,但存在适当范围;坡背面板的加入增加了边坡的稳定性,但工程造价也随之增加。该研究为高边坡加筋土的有效利用提供了参考。     

向家坝水电站左岸高边坡安全监测成果分析

左岸高边坡是向家坝水电站工程施工的重要区域,边坡稳定与否将直接影响枢纽工程的顺利施工.对安全监测仪器的布置、实施情况进行了介绍,对已获取的观测结果进行分析,对边坡目前的稳定状态给予了评价.监测结果表明,开挖支护控制较好,目前边坡已处于稳定状态.     

The inhibition of antibody production in mice caused by the injection of specific antiserum on the first day of life

Résumé L'injection de l'antitoxine diphthérique aux souris nouvelles-nées inhibe chez elles la production des anticorps lorsqu'elles sont, à l'état de maturité, immunisées à l'aide d'un toxoïde diphthérique. Nous avons examiné l'influence de la dose d'antisérum administrée aux animaux nouveaux-nées au cours d'immunisation passive ainsi que l'influence de la voie d'injection sur le degré d'inhibition de l'immunogenèse.     

Proof, by a double-blind study, of the efficacy of synoviorthesis by erbium-169 in rheumatoid arthritis of the fingers]

A double-blind study (201 metacarpo and interphalangeal joints) on the effectiveness of the synoviorthesis shows the significant value of the 169-Erbium, compared with intra-articular placebo or corticotherapy. The treatment gives an improvement in 58% of the cases (p less than 0.01) (stade 1:80,7%), by destruction of the rheumatoid pannus, begins after 3 months and develops for one year and more.     

In situ aging of auricular chondrocytes is not due to the exhaustion of their replicative potential

Summary Multiplication of chondrocytes during growth of rabbit auricular cartilage was estimated on the basis of total DNA determination and compared with the population doubling level reached by these chondrocytes in vitro. The results indicate that the in situ aging of auricular chondrocytes is caused by factors other than the intrinsic depletion of their growth potential.

Function and molecular evolution of multicopper blue proteins

Multicopper blue proteins (MCBPs) are multidomain proteins that utilize the distinctive redox ability of copper ions. There are a variety of MCBPs that have been roughly classified into three different groups, based on their domain organization and functions: (i) nitrite reductase-type with two domains, (ii) laccase-type with three domains, and (iii) ceruloplasmin-type with six domains. Together, the second and third group are often commonly called multicopper oxidases (MCOs). The rapid accumulation of genome sequence information in recent years has revealed several new types of proteins containing MCBP domains, mainly from bacteria. In this review, the recent research on the functions and structures of MCBPs is summarized, mainly focusing on the new types. The latter half of this review focusses on the twodomain MCBPs, which we propose as the evolutionary intermediate of the MCBP family.Received 25 February 2005; received after revision 23 May 2005; accepted 31 May 2005
