以本院PICKER1200SX CT机维修为背景，总结了近几年来的一些维修经验，以及该设备的一些常见故障排除方法，供同行参考。     

Phylogenetic relationships of host insects of Cordyceps sinensis inferred from mitochondrial Cytochrome b sequences

This study used the sequence of the mitochondrial Cytochrome b (Cytb) to estimate phylogenetic relationships among host Hepialidae insects of Cordyceps sinensis. Genome DNA of host insect was extracted from the dead larva head part of 18 cordyceps populations and 2 species of Hepialus, and the Cytb fragment of host insect was amplified with PCR technique. The nucleotide sequence alignments and their homologous sequences of 24 species host Hepialidae insects of Cordyceps sinensis were obtained from GenBank and were used to construct phylogenetic trees based on neighbor-joining method. The results showed that genus Bipectilus diverged earlier than genus Hepialus and Hepialiscus. Hepialus host insects of Cordyceps sinensis have multitudinous species with different morphological characteristics and geographical distributions. The interspecific genetic differentiations are obvious in Hepialus. Thus, the genus Hepialus might be considered as polyphyletic origin. Cytb sequences have abundant variations among the host insects of Cordyceps sinensis on specific and generic level. The divergence rate of Cytb sequences among the species in Hepialus ranged from 0.23% to 9.24%, except that Hepialus pratensis and Hepialus jinshaensis have the same sequence. Cytb sequence can be used for species identification of host insects of Cordyceps sinensis, but further confirmation in more host insect species is needed. To obtain the Cytb sequence of host insect by amplifying DNA extracted from the head part of dead larva in cordyceps turns out to be an effective and accurate approach, which will be useful for studies on phylogeny and genetic structure of host insects of cordyceps populations, especially for analyzing relationships between C. sinensis and its host insects.

神经干细胞能够再生和自我更新,并可以分化为神经元、星形胶质细胞和少突胶质细胞,因而神经干细胞移植可用于神经变性、脊髓损伤和神经脱髓鞘等疾病的治疗.本文主要总结了神经干细胞移植在帕金森氏病、脱髓鞘症、脊髓损伤、阿耳茨海默氏病和脑中风治疗中的应用.     

铜类卡宾催化乙烯环丙烷化反应途径的密度泛函研究

运用密度泛函B3LYP方法研究了过渡金属铜类卡宾与乙烯的环丙烷化反应机理，对3种不同铜的SS试剂CH3CuCHCl2，ClCuCH2Cl及CH3CuCHI2分别与CH2CH2反应的各反应物、中间体、过渡态、产物构型的全部结构几何参数进行了优化，用内禀反应坐标（IRC）计算和频率分析法，对过渡态进行了确定和验证．结果表明，CH3CuCHCl2和CH3CuCHl2与CH2CH2环丙烷化反应按亚甲基转移机理和卡宾金属化机理都可以进行，与锂类卡宾的反应机理相同，而ClCuCH2Cl与CH2CH2环丙烷化反应则更容易按卡宾金属化机理进行。

本文主要探讨了目前我国氮肥利用率低下，肥料损失的原因及危害．并在此基础上来研究如何提高氮肥利用率，提供包括国内外传统的方法和最新的科技方法．传统的方法注重外在条件的改变，即在施用方法上进行改进；而现在的新科技方法则把注意力集中到了肥料本身上，即在肥料中添加新型抑制剂来减缓肥料中氮素的释放速度，以此达到提高其利用率的目的．此种方法不论在国内还是国外都取得了良好的效果．

Experimental studies on electrical breakdown field strength of electrode with water mist containing MC additives

Water mist is one of the effective candidates for halon replacement used in electrical environment fire protection. Water mist additives may greatly enhance fire suppression effectiveness. In electrical environment, electrical breakdown field strength （E） is one of the important factors that control the performance of electrical equipment. In this study the variation principles of electrical breakdown field strength and the electricai characteristics of MC additives were investigated by electrode discharging experiments. Experimental results showed that electrical breakdown field strength was impacted obviously by the conductive metal ions and insulated fluorocarbon surfactants in MC additives. The attenuation percentages of E in different experimental cases were described, thus providing scientific guidance for the use of water mist and MC additives in electrical fire suppression.     

一种基于遗传算法自学习的图像检索方法

目的 根据传统的相关反馈图像检索的不足，结合遗传算法的优越性，提出了基于遗传算法自学习的图像检索方法，以改进图像检索性能。方法首先通过相关反馈中的人-机交互过程，进行遗传算法的初始群体构造，再通过遗传算法进行自学习，获得满足用户语义要求的最优解。结果实验证明，该方法能够提高检索的性能，查找出更多表达用户查询意图的图像。结论给出了遗传算法在相关反馈图像检索中的应用方法。利用遗传算法自学习的过程，能够发现用户潜在的需求，改善查询结果。
