测绘工程专业CAD课程教学改革与实践

结合测绘工程专业本身的特点，该文首先介绍了CAD课程的作用，分析了该课程的教学现状，总结了在现实教学中存在的问题，进一步引出教学改革的必要性。接下来结合实际教学经验，分别从课程的教学内容、教材的选择、教学方法与教学手段、考核方式、师资队伍建设等方面探讨了AutoCAD教学的改革措施，对提高CAD课程教学质量，培养学生实际动手能力，更好地将CAD应用到专业中，适应实际行业工作需求，具有十分重要的意义。     

基于风廓线雷达的降水云分类方法在海南地区的应用

将风廓线雷达用于热带降水云体进行垂直探测,可以实时对热带地区降水云体进行较准确分类.通过对海口地区降水云系特征(2017年1月～12月)进行统计分析,提出一套基于风廓线雷达探测数据(回波强度、垂直速度和速度谱宽)的热带降水云体分类方法.以该方法为基础,结合天气雷达等观测资料,对2017年发生在海口地区的两次降水过程展开详细分析.结果表明:风廓线雷达具备较好体现降水云体垂直结构的能力,相比于天气雷达,风廓线雷达探测数据可以更精细地描述降水云系的变化趋势;相比于传统降水分类方案,采用以风廓线雷达探测数据为基础的分类方案可以提高对复杂降水类型识别的正确率;风廓线雷达可以更好地描述快速过境的高空微弱对流系统.

主题公园必须有鲜明的主题，清明上河园突出宋文化，1998年开园以来取得了一定的效益，但还存在不少问题，针对清明上河园的经营现状，为了该园更好的发展，通过问卷调查的方式系统地了解了清明上河园的游客行为，在详细分析游客行为的基础上，对该园的经营提出了建设性对策。

Theory and controls parameters affecting the output pressure and flow rate of the packed-bed electroosmotic pump (p-EOP), including zeta potential ζ, electric intensity E, length of the column L, cross-section area of the column A, dielectric constant ε and viscosity coefficient η of the liquid being pumped, are discussed concisely. And also, the fabrication and application of the p-EOP are introduced.     

IMPLICITIZATION OF PARTIAL DIFFERENTIAL RATIONAL PARAMETRIC EQUATIONS

In this paper, we propose algorithms for the following problems in the implicitization of a set of partial differential rational parametric equations P. （1）To find a characteristic set for the implicit prime ideal of P; （2） To find a canonical representation for the image of P; （3）To decide whether the parameters of P are independent, and if not, to re-parameterize P so that the new parametric equations have independent parameters; （4） To compute the inversion maps of P, and as a consequence, to decide whether P is proper.     

Empirical Test for Earnings Management of Top Managers＇ Change in Listed Companies

Top managers play a significant role on business decision in listed companies. The frequency of top managers＇ change is rather high all along. Whether those listed companies which top managers changed can really improve performances？ In this paper, we will discuss whether listed companies improve the financial index through earning management and give some advice on top managers＇ change in listed companies in China.
