基于硅胶载体表面分子印迹聚合物对牛血清蛋白识别性能

以硅胶作为载体,丙烯酰胺和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸为双功能单体,牛血清蛋白质作为模板分子,制备了牛血清蛋白表面分子印迹聚合物,并对其制备方法、性状和性质进行了检测。结果证明制备的分子印迹聚合物大小在400 nm左右,当功能单体的配比为5∶1时为最优配比,分子印迹聚合物对牛血清蛋白质的结合在60 min时达到平衡,并且在浓度为0. 6mg·m L~(-1)的情况下,结合率达到饱和。特异性检测可知分子印迹聚合物对牛血清蛋白的结合率最高并且其印迹因子(IF)高达1. 58,说明了它对目标蛋白具有良好的选择识别能力,且重复性能好,重复检测后吸附量在80%左右。     

Aromatase and steroid sulfatase mRNA expression in fine needle aspirates from benign and malignant breast disorders

The fine needle aspiration (FNA) test is a convenient and tolerable technique with minimal invasion that is accepted by most women.Local estrogen synthesis depends mainly on the aromatase and steroid sulfatase pathways that are believed to play important roles in breast carcinogenesis.However,little is known about the level of aromatase and steroid sulfatase mRNA expression in FNA samples which contain only small amounts of tissue.The nested Q-PCR assay has been proven to be a highly sensitive and specific method to assess the aromatase expression of breast tissue.In this study,aromatase and steroid sulfatase mRNA expression in 74 patients with benign or malignant disorders was evaluated and compared using nested Q-PCR and non-nested Q-PCR assays.The expression levels were analyzed and correlated with clinical parameters.No difference in the aromatase expression levels between nested and non-nested Q-PCR was noticed.Age and aromatase mRNA expression level were two independent risk factors for breast cancer (P=0.04 and P=0.00,respectively),while menopausal status and steroid sulfatase mRNA expression levels were not associated with breast cancer.This study showed that both nested and non-nested Q-PCR assays were effective methods for research using FNA breast samples.

NS导向提馏塔板的流体力学性能

介绍了新开发成功的提馏专用塔板－－NS导向提馏塔板。该塔板是在充分考虑提馏段的具体要求，吸取各种导向精馏塔板的优点，如BVT蝶形浮阀，导向浮阀，梯形导向浮阀，V形栅板，导向筛板，NVT减压塔板等，同时在借鉴最新塔板基础研究理论的基础上开发出来的。冷模实验结果表明，在提馏段（汽段）的操作状况下，NS导向提馏塔板与提馏段常用开孔率的F1型浮阀塔板相比，塔板压降降低约13％－50％，泄漏基本没有，雾沫夹带可忽略不计。     

Receptive field plasticity of neurons in rat auditory cortex

Using conventional electrophysiological technique, we investigated the plasticity of the frequency receptive fields (RF) of auditory cortex (AC) neurons in rats. In the AC, when the frequency difference between conditioning stimulus frequency (CSF) and the best frequency (BF) was in the range of 1--4 kHz, the frequency RF of AC neurons shifted. The smaller the differences between CSF and BF, the higher the probability of the RF shift and the greater the degree of the RF shift. To some extent, the plasticity of RF was dependent on the duration of the session of conditioning stimulus (CS). When the frequency difference between CSF and BF was bigger, the duration of the CS session needed to induce the plasticity was longer. The recovery time course of the frequency RF showed opposite changes after CS cessation.The RF shift could be induced by the frequency that was either higher or lower than the control BF, demonstrating no clear directional preference. The frequency RF of some neurons showed bidirectional shift, and the RF of other neurons showed single directional shift. The results suggest that the frequency RF plasticity of AC neurons could be considered asan ideal model for studying plasticity mechanism. The present study also provides important evidence for further study of learning and memory in auditory system.     

表面活性剂对稀土荧光反应的影响——Ⅰ 离子型表面活性剂存在下 Ln~(3+)(Ln=Sm,Eu,Tb)-β-二酮、Ln~(3+)-β-二酮-有机碱及水溶性体系的荧光光谱

讨论了阴离子型表面活性剂(SDS)和阳离子型表面活性剂(CTMAB、Zeph 和 CPC)对 Ln~(3+)-β-二酮二元体系、Ln~(3+)-β-二酮-Phen(或 DPG)三元体系及 Tb~(3+)-AA-EDTA、Tb~(3+)-Tiron、Tb~(3+)-H_2Sal-EDTA 水溶性体系荧光光谱的影响,发现不同的表面活性剂对不同的反应体系影响不尽一致.增敏程度与表面活性剂和荧光配位体的结构有关。     

传输线行波匹配新概念放大器

从传输线行波匹配的原理出发，以普通的分布式放大器理论为基础，提出了用传输线行波匹配的方法设计单级宽带放大器的新概念．主要讨论了据此概念而导出的一种新概念放大器，这种放大器的性能远优于普通分市式放大器．它具有较好的宽带匹配及较为平坦的增益特性，其增益带宽积及工作效率均比普通的分布式放大器提高了一倍，设计灵活简单，便于集成化．本文给出了这种新概念放大器的基本工作原理及其设计方法．最后，通过计算机模拟分析软件ＳＰＩＣＥ设计了一个性能较为出色的、两级级联的新概念放大器，它工作于ＤＣ－１７ＧＨＺ，增益为１０．６ｄＢ．     

挣值管理(EVM)在大中型研发项目过程中的应用

应用传统的成本和工期管理已经不能够准确反映出成本与进度的绩效水平,更不能进行信息的集成控制。而挣值管理作为一种新兴的项目集成化管理技术,能够实现产品研发进度、成本、质量和技术的综合管理与控制。对此,应结合大中型研发项目的过程特点,在通过行动研究法积累相关实践数据的基础上,运用挣值管理方法作为大中型研发项目日常管理工具的应用管理流程,实现项目管理的正规化和规范化。     

光电效应和康普顿效应吸收系数的测定

本文介绍了用吸收法与能谱法相结合,测定低能γ射线在物质中的光电吸收系数和康普顿散射系数。我们选用~(133)Ba放射源,(?)铜、铁、铝作吸收片,利用单道脉冲幅度分析器和函数记录仪分别测出各种实验条件下的γ能谐,得到不同的A和B值,从而计算出上面所说的两种吸收系数。     

城市生态系统健康的综合评价

文中着重讨论了城市生态系统健康的评价方法及其应用，采用熵权法赋予指标权重，应用模糊数学方法建立评价模型，以重庆市为例进行城市生态系统健康评价．首先，以北京，天津，上海作为参照城市，进行横向评价，评价结果表明4个城市均处于亚健康状态；其次，对重庆市2001～2004午生态系统健康状况进行纵向评价，评价结果表明，重庆市生态系统健康状况正从亚健康状态向健康状态发展；最后，对重庆市都市图所包括的9个区进行现状评价，运用GIS技术进行等级划分，得出重庆都市囤生态系统健康状态的排序如下：渝北区〉南岸区〉渝中区〉巴南区〉九龙坡区〉江北区〉沙坪坝区〉大渡口区〉北碚区．
