5 Fu和CHM都强烈抑制稀脉浮萍6746开花,在SD诱导2天以内5 Fu完全抑制开花,以后抑制作用逐渐减弱;而在SD诱导4天以内CHM完全抑制开化.CHM明显抑制光周期诱导开花过程中过氧化物酶活性的增强和同工酶带的增多,而5 Fu则无此作用.     

衬底定向偏差角对非平面衬底液相外延的影响

在非平面衬底液相外延中,衬底的定向偏差角对外延生长有较大影响。为此我们对衬底定向偏差角对外延层形状及表面形貌的影响做了实验研究。 一、实验 1.对外延层形状的影响 我们在衬底定向和(100)面无偏差角(误差在±0.1°范围)及沿沟槽方向和(100)面有0.5°—1°的偏差角的衬底片上,进行液相外延生长四层结构。     

弹性钻柱两个特殊点的意义及计算方法

通过分析钻柱的应力和应变状态,对钻柱的中性点和零轴向力点给出了新的定义和计算方法,并阐述了稳定力和屈曲力(通称为虚轴向力)的概念。导出了处在垂直井眼中的复合钻柱的有关计算公式。文中还与原有的研究结论进行了对比分析,并提出了不同意见。本文以钻柱为研究对象,所得的结果可以推广应用到套管柱及油管柱上。     

A rice quantitative trait locus for salt tolerance encodes a sodium transporter

Many important agronomic traits in crop plants, including stress tolerance, are complex traits controlled by quantitative trait loci (QTLs). Isolation of these QTLs holds great promise to improve world agriculture but is a challenging task. We previously mapped a rice QTL, SKC1, that maintained K(+) homeostasis in the salt-tolerant variety under salt stress, consistent with the earlier finding that K(+) homeostasis is important in salt tolerance. To understand the molecular basis of this QTL, we isolated the SKC1 gene by map-based cloning and found that it encoded a member of HKT-type transporters. SKC1 is preferentially expressed in the parenchyma cells surrounding the xylem vessels. Voltage-clamp analysis showed that SKC1 protein functions as a Na(+)-selective transporter. Physiological analysis suggested that SKC1 is involved in regulating K(+)/Na(+) homeostasis under salt stress, providing a potential tool for improving salt tolerance in crops.     

Temperature dependence of surface enhanced Raman scattering on C<Subscript>70</Subscript>

The temperature dependence of surface enhanced Raman scattering of the C70 molecule is reported. The Raman scattering of C70 molecules adsorbed on the surface of a silver mirror was measured at different temperatures. The experimental results indicate that the relative intensities of the Raman features vary with the temperature of the sample. When the temperature decreases from room temperature to 0℃, the relative intensifies of certain Raman bands decrease abruptly. If we like the strongest band 1565cm^-1 as a standard value 100, the greatest decrease approaches to 43%. However, with the further decrease in the temperature these relative intensities increase and resume the value at room temperature. And such a temperature dependence is reversible. Our results show that the adsorption state of the C70 molecules on the silver surface around 0℃ changes greatly with the temperature, resulting in a decrease in relative intensities for some main Raman features of C70 molecule. When the temperature is lower than 0℃, the adsorption state changes continually and more slowly. Synchronously, eight new Raman features, which have not ever been reported in fiterature, are observed in our experiment and this enriches the basic information of the vibrational modes for C70 molecule.

管式反应器中四氯化钛燃烧的热力学分析

针对 TiCl_4 在氧中燃烧获得TiO_2 的管式反应器特点,建立过程的热力学研究方法,导出系统平衡温度和平衡转化率计算式,推定反应表观频率因子。对年产 1000 t工业试验规模的反应系统进行计算,得出不同边界散热条件下反应流动过程的 TiO_2 平衡转化率和介质平衡温度,与试验结果基本吻合。这一方法避开反应动力学等过程机理的复杂因素,更适用于开发研究。     

用异淀粉酶改进淀粉膜的研究

用异淀粉酶可使淀粉中的支淀粉脱支而形成链淀粉,从而提高淀粉膜的成膜性能及强度。本文用正交试验法研究异淀粉酶对马铃薯淀粉脱支的作用条件,并描绘了异淀粉酶的作用时间与膜的抗张强度、伸长百分率、耐折度、透湿性、链淀粉含量的关系曲线,为制取性能好的食用淀粉膜提供依据。     

PVDF与海藻酸钠黏结剂对石墨负极电化学性能的影响

应用循环伏安和恒电流充、放电等电化学方法,并结合微观测试技术对比了油性黏结剂（PVDF）和水性黏结剂（海藻酸钠）对石墨负极电化学嵌脱锂性能的影响．结果表明,黏结剂的种类对电极的电容、库效率、倍率充、放电性能以及电化学循环性能均有影响．
