Gd2O3 :Eu3+ downconversion luminescent powder was prepared using the homogeneous precipitation method. Its optical properties were analyzed and it was introduced into a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC). As a luminescence medium, Gd2O3 :Eu3+ improved light harvesting via conversion luminescence and increased the photocurrent of the DSSC. As a p-type dopant insulating rare earth oxides form an energy barrier, and the Gd2O3 :Eu3+ elevated the energy level of the oxide film and increased the photovoltage. The photoelectric conversion efficiency for a DSSC with Gd2O3 :Eu3+ doping (6 : 100) reached 7.01%, which was 17.4% higher than the photoelectrical conversion efficiency of a DSSC without Gd 2 O 3 :Eu 3+ doping.  相似文献

Multiferroic BiFeO3 (BFO) nanotube arrays (~100 nm in diameter and ~50 μm in length) were synthesized by the sol-gel method utilizing the anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) membrane technique. 采用悬浮聚合法经共聚、开环反应, 得到了3种具有核-壳结构、以乙二胺为官能团的氨基功能化纳米Fe3O4磁性高分子材料(EDA-NMPs). 考察了其作为吸附剂对废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能, 优化了最佳吸附实验条件, 并着重研究了高分子聚合过程中交联剂二乙烯基苯(DVB)的用量对所得EDA-NMPs材料吸附性能的影响. 结果表明, 材料合成过程中DVB的用量对EDA-NMPs的吸附性能有显著影响. 在最佳吸附条件(pH 2.5, T = 35℃)下, 共聚过程中不添加交联剂二乙烯基苯(DVB)时得到的材料对Cr(Ⅵ)的饱和吸附量(qm)最大, 可达135.14 mg•g−1, 初始吸附速率为1111.1 mg•g−1•min−1, 以3种吸附剂处理浓度为50 mg•L−1的含Cr(Ⅵ)废水时, 去除率均超过99%, Cr(Ⅵ)的剩余浓度低于0.31 mg•L−1, 达到国家排放标准(≤0.5 mg•L−1).  相似文献

从纳晶薄膜的形貌出发, 根据纳晶氧化锌薄膜的几种构成归纳了几点近似说明. 这几点说明旨在把纳晶薄膜和单晶薄膜区分开来, 同时利用Kronig-Penney 模型计算了纳晶薄膜的带尾态分布, 设定了一个特征函数, 给出了不同c/b 值下带尾态分布图. 根据这些图形的特点进一步分析了纳晶氧化锌薄膜的掺杂失效现象和薄膜成为绝缘体的条件, 得出了纳晶氧化锌薄膜的电导出现的条件, 也给出了制备P 型氧化锌材料的条件. 当纳晶晶粒达到微晶量级时, 带尾态变得连续起来, 回归单晶的特点. 最后给出大晶粒材料具有导电优势.  相似文献

The heat transfer coefficient h caused by blowing affects the heat transfer of fiber greatly. Especially, unsymmetrical blowing forms the unsymmetrical temperature gradient on the fiber cross-section. Based on the results of spuming simulation by computer, the changes of heat transfer coefficient on the cross-section along the spinning line and the effects on distributions of temperature gradients were discussed. An attempt was made to numerically compute the temperature profile within the melt spinning of sheath-core bicomponent fibers by deriving a set of simultaneous partial differential equations. The effects of acceleration, gravity, and air friction on the kinetics of the polymer were included and the upper-convected Maxwell model as the constitutive equation was adopted in this model. The sheath-core bicomponent fibers were partitioned into a serial of circular cross section and it is assumed that each circular cross section has a temperature gradient while conducting the equation of energy balance. A mathematical model was developed to describe the melt spinning of sheath-core bicomponent fibers.  相似文献

磁控溅射法制备氧化铜纳米线阵列薄膜及其气敏性质   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过磁控溅射法在掺氟二氧化锡导电玻璃(FTO)衬底上溅射金属铜薄膜,所制备的Cu薄膜在管式炉中退火氧化生长得到CuO纳米线阵列薄膜.用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)对其形貌和结构进行了表征,并研究了这种通过磁控溅射得到的CuO纳米线阵列薄膜对CO和H2S的气敏性质.研究结果表明,CuO纳米线阵列薄膜在250℃时对CO气体具有最强的气敏响应,并且当CO浓度增大时其气敏响应明显增强.而对于H2S气体,在常温下CuO纳米线阵列薄膜能够对低浓度的H2S气体响应,说明这种CuO纳米线阵列薄膜可以在常温、低浓度下探测H2S气体;而当测试温度升高时,其电阻值在H2S气体氛围中迅速减小.我们对这种异常的电阻变化现象进行了解释.  相似文献
