Structures of magnetic null points in reconnection diffusion region: Cluster observations

Magnetic reconnection is a very important and fundamental plasma process in transferring energy from magnetic field into plasma. Previous theory, numerical simulations and observations mostly concentrate on 2-dimensional （2D） model; however, magnetic reconnection is a 3-dimensional （3D） nonlinear process in nature. The properties of reconnection in 3D and its associated singular structure have not been resolved completely. Here we investigate the structures and charactedstics of null points inside the reconnection diffusion region by introducing the discretized Poincar6 index through Gauss integral and using magnetic field data with high resolution from the four satellites of Cluster mission. We estimate the velocity and trajectory of null points by calculating its position in different times, and compare and discuss the observations with different reconnection models with null points based on characteristics of electric current around null points.

<韵镜>是图解<切韵>系列韵书的产物.对其研究发现,<韵镜>并非以206韵的顺序一以贯之的.作者的这种用意,实际上反映了其本人对某些韵部具体音值的认识.这样的安排,也可以在其他音系研究的著作中得到证明.这同时再次表明<切韵>是一个庞杂的综合音系.     

Cloning and characterization of 37 kD laminin receptor precursor in pearl oyster, Pinctada fucata

A 1063 bp cDNA clone encoding a putative 37 kDa laminin receptor precursor （37 kDa LRP） is isolated from the mantle tissue of pearl oyster, Pinctadafucata. The amino acid sequence predicted from the cDNA sequence is 301 residues long, with a calculated molecular mass of 33.5 kDa. RT-PCR analysis shows that 37 kDa LRP mRNA is especially highly expressed in the mantle while widely expressed in several tissues. In situ hybridization analysis reveals that 37 kDa LRP is expressed in the outer epithelial ceils of the mantle edge, suggesting its involvement in cell proliferation and secretion in P. fucata. The identification and characterization of 37 kDa LRP in the pearl oyster will help us to further understand the signal transduction in the processes of mantle epithelial cell proliferation and tissue formation.     

高校科研经费管理与核算存在的问题与对策

目前,高等学校各种渠道获得的科研经费越来越多,科研实力越来越强。而高校对科研经费的管理却没能同步进行,目前普遍存在着科研资金和资产流失严重,科研项目成本难以核算,科研经费使用效益不高等问题。因此,必须建立和完善科研经费效益审计,加强成本核算,实行全过程控制,防止科研资金与资产流失,建立完善奖惩和绩效考核制度。     

一种快速计算Zernike矩的混合算法

提取傅里叶-梅林矩作为Zernike矩的公共项,将Zernike矩表示为该公共项的线性组.通过研究Zerni-ke核多项式与傅里叶函数的对称性,将图像区域分成8个区域,只以一个区域的Zernike基函数的值代替其他7个区域基函数的值.而且Zernike多项式的系数具有迭代性.综合这3项技术,本文提出了一种快速计算Zernike矩的混合算法.根据对256 bit色灰度图像的实验结果表明该方法明显优于现有方法.
