通过室内培养试验,研究了石灰、生物炭和石灰+生物炭三种改良剂对琼北土壤中铬污染的修复情况.结果表明:石灰、生物炭和石灰+生物炭三种改良剂对琼北铬污染土壤均有钝化(修复)作用,钝化剂对土壤中有效态铬的钝化效率为:生物炭+石灰>石灰>生物炭,其中,生物炭对铬的稳定效率为23%~46%;石灰为30%~54%,生物炭+石灰为38%~60%;除了B3处理外,三种钝化剂对有效态铬含量的降低程度随钝化剂含量的增加而增大,且生物炭对铬污染土壤的最佳投加剂量为2%.生物炭对重金属铬的钝化主要是依靠提高土壤pH值及其表面的吸附效应.石灰的加入提高了土壤的pH,增加了土壤对铬的吸附能力,降低了铬的有效性,从而降低了土壤的重金属污染程度. 相似文献

As a novel bionic analytical technique, an electronic nose, inspired by the mechanism of the biological olfactory system and
integrated with modern sensing technology, electronic technology and pattern recognition technology, has been widely used
in many areas. Moreover, recent basic research findings in biological olfaction combined with computational neuroscience promote
its development both in methodology and application. In this review, the basic information processing principle of biological
olfaction and artificial olfaction are summarized and compared, and four olfactory models and their applications to electronic
noses are presented. Finally, a chaotic olfactory neural network is detailed and the utilization of several biologically oriented
learning rules and its spatiotemporal dynamic propties for electronic noses are discussed. The integration of various phenomena
and their mechanisms for biological olfaction into an electronic nose context for information processing will not only make
them more bionic, but also perform better than conventional methods. However, many problems still remain, which should be
solved by further cooperation between theorists and engineers.

A number of recently evolved animals possess poison glands for feeding and/or defense.However,examples of such animals are rare in the fossil record.We report a fossil arthropod Isoxys curvirostratus from the Early Cambrian Chengjiang biota of China.This species is regarded as the oldest known venomous arthropod based on the presence of venomous glands in its head region.The adult animal is 2-5 cm long and the body is covered entirely with a carapace.The presence of large stalk eyes and a pair of stout grasping appendages with a terminal spine suggest it was raptorial.Interestingly,the two pear-shaped,three-dimensionally preserved objects that are present in the head region and at the base of the grasping appendages closely resemble the venom glands of some living arthropods in size,shape,and position.These features indicate that the presence of venomous predators could date back 520 million years.Furthermore,our observations suggest that the feeding strategies and organs adapted for this purpose had already reached a high level of diversity and anatomical sophistication in the Early Cambrian ecosystems. 相似文献

The long-chain alkenones present in the shallow sediment of Hotong Qagan Nur Lake in China are reported. According to the similarity of compositions and distributions of the alkenones determined commonly in the sediment section to those of marine sediment, it is reasonably referred that the alkenones might also originate from Prymnesiophyceae. In addition, the parameter U37k of alkenone is in positive correlation to δ18O values of authigenic calcium and magnesium minerals. This indicates that the parameter U37k of long-chain alkenone is also available to indicate paleoclimate of high-salinity alkaline lake. 相似文献
