结晶紫—锗钨酸—PVA体系显色反应的研究

本文研究了结晶紫-锗钨酸-PVA体系的显色反应。显色反应的条件是:[H_2SO_4]=0.13mol/L,(结晶紫)=1.2×10~(-4)mol/L,(聚乙烯醇)=0.32％。结晶紫-锗钨酸缔合物的最大吸收在545nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.1×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),锗钨酸在0-3.2×10~(-6)mol/L范围内服从比耳定律,发色完全后1小时内吸光度稳定。由热重量法及摩尔比法测得离子缔合物中结晶紫离子:GeW_(12)O_(40)~(4-)=3:1。     

Mutational effect of the “- 35” element of sorghumpsbA gene promoter

Mutations of the first position T and the third position G in TTGACA, the " - 35" element of sorghum psbA gene promoter, were induced using chemically synthesized 20 nt oligonucleotide primer. Three mutants were produced: ATTACA, GTGACA, and ATGACA. Then the protein binding affinity of the mutants and the wild type sorghum psbA gene promoter was tested in a spinach chloroplast protein extract system. Gel retardation assay of the wild type showed a strong protein-binding band. On the other hand, the protein-binding band of the mutant resulting from single base mutation, ATGACA or GTGACA, showed reduced intensity, while that of the mutant resulting from double base mutation, ATTACA, showed increased intensity. It is thus shown that the " - 35" element plays an important role in controlling the binding between psbA gene promoter and the specific chloroplast proteins; mutation of a single base may exert a substantial influence on the binding affinity.

Xe—H2非弹性散射密耦合波包法研究

本文对密耦合波包法的理论和算法做了改进,并对体系X_(?)-H_2的非弹性散射几率做了计算,其计算结果与标准的密耦合法符合较好。     

集中参数环行器的设计

本文叙述了主要用于国防各种型号武器中的集中参数环行器,从理论上分析了环行器的工作原理,并给出计算公式和设计曲线。为适应宽的工作温度范围需要,本文对环行器的温度补偿技术进行了分析,采用新型的Ni30Cr10热磁合金片构成具有温度补偿的闭合磁路,已研制成功了温度范围为-40～+55℃的集中参数环行器/隔离器。这种器件除用于遥测弹上外还广泛用于各种雷达系统和通讯设备中。     

新型垂直沟道的NPN型偶载场效应晶体管的设计及特性

研制了一种新模式的半导体场效应晶体第－－垂直沟道的偶载场效应晶体管（VDCFET），这种结构可以避免现有光刻技术的制约，使用常规的半导体双极晶体管工艺，既可把有效沟道长度减短，大大提高器件的速度，又可将电源电压降低到小于1V，大幅度降低功耗，改进其电学性能。本器件可应用于高频电路、D触发器、环振电路及反相器等重要电路。从纵向和横向报道了器件的设计思想，并给出了器件特性的测量结果。

基于PC—LAN Client／Server模式的MRPⅡ设计

本文阐述了构造Ｃｌｉｅｎｔ／Ｓｅｒｖｅｒ应用系统的基本结构及设计要素，分析了ＭＲＰⅡ的应用特性，提出了在ＰＣ—ＬＡＮＣｌｉｅｎｔ／Ｓｅｒｖｅｒ模式下设计ＭＲＰⅡ的基本方法、应用迁移策略，并给出了一种适于用户化的设计方案。     

Capacity limit of visual short-term memory in human posterior parietal cortex

At any instant, our visual system allows us to perceive a rich and detailed visual world. Yet our internal, explicit representation of this visual world is extremely sparse: we can only hold in mind a minute fraction of the visual scene. These mental representations are stored in visual short-term memory (VSTM). Even though VSTM is essential for the execution of a wide array of perceptual and cognitive functions, and is supported by an extensive network of brain regions, its storage capacity is severely limited. With the use of functional magnetic resonance imaging, we show here that this capacity limit is neurally reflected in one node of this network: activity in the posterior parietal cortex is tightly correlated with the limited amount of scene information that can be stored in VSTM. These results suggest that the posterior parietal cortex is a key neural locus of our impoverished mental representation of the visual world.
