小水线面三体船阻力试验研究

提出了一种阻力性能优良、船长排水量系数小的高速小水线面三体船型。对这种船型进行了2种主体型线、9种侧体布局的阻力试验，分析研究了阻力性能，讨论了船长排水量系数和侧体布局对阻力性能的影响。并给出了与细长型三体船阻力试验的对比结果。

本文从决策、组织与控制、领导及领导人才、员工录用及考核、经营目标等几个方面将美日企业经营管理模式进行了对比和分析,指出了美日企业管理中各自的不足和优势,说明日本企业在追赶美国企业过程中发挥了自己文化的长处,阐明两种管理模式竞争、比较的结果是:两种模式发展趋势是优势互补,趋向于融合成为一种新型的具有这两种模式优点的管理模式。本文通过这两种模式的分析、比较,提出我国企业管理模式探索的基本问题。     

连铸初始凝固传热系数的测定

本文建立了一套热模拟试验方法，获得了初始凝固过程３ｓ之内的坯壳；提出了考虑固液界面热流的等效凝固潜热计算方法，并据此用一维凝固传热解析法计算出了初始凝固过程的热流分布和传热系数分布，比较和探讨了热顶结晶器材质对初始凝固传热的作用。     

应用电阻层系成像技术测量垂直管道气/液两相流分相含率

通过对垂直管道中气／液两相流截面相含率测量影响因素的分析,以电阻层析成像系统为检测工具,提出了提取原始测量数据边界特征值的方法和描述气／液两相流截面相含率的特征函数,得到了气／液两相流的截面含气率,仿真计算与实验测试结果表明,在研究导电的液相为连续相的气／液两相流情况下的分相含率时,上述方法是一种有效的测量手段．     

Characteristics of the binding features of Nelin with F-actin and screening Nelin interactive proteins

The interaction of nelin, a cardiac-specific expressed protein of human novel gene nelin, with F-actin was studied by both F-actin cosedimentation in vitro and colocalization assays. The results showed that nelin is a new F-actin binding protein and is colocolized with F-actin in cytoplasm of cells. Three new nelin binding proteins, filamin C subtype, titin N2B subtype and inter-alpha trypsin inhibitor heavy chain precursor (ITIH), were identified from human heart cDNA library using yeast two-hybrid screening. The binding activity of filamin C with nelin was confirmed by coimmunoprecipitation. Filamin C binds to nelin through its C-terminal region. It is indicated that nelin is a cytoskeleton associated protein and acts as a membrane-cytoskeleton associated protein involved in the formation of focal adhesions.     

K-rich lamellar exsolution in clinopyroxene： Constraint on the depth of peridotite source at Zhimafang

The oriented lamellar K-rich exsolutions within clinopyroxene host were recognized in garnet peridotite massif at Zhimafang in the Sulu ultrahigh pressure metamorphic terrane, eastern China. EMP and TEM analyses revealed that the composition and the index of electron diffraction for this exsolution are corresponding with phlogopite, and the shape is the lamellae with 1 μm in width and 5 to 30 μm in length. Moreover, the topotaxy is that the (001) of K-rich exsolution parallels to (I00) of the clinopyroxene host. The electron diffraction analyzing shows the exsolution is of a 1M polymorphism. The high-resolution lattice fringe image displays the stack features along [001], which only a layer mineral shows. We conclude that the clinopyroxene with IM and K-rich exsolution was probably derived from mantle depths over 240 km, thus resulting from decompressional exsolution in the initial stage of slab exhumation.
