基于仿真的武器装备体系作战能力评估研究

武器装备体系作战能力评估问题是当前武器装备体系研究中亟待研究的重大课题。分析了国内外相关领域的发展现状,结合实际,基于仿真,以军事需求、功能分析、指标建立、建模、仿真系统设计为流程,在考虑了作战样式和作战环境情况下,利用仿真手段,研究并提出装备体系的作战能力评估方法。     

基于FIR数字滤波器的宽带噪声数值模拟

各种水声信号处理方法的性能分析和检验,都要求用数值模拟方法产生环境噪声场。分析了海洋环境噪声的空间相关性,基于噪声源的远场非相关假设,提出了一种任意空间分布宽带噪声场的数值模拟方法,该方法的关键是采用FIR数字滤波器实现高精度连续时延。对空间均匀各向同性噪声场的数值模拟结果显示,其空间相关特性及空间角度谱与理论分析基本一致,表明该方法是有效的。     

振动给料机的模型参考自适应控制

针对振动给料机数学模型的缓慢时变性,采用模型参考自适应控制对输出振幅的误差进行补偿。给出了给料机模型参考自适应控制器的设计方法,并用MatLab进行仿真。仿真结果表明,自适应控制算法能有效提高给料机振幅的控制精度。     

高校困难学生资助新政策评析

我国的高校困难学生资助体系自建立以来,取得了较大的成效,但也存在着不少问题.鉴于此,2007年5月国家出台了一系列新政策,对该资助体系进行了较大幅度的改革,形成了当前高校困难学生资助体系的最终框架.文章介绍了此次新政策的主要改革内容,分析了新政实施后高校困难学生资助体系完善的地方以及尚存在的一些问题,并提出了进一步改进的建议.     

Multiple QoS modeling and algorithm in computational grid

Multiple QoS modeling and algorithm in grid system is considered. Grid QoS requirements can be formulated as a utility function for each task as a weighted sum of its each dimensional QoS utility functions. Multiple QoS constraint resource scheduling optimization in computational grid is distributed to two subproblems: optimization of grid user and grid resource provider. Grid QoS scheduling can be achieved by solving sub problems via an iterative algorithm.     

袋装水泥土材料的力学性能试验研究

袋装水泥土是一种新型的砌筑材料.针对一2160 mm×1000 mm×2250 mm挡土墙的袋装水泥土试块进行了一系列的实验研究,对挡土墙中的袋装水泥土试块在不同龄期、不同堆积荷载、浸泡与不浸泡的条件下的无侧限抗压强度进行了对比分析;讨论了模型袋、堆积荷载、龄期、浸泡对袋装水泥土的无侧限抗压强度的影响,以及同条件下不同龄期和不同堆积荷载下的袋装水泥土的强度关系式,以及相同配比、相同龄期的袋装水泥土在浸泡后与浸泡前强度比值,为其用于实际工程提供了实验依据.     

基于公平及公平差别阈理论的报酬管理

亚当斯公平理论及公平差别阈理论是对员工在获取报酬时,如何才能感受公平进行相关研究的激励理论。本文通过对公平理论与公平差别阈理论两种理论的基本观点的综述,分析了两种激励理论在报酬管理中的重要启示。同时,对在报酬管理当中如何实际应用两种理论,使员工能够更多地感受报酬公平等问题进行了思考,不仅有理论意义,而且具有一定实践价值。     

Construction of an electronic physical map of Magnaporthe oryzae using genomic position-ready SSR markers

Magnaporthe oryzae is a model for plant pathogenic filamentous fungi. We have assembled a simple sequence repeat (SSR)-based physical map of the species, using in silico sequence data. A set of 120 SSR markers was developed from the genomic sequence of the reference isolate 70-15. These markers were readily amplified from the genomic DNA of other isolates, and high levels of allelic variation characterised the parental isolates of the two crosses tested. All the markers were locatable to one of the seven M. oryzae chromosomes. An SSR-based physical in silico map was constructed, and pre-existing SSR and RFLP loci were integrated into the map, along with 23 Avr (avirulence) genes and two other genes of importance to the plant/pathogen interaction. This map provides a platform for population genetics and functional genomics studies in the model pathogen, and even in other evolu- tionally related pathogens.     

Binding of Euplotes octocarinatus centrin with target peptide melittin

Interactions between model target peptide melittin (ME) and Euplotes octocarinatus centrin (EoCen) were investigated by fluorescence spectra, circular dichroism (CD) spectra and native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). In 0.1 mol/L N-2-hydroxyethylpiperazine-N-2-ethanesulfonic acid (Hepes) and 150 mmol/L NaCl at pH 7.4, EoCen and isolated short C-terminal domain of EoCen (SC-EoCen) form 1:1 peptide:protein complexes. However, no detectable signal changes can be observed while isolated N-terminal domain of EoCen (N-EoCen) or isolated long C-terminal domain of EoCen (LC-EoCen) was added into solution of ME. The interaction between EoCen and ME is specified exclusively for the short C-terminal domain of EoCen. On the basis of fluorescence titration curves, the conditional binding constants of ME with EoCen and SC-EoCen were calculated to be logKME-EoCen = 6.81±0.33 and log- KME-SC-EoCen = 6.51±0.45, respectively.

企业ERP建设中形成了许多异构数据源,为了有效使用这些数据有必要进行异构数据源的集成.为此给出了基于XML的异构数据源集成查询的中间件的设计和实现方案.该中间件具有接收查询的功能,还具有对用户查询进行语法分析、生成查询任务树、优化查询、分解查询和组合数据并以XML格式保存信息的功能.
