Résumé Dans le foie de cobaye, l'activité du système enzymatique oxydasique des acides gras est renforcée par une faible oxydation des acides succiniques et fumariques, tandis qu'elle est inhibée par une oxydation élevée. Il s'agit, peut-être, d'une concurrence pour l'ADP ou bien pour les transporteurs d'hydrogène.

Zusammenfassung Bei der Bestimmung der renalen Plasmaströmung mit der Paraaminohippursäuremethode wird vorausgesetzt, dass dieser Stoff nicht durch die Lymphgefässe aus der Niere abtransportiert wird. Die Kontrolle der PAH-Konzentration im D. thoracicus während der intravenösen Infusion ergab, dass sie die Plasmakonzentration nicht signifikant überschreitet, so dass die «lymphatische PAH-Clearance» gegenüber der renalen Clearance vernachlässigt werden kann.

Summary In experiments on mice, it was found, that the peculiar disturbance of respiratory movements which was demonstrated formerly as the effect of injected reflexogenic irritants (Veratrin, Veratrum-alcaloids, Andromedotoxin etc.), as well as of airborne irritant gases, can also be produced by suitable doses of parasympathicomimetic bronchoconstrictors (Prostigmin, Mestinon, Paraoxon, Parathion, Physostigmin). This confirms the explanation of the phenomenon formerly given by the authors as a reflex reaction initiated by a brief bronchoconstriction.
