高科技企业创新和增长的实证研究

从企业异质性的角度研究科技创新和企业增长的关系。利用四川省近千家高新技术企业的数据,采用分位回归法进行回归分析,从而得到与最小二乘回归法相比的不同结果。研究发现,研发产出对不同增长速度的企业的影响显著且趋同;增长速度越快的企业其研发人员比例越趋于增加;增长越快,企业规模的负效应越大。为此建议制定普遍而宽广的政策鼓励大多数高科技企业发展。     

Boltzmann's H-theorem, its discontents, and the birth of statistical mechanics

A comparison is made of the traditional Loschmidt (reversibility) and Zermelo (recurrence) objections to Boltzmann's H-theorem, and its simplified variant in the Ehrenfests’ 1912 wind-tree model. The little-cited 1896 (measure-theoretic) objection of Zermelo (similar to an 1889 argument due to Poincaré) is also analysed. Significant differences between the objections are highlighted, and several old and modern misconceptions concerning both them and the H-theorem are clarified. We give particular emphasis to the radical nature of Poincaré's and Zermelo's attack, and the importance of the shift in Boltzmann's thinking in response to the objections taken together.     

基于高校图书网的基层图书MIS建设

文章针对高等院校校园图书网覆盖存在的疏漏、基层资料室在专业信息利用方面作用的弱化,以及基层图书部门统计工作繁琐滞后的现象,尝试设计出适合基层图书资料管理的信息系统,以达到校园图书网资料数据建设的完整性并提高管理工作的效率.     

Secure and efficient elliptic curve cryptography resists side-channel attacks

An embedded cryptosystem needs higher reconfiguration capability and security. After analyzing the newly emerging side-channel attacks on elliptic curve cryptosystem (ECC), an efficient fractional width-w NAF (FWNAF) algorithm is proposed to secure ECC scalar multiplication from these attacks. This algorithm adopts the fractional window method and probabilistic SPA scheme to recondigure the pre-computed table, and it allows designers to make a dynamic configuration on pre-computed table. And then, it is enhanced to resist SPA, DPA, RPA and ZPA attacks by using the random masking method. Compared with the WBRIP and EBRIP methods, our proposals has the lowest total computation cost and reduce the shake phenomenon due to sharp fluctuation on computation performance.     

宫颈病变三阶梯式诊断与宫颈细胞学筛查

目的运用宫颈三阶梯式诊断程序，正确诊断宫颈病变。方法介绍宫颈病变的三阶梯式诊断程序：细胞学筛查-阴道镜检查-病理组织学诊断。结果正确运用三阶梯式诊断程序，能实现在子宫颈癌前诊断，阻断子宫颈癌的发生．有效降低宫颈癌的发病牢及死亡率。结论在宫颈病变的筛查工作中遵循宫颈病变三阶梯式诊断程序，能达到早期发现、早期治疗的目的。     

Concurrent transmission with minimal SR-pair interference in WiMAX mesh networks

Performance of wireless mesh networks can be greatly improved by spatial reuse (SR), therefore, lots of algorithms have been proposed to maximize the number of concurrent transmissions. However, most methods only considered the interference brought by the sender nodes. In this paper, we study the interference model in WiMAX mesh networks and propose a minimal SR-pair interference model to perform concurrent transmissions in both uplink and downlink directions. Simulation results show that our model is more efficient and stable, i.e., it increases the number of concurrent transmissions and its performance is constant and independent of transmission directions. Magma storage beneath Axial volcano on the Juan de Fuca mid-ocean ridge.

Axial volcano, which is located near the intersection of the Juan de Fuca ridge and the Cobb-Eickelberg seamount chain beneath the northeast Pacific Ocean, is a locus of volcanic activity thought to be associated with the Cobb hotspot. The volcano rises 700 metres above the ridge, has substantial rift zones extending about 50 kilometres to the north and south, and has erupted as recently as 1998 (ref. 2). Here we present seismological data that constrain the three-dimensional velocity structure beneath the volcano. We image a large low-velocity zone in the crust, consisting of a shallow magma chamber and a more diffuse reservoir in the lower crust, and estimate the total magma volume in the system to be between 5 and 21 km3. This volume is two orders of magnitude larger than the amount of melt emplaced during the most recent eruption (0.1-0.2 km3). We therefore infer that such volcanic events remove only a small portion of the reservoir that they tap, which must accordingly be long-lived compared to the eruption cycle. On the basis of magma flux estimates, we estimate the crustal residence time of melt in the volcanic system to be a few hundred to a few thousand years.     

江苏省竞技体育后备力量培养布局结构与特征研究

以江苏省竞技体育后备人才运动项目和本省各地级市省属体育传统项目学校以及教体结合学校为研究对象，运用数理统计法，从项目结构和效益两个维度出发，分析我省体育后备力量培养中运动项目结构和区域布局的非均衡特征，并对项目效益进行量化分析。研究表明，江苏省竞技体育后备人才培养的区域布局与普及率失衡，项目结构与本省优势项目存在偏差，项目整体效益偏低；调整项目结构，提高训练效益，深化体制改革，加强宏观调控，是提高竞技体育后备力量培养整体效益的有效途径。     

糖蜜制备环保手洗型餐具洗涤剂的研究

以甘蔗糖蜜为原料，利用糖蜜中的糖类与辛烯基琥珀酸酐反应制备辛烯基琥珀酸糖酯，对其性质进行研究，并以辛烯基琥珀酸糖酯为主要活性成分复配手洗型餐具洗涤剂，对该餐具洗涤剂的性质和去污力进行研究. 结果表明，实验制备的辛烯基琥珀酸糖酯稳定性良好，具有较好的起泡性和起泡稳定性. 以辛烯基琥珀酸糖酯为主要成分制备的手洗型餐具洗涤剂具有适宜的黏度，良好的起泡性和去污力，符合国标中餐具洗涤剂的要求.
