软X射线多层膜透射式起偏器和检偏器设计

叙述了软X射线波段多层膜透射式起偏器和检偏器的设计原理，提出了设计准则，通过该准则设计的多层膜偏振元件能够同时满足具有较大的光通量和偏振度要求．同时还优化了不同膜厚比情况下软X射线多层膜偏振元件的性能，讨论了在多层膜制作过程中，由于表界面粗糙度和扩散的不同对元件性能的影响，这些工作为制作软X射线多层膜透射式起偏器和检偏器提供了设计基础。     

Effect of thrombin on the apoptosis of hippocampal neurons in vitro

Hippocampal neurons were treated by thrombin and thrombin receptor activating peptides (TRAP). Cell survival rate was decreased in a dose-dependent manner by MTT assay. The numbers of apoptotic cell and apoptotic rate of hippocampal neurons treated by different concentrations of thrombin were increased in a dose-dependent manner by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) mediated dUTP-biotin nick end-labeling (TUNEL) method and Flow Cytometry. When the concentration of thrombin is 40 U/mL, TUNEL positive cells and apoptotic rate of hippocampal neurons reached peak value, were 27.3±4.0 and (29.333±4.633)%, respectively. Immunocytochemistry assay show that Bcl-2 protein expression was down-regulated and Bax protein expression was up-regulated with the concentration of thrombin increased. TRAP can mimic the effect of thrombin to induce apoptosis on hippocampal neurons. These data demonstrated that thrombin induced hippocampal neuron apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner through activating protease-activated protein-1 (PAR-1). The change in expression of Bcl-2 and Bax was related with the effect of high concentration thrombin induced apoptosis on hippocampal neurons. 一种新型双层PBG结构带阻滤波器

本文介绍了一种双层结构的基于村底打孔的PBG结构带阻滤波器，采用了周期结构与微带电路分离的设计。解决了传统的打孔结构的导带加工问题，并且有利于电路的加工和修改。最后给出了利用HFSS理论仿真和实际测量的结果，论证了这种结构的可行性     

Atomic-scale computer simulation for early precipitation process of Ni75AlxV25-x alloy with intermediate Al composition

The microscopic phase-field approach is applied to model the early precipitation process of Ni75AlxV25-x alloy. Without any prior assumptions, this model can be used to simulate the temporal evolution of arbitrary morphologies and microstructures on atomic scale. By simulating the atomic pictures, and calculating the order parameters and volume fraction of the θ (Ni3V) and γ'(Ni3Al) ordered phases, we study Ni75AlxV25-x alloys with Al composition of 0.05, 0. 053 and 0. 055 (atom fraction). Our calculated results show that,for these alloys, θ and γ' phases precipitate at the same time; with the increase of Al content, the amount of γ' phase increases and that of θ phase decreases; the precipitation characteristic of γ' phase transforms from Non-Classical Nucleation and Growth (NCNG) to Congruent Ordering Spinodal Decomposition (CO SD) gradually; otherwise, the precipitation characteristic of θ phase transforms from Congruent Ordering Spinodal Decomposition (CO SD) to Non-Classical Nucleation and Growth (NCNG) mechanism gradually. Both θ and γ' phases have undergone the transition process of mixture precipitation mechanism characterized by both NCNG and CO SD mechanisms. No incontinuous transition of precipitation mechanism has been found.     

A template of rat brain based on fMRI T*2 imaging

The development of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) technology has made it possible to carry out functional brain imaging experiments in small animals. Usually, group data is required to form the assessment of population, which can not only increase the sensitivity of the overall experiment, but also allow the generalization of the conclusion to the whole population. In order to average the signals of functional brain images from different subjects, it is necessary to put all the mapping images into the same standard space (template image). However, up to now, most animal brain templates remain unavailable and it must be done by ourselves. In this study, a template image based on the brains of eight male Wistar rats is obtained, and it is successfully used in our present Alzheimer disease (AD)-like rat model studies as template for spatially normalizing images to the same stereotaxical space. The fMRI results processed with statistical parametric mapping (SPM99) software are in agreement with the results from immunohistochemical experiment, which proves that this method is universally applicable to the pathologic models of other small animals and to human brain lesion studies.     

Modal extension rule

Modal logics are good candidates for a formal theory of agents. The efficiency of reasoning method in modal logics is very important, because it determines whether or not the reasoning method can be widely used in systems based on agent. In this paper, we modify the extension rule theorem proving method we presented before, and then apply it to P-logic that is translated from modal logic by functional transformation. At last, we give the proof of its soundness and completeness.
