高原山区碎块石土地基微型桩单桩下压荷载下的受力特征

采用双折线荷载传递函数,推导山区碎块石土地基微型桩在下压荷载作用下单桩受力的理论解,建立该类地基微型桩抗压承载力随桩长与桩径间的变化关系,评价不同下压荷载下桩端桩侧承担的荷载比例.结果表明:碎块石土地基中的微型桩,桩端承担的荷载比例随着下压荷载、桩径的增加而增大,随着桩长的增加而减小;下压荷载与桩顶位移的关系可分为两段...     

Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3薄膜的磁控溅射法制备与介电性能研究

用磁控溅射法在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si衬底上沉积Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3薄膜.研究沉积气压和衬底温度对BST薄膜结构及介电性能的影响.应用XRD和AFM表征薄膜的物相结构及其表面形貌,通过阻抗分析仪测量薄膜的介电性能.结果表明在3.0 Pa沉积气压和600℃衬底温度下制备的Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3薄膜有较好的微结构和介电性能.

设Г是一个直径d≥3的d-界距离正则图,x∈V(Г),P(x)是Г中包含x的所有强闭包子图的集合,并且P(x,i)是P(x)中所有直径为i的强闭包子图的集合.设￡(x,i)是P(x,i)中元素的交生成的集合.按反包含关系规定￡(x,i)的偏序,￡(x,i)记为￡R(x,i).利用M(o)bius反演公式计算了￡R((x,i)上的特征多项式X(PR(x),t).     

Fe含量对FePt磁性薄膜的微结构和磁特性的影响

用直流磁控溅射方法和原位退火工艺在玻璃基片上制备了FexPt100-x纳米颗粒膜.研究发现,Fe含量对FePt纳米颗粒膜的微结构和磁特性有很大的影响.矫顽力随Fe含量的增加而增大,当x=48时矫顽力Hc达到了1 040 kA/m,样品出现很好的有序化L10结构扫描探针显微镜(SPM)观察结果显示,所有样品具有横跨数个晶粒的粒状磁畴,Fe48Pt52的粗糙度Ra大约0.6 nm.     

男子110 m栏运动员身体素质敏感指标模型与成绩预测

在2004年全国田径大奖赛(南宁站、桂林站、石家庄站、北京站、合肥站)期间,对我国高水平男子110 m栏运动队的教练员、运动员进行问卷调查、访谈,并采用训练实地测试等方法,收集整理了有关男子110 m栏运动员专项身体素质的指标数据,通过数理统计分析,找出了影响我国男子110 m栏优秀运动员成绩的主要身体素质指标,并运用逐步回归的方法对7项身体素质指标进行筛选,建立了运动员身体素质敏感指标专项成绩预测模型.     

阿维菌素缓释微球的研制

以生物可降解材料聚乳酸(PLA)为载体,通过溶剂蒸发法制备了一种具有缓释性能的阿维菌素微球,研究了PLA的粘度及配比对微球制备以及释放度的影响.实验结果表明:随着PLA用量的减少,微球的粒径逐渐减小,释放速度逐渐加大;随着PLA粘度的增大,载药微球的表皮粗糙度加大,空隙也逐渐增大,释放加快.利用扫描电镜观察载药微球外观为单分散球体,表面粗糙,粒径为10～100 μm.用高效液相色谱法测定了微球内的药物含量并计算其包封率,利用差示扫描量热分析证明药物被微球有效包裹.     

Analysis of the human protein interactome and comparison with yeast, worm and fly interaction datasets

We present the first analysis of the human proteome with regard to interactions between proteins. We also compare the human interactome with the available interaction datasets from yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), worm (Caenorhabditis elegans) and fly (Drosophila melanogaster). Of >70,000 binary interactions, only 42 were common to human, worm and fly, and only 16 were common to all four datasets. An additional 36 interactions were common to fly and worm but were not observed in humans, although a coimmunoprecipitation assay showed that 9 of the interactions do occur in humans. A re-examination of the connectivity of essential genes in yeast and humans indicated that the available data do not support the presumption that the number of interaction partners can accurately predict whether a gene is essential. Finally, we found that proteins encoded by genes mutated in inherited genetic disorders are likely to interact with proteins known to cause similar disorders, suggesting the existence of disease subnetworks. The human interaction map constructed from our analysis should facilitate an integrative systems biology approach to elucidating the cellular networks that contribute to health and disease states.     

De novo mutations in the gene encoding STXBP1 (MUNC18-1) cause early infantile epileptic encephalopathy

Early infantile epileptic encephalopathy with suppression-burst (EIEE), also known as Ohtahara syndrome, is one of the most severe and earliest forms of epilepsy. Using array-based comparative genomic hybridization, we found a de novo 2.0-Mb microdeletion at 9q33.3-q34.11 in a girl with EIEE. Mutation analysis of candidate genes mapped to the deletion revealed that four unrelated individuals with EIEE had heterozygous missense mutations in the gene encoding syntaxin binding protein 1 (STXBP1). STXBP1 (also known as MUNC18-1) is an evolutionally conserved neuronal Sec1/Munc-18 (SM) protein that is essential in synaptic vesicle release in several species. Circular dichroism melting experiments revealed that a mutant form of the protein was significantly thermolabile compared to wild type. Furthermore, binding of the mutant protein to syntaxin was impaired. These findings suggest that haploinsufficiency of STXBP1 causes EIEE.

为了研究不完全市场对有违约风险欧式期权定价的影响,结合Klein的有违约风险期权处理方法和Cochrane与Saa-Requejo的不完全市场处理方法给有违约风险的欧式期权定价,得到不完全市场下有违约风险欧式期权的一般化定价公式.进一步推导出一些特定欧式期权的定价公式,并指出这些公式均为一般化定价公式的特例.结果表明定价公式结合了上述两个模型的优点,因此特别适合于给基于不可交易资产有违约风险期权定价.     

一种新型多DSP并行计算结构及其应用

传统的雷达信号处理系统的设计方法是针对特定应用的,因此系统的通用性差,而具有超级计算机体系结构的通用高速实时雷达信号处理系统有望解决这一问题。该系统的关键部件为担负具体计算任务的处理结点。首先提出了一种新型的、由5片ADSP-2106x构成的多DSP并行计算结构。它具有运算能力强、I/O带宽大、通信手段多样、能灵活地改变拓扑结构、可扩展、通用性强等特点。并且以此并行计算结构为核心设计实现了通用高速实时雷达信号处理系统的处理结点。
