Molecular dynamics simulation study on behaviors of liquid 1,2-dichloroethane under external electric fields

Molecular dynamics simulation was carried out to study the behavior of liquid 1,2-dichloroethane molecules under external electric fields including direct current field, alternating current field and positive-half-period cosin field. The maximum applied field strength was 10(8) V/m, the maximum frequency of the alternating current field and that of the positive-half-period cosine field was 10(12) Hz. The simulation revealed that the field type and field strength act on the population of the molecular configuration. In the strong direct current field, all trans forms converted completely into gauche forms. Order parameter and the correlation of the system torsion angle were also investigated. The results suggested that these two dynamical parameters depended also on the field type and the field strength. The maximum of order parameter was found to be at 0.6 in the strong direct current field.     

Polycrystalline ZnSx Se1—x thin films deposited on ITO glass by MBE

MBE growth of ZnSx Se1-x thin films on ITO coated glass substrates were carried out using ZnS and Se Sources with the substrate temperature ranging from 270℃ to 330℃.The XRD θ/2θ spectra resulted from these films indicated that the as-grown polycrystalline ZnSx Se1-x thin films had a preferred orientation along the (111) planes.The evaluated crystal sizes as deduced from the FWHM of the XRD layer peaks showed strong growth temperature dependence,with the optimized temperature being about 290℃.Both AFM and TEM measurements of these thin films also indicated a similar growth temperature dependence.Hing qual-ity ZnSx Se1-x thin film growm at the optimized temperature had the smoothest surface with lowest RMS valus of 1.2 nm and TEM cross-sectional micrograph showing a well defined columnar structure.     

Rearrangement mechanism of the sodium adducts of Fmoc protected amino acids

The cationized 9-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl (Fmoc) protected amino acids were analyzed by the electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS/MS). A rearrangement reaction leading to the C-terminal hydroxyl group transfer was observed. The sodium adducts of Fmoc-OH was formed. A possible rearrangement mechanism was proposed. The rearrangement reaction depended on the Fmoc group, metal ions and metal ion radius. It was shown that the Fmoc group has a strong affinity to the hydroxyl group in the gas phase.     

Interaction between PⅡ and NifA in Azospirillum brasilense Sp7

The interaction between PⅡ and NifA in A.brasilense Sp7 was investigated by using the yeast two-hybrid system.Our experimental results showed that PⅡ directly interacted with the entire NifA protein and its N-terminal domain,but did not interact with the central domin and the C-terminal domain of NifA.No interaction happened if glnB coding for PⅡ was frame-shift mutated.Pz,a homolog of PⅡ,had no interation with NifA.     

Reconstructing sea surface temperature,sea surface salinity and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in atmosphere in the Okinawa Trough during the Holocene and their paleoclimatic implications

The sediment core DGKS9603 collected from the Okinawa Trough was used as research target. By use of unsaturated indexU ^k₃₇ of long-chain alkenone, δ¹³C of POC and of planktonic foraminifera (G. sacculifer), the evolutions of sea surface temperature and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere during the Holocene were reconstructed in the Okinawa Trough. And in combination of δ¹⁸O of planktonic foraminifera, the relative difference of sea surface salinity during the Holocene was also reconstructed. Consequently, three cooling events (E₁-E₃) were identified, each of which occurred at 1.7-1.6, 5.1-4.8 and 8.1-7.4 kaBP (cal), respectively. Of the three events, E₂ and E₃ are globally comparable, their occurrence mechanism would be that the main stream of the Kuroshio Current shifted eastward due to the enhanced circulation of the northeastern Pacific Ocean, which was driven in turn by amplified intensity of sunshine and subsequent enhancement of subtropical high pressure; E₁ corresponds to the Small Ice-Age Event occurring between 1550 and 1850AD in China. In the Oki-nawa Trough, E₁ might be also related to the eastward shift of main stream of the Kuroshio current driven by powerful Asia winter monsoon.

大麦株高与其过氧化物酶同工酶关系初探

对大麦不同株高材料过氧化物酶同工酶的研究表明:大麦株高与穗下第2节间的过氧化物酶活性呈显著负相关。与胚芽鞘、剑叶、幼叶和幼根无相关性;所有供试材料胚芽鞘和穗下第2节间的过氧化物酶酶谱基本无差异,都显示了6条公共谱带。     

钙调素拮抗剂对荷瘤小鼠主要器官钙调素（CaM）水平的影响

本文采用磷酸二酯酶（ＰＤＥ）法,测定了小檗胺衍生物ＥＢＢ对荷Ｓ１８０瘤小鼠的主要器官和瘤体ＣａＭ含量的影响。实验结果表明,ＥＢＢ具有使荷瘤后小鼠脑、肺、肝、脾、肾五个主要器官ＣａＭ由不正常趋向正常的能力,而已知抗肿瘤药物丝裂霉素和环磷酰胺单独使用时此种能力较弱,但这两种抗肿瘤药物与ＥＢＢ联合作用时,能使荷瘤鼠诸器官的ＣａＭ水平趋向正常。结果提示,专一性强的ＣａＭ拮抗剂在抑制肿瘤的同时可能还具有维护
