Preparation, characterizationand preliminary in vivo studies of inactivated SARS-CoV vaccine

A large quantity of SARS-CoV virus was proliferated in Veto cells, inactivated with β-ptopiolactone, then purified by Sepharose 4FF column chromatography to prepare inactivated vaccine. The vaccine was identified by Western blot, mass spectrographic analysis, ELISA and electton microscopy. The vaccine with or without aluminum hydtoxide adjuvant was inoculated into female BALB/c mice at different dosages. The result showed that the antibodies to SARS-CoV were induced in the mice. The antibody levels induced by the vaccine with aluminum hydroxide were higher than those without aluminum hydroxide.     

全离子注入NPN型偶载场效应晶体管的离子注入工艺研究

通过trim软件和高斯模型对离子注入后快速退火载流子分布进行设计，初步构造出离子注入的分布图像，通过与实验结果比较，进一步完善模型，选用高斯与半高斯混合模型，得到了与实验结果更吻合的模拟方案，从而找到了研制NPN型偶载场效应晶体管(VDCFET)离子注入的最佳条件，并研制了性能良好的VDCFET。     

Instability of liquid film flowing down a linearly heated plate

The full-scale linear stability equations for a liquid film flowing down a linearly heated inclined plate are derived from the N-S equations, and the stability characters of both temporal and spatial modes are computed by using Chebyshev spectral collocation method. The effects of Weber numbers and Marangoni numbers on growth rate, marginal curve, critical Reynolds number, etc. Are investigated. An explicit dispersion relation under long-wave approximation, which is in exact agreement with Miladinova's one, is obtained and the limits of long-wave approximation are discussed.     

HA生物活性陶瓷涂层的爆炸喷涂与等离子喷涂

采用爆炸喷涂与等离子喷涂两种工艺制备ＨＡ生物活性陶瓷涂层,并对两种层进行对比研究．采有ＸＲＤ、ＳＥＭ等方法分析涂层的物相组成和显微结构．发现爆炸喷涂的涂层结构致密、结晶程度较高;等离子喷涂的涂层则具有较高的孔隙率,涂层非晶化现象明显．经适当温度热处理,两种涂层的结晶程度均可明显提高．     

Theoretical study on characteristic ionic radii

The characteristic radii for univalent cations and anions were defined by the classical turning point of the electron movement in an ion. The numerical results of the elements from firstto third-rows in the periodic table were obtained usingab initio method. The results correlate quite well with Pauling ionic radii and Shannon and Prewitt ionic radii.     

2-乙酰吡啶缩氨基脲与CuX_2配合物的合成与表征

合成了２－乙酰吡啶缩氨基脲与ＣｕＸ２（Ｘ＝Ｃｌ、ＮＯ３、ＯＡＣ、１／２ＳＯ４、ＮＣＳ）形成的５个配合物,并通过元素分析、摩尔电导、磁学性质、紫外光谱、红外光谱进行了表征．     

楤木育苗技术

通过在舟曲林区沙滩苗圃、茶岗苗圃进行楤木(Aralia chinensis L)种子育苗和插根育苗试验,均取得了成功,为建立楤木基地提供了育苗技术支撑。     

顺铂致小型猪急性肾衰模型

目的建立顺铂诱导的贵州小型猪急性肾功能衰竭模型。方法将贵州小型猪随机分为对照组和模型组。以4 mg/kg顺铂一次性腹腔注射,膀胱插管收集尿液,动态观察顺铂处理前后第0、1、3、6、24、48、96 h时段小型猪的尿量,检测尿中肌酐及尿素氮浓度,计算各时段肌酐和尿素氮的排出量。结果与对照组比较,模型组尿量和尿中肌酐、尿素氮的排出量显著减少。结论经顺铂4 mg/kg处理能复制出典型的贵州小型猪急性肾功能衰竭模型。     

火炬的优化设计

结合某厂40×104t／a催化裂化装置所设火炬，对火炬及火炬头的优化设计进行了初步探讨，提出了设计火炬中应注意的主要问题，供有关设计人员参考．     

级数项特解场法分析弹性地基板弯曲问题

通过对满足特定边界条件的Ｆｏｕｒｉｅｒ级数求得板的完备解．从而，此级数的每一项皆为齐次方程的特解，用它们来构造定解方程，求解原问题．算例表明，本方法算效高，精度好．
