Flocking of multi-robot systems with connectivity maintenance on directed graphs

Analysis and design techniques for cooperative flocking of nonholonomic multi-robot systems with connectivity maintenance on directed graphs are presented. First, a set of bounded and smoothly distributed control protocols are devised via carefully designing a class of bounded artificial potential fields （APF） which could guarantee the connectivity maintenance, col ision avoidance and distance stabilization simultaneously during the system evolution. The connectivity of the underlying network can be preserved, and the desired stable flocking behavior can be achieved provided that the initial communication topology is strongly connected rather than undirected or balanced, which relaxes the constraints for group topology and extends the previous work to more generalized directed graphs. Furthermore, the proposed control algorithm is extended to solve the flocking problem with a virtual leader. In this case, it is shown that al robots can asymptotically move with the desired velocity and orientation even if there is only one informed robot in the team. Finally, nontrivial simulations and experiments are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.     

Study of the interaction of DNA and histones by spin-stretching and droplet evaporation

Molecular combing is a powerful and simple method for aligning DNA molecules onto a surface. Using this technique combined with fluorescence microscopy, DNA-histone complexes are stretched on a hydrophobic polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) surface and observed directly. We have developed a new method to stretch single DNA-histone complexes, termed spin-stretching. The results show that the histones markedly enhance DNA binding to the PMMA surface. DNA winds around the histones and therefore decreases in length. The number of histones that bind to each DNA molecule is found to correlate with the histone concentration. The combed DNA-histone complexes are found to depend on two factors: the binding force on the surface and the centrifugal force at its local position. Na+ ions should compete with histones for binding to DNA; however, the observed competitive binding effect of Na+ ions at low concentrations was negligible.     

原发性干燥综合征血液系统损伤患者免疫学特性分析

目的 探讨原发性干燥综合征(primary sjogren syndrome,PSS)合并血液系统损伤患者免疫学特点.方法 选择158例PSS患者为研究对象,研究其临床表现、血常规情况、抗核抗体(antinuclearantibody,ANA)、抗SSA抗体、抗SSB抗体以及类风湿因子(rheumatoid factor,RF)检测结果,分析不同血液系统改变患者免疫学指标的特征.结果 158例PSS患者中存在血液系统损伤107例,发生率为67.7%;其中贫血69例(43.7%),血小板减少41例(25.9%),白细胞减少50例(31.6%).血液系统损伤组抗SSA抗体、抗SSB抗体阳性发生率均明显高于无血液系统损伤组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 血液系统损伤在PSS患者中较为常见,抗SSA和抗SSB抗体可能与PSS患者血液系统损伤的发生有关.     

叠置电厂热力系统局部定量分析理论的研究

基于等效热降理论，针对叠置机组热力系统的特殊性，提出了叠置电厂中压机组的功量指标转换系数ξ和热量指标转换系数ψ，利用这２个转换系数能简捷、快速地定量分析叠置机组热力系统变化对机组的经济指标的影响，进而得出了叠置电厂热力系统局部定量分析的数学模型．该模型的概念清晰、结果准确、计算方法与中压机组类型无关，并通过实例验证了定量分析模型的正确性和可行性，从而形成了叠置机组的热力系统的局部定量方法．     

灰色理论在矿井供电设计中的应用

本文采用灰色理论的关联分析法，结合计算实例对矿井供电方案进行优化选择。     

用于可控电子驱动装置的混合自适应控制器设计

设计出一种具有强稳定鲁棒性的混合自适应控制器，首次实现了可控电力驱动装置在机械或电力特性发生大范围和不可测变化时的稳定混合自适应控制。     

粉煤灰制取沸石分子筛的新进展

对近年来利用粉煤灰制取沸石分子筛的研究进行了分析和总结，着重从合成方法、反应机理、利用废液合成沸石，添加外加剂，反应仪器和设备，反应过程控制和粉煤灰合成沸石的应用研究等方面进行了阐述。     

紧致流熵对的性质及应用

证明了在紧致T2 空间中 ,一个具有正拓扑熵的流 (X ,T)必含有熵对 ,(X ,T)的熵对的全体是X×X的T×T -不变的集合 .而且 ,若π :(Y ,S) → (X ,T)为因子映射 ,(x,x′)为 (X ,T)的熵对 ,那么 (x ,x′)的逆像中含有 (Y ,S)的熵对 ;反之 ,若(y,y′)为 (Y ,S)的熵对 ,并且π(y) ≠π(y′) ,则 (π(y) ,π(y′) )为 (X ,T)的熵对 .进而利用熵对的这个性质可以说明极小零拓扑熵流与对角流的不交性以及流的极大零熵因子的存在性 .上述结果推广了Blanchard等人关于紧致度量空间上流的相应性质 .算例表明对分离性的要求是必须的
