Oil Gels Based on Styrene Butadiene Rubber

Four oil absorbents based on styrene butadiene (SBR), i.e., pure SBR (PS), 4. tert-butylstyrene-SBR (PBS), EPDM-SBR network (PES) and 4.tert-butylstyrene-EPDMSBR (PBES), were produced from crosslinking polymerization of uncured styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), 4-tert-butylstyrene (tBS) and ethylene-propylenc-diene terpolymer (EPDM). The reaction took place in toluene using benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as an initiator. Uncured SBR was used as both a pre-polymer and a crosslink agent in this work, and the crosslinked polymer was identified by IR spectroscopy. The oil absorbency of the crosslinked polymer was evaluated with the method ASTM (F726-81). The order of maximum oil absorbency was PBES>PBS>PES>PS. The maximum values of oil absorbency of PBES and PBS were 74.0g/g and 69.5g/g, respectively. Gel fractions and swelling kinetic constants, however, had the opposite sequences. The swelling kinetic constant of PS evaluated by an experimental equation was 49. 97×10~(-2)h~(-1).

Establishment of Knowledge Base Management System and the Type Selection of Mechanism for Mechanism Kinematic Scheme

Firstly data standardization technology and combined classification method have been applied to carry out classification of kinematic behaviors and mechanisms in the mapping field between the kinematic behavior level and the mechanism level of conceptual design. The principle of computer coding and storing have been built to give a fast and broad selection of mechanisms that meets the requirements of basic motion characters. Then on the basis of mentioned above, the heuristic matching propagation principle (HMPP) of kinematic behaviors and its true table serves as a guide to perform mechanism types selection. Finally an application is given to indicate its practicability and effectiveness.     

Study of Chunks Input Approach

This paper is to describe and investigate Chunks (Lexical Phrases) Input Approach in vocabulary learning strategies by means of achievement tests, questionnaire surveys and interviews. The study is to reveal how different learners combine different vocabulary learning strategies in their learning process. With the data collected, the author of this paper discusses and summarizes learners' individual differences in selecting vocabulary learning strategies with the hope of giving new insights into English teaching and learning.     

Synthesis of Water-dispersed Polyurethane Adhesive and Its Application in Pigment Printing

Water-dispersed polyurethane (PU) adhesive is a novel and highly efficient adhesive with broad application potential. In this study, the key parameters affecting the synthesis and application of this adhesive were examined, and optimal conditions were identified. The water-dispersed PU adhesive was successfully synthesized, and applied in the fastness test of pigment printing on cotton fabric. The data demonstrated that all the fastnesses of PU adhesive were better than that of the cenventional PA one.     

夏季高温环境户外作业服的热功能设计方法

夏季高温环境给户外作业人员带来了热危害,服装作为高温防护的重要手段之一,在夏季高温环境中的作用备受关注.为找到夏季户外作业服的高温防护方法,从户外高温的定义、表征方法以及人体热平衡机理出发,总结了影响人体热舒适的主要因素;基于防护服的一般设计模式,分析了目前服装中常用的高温防护措施;提出了"通过主动降温促进内热传递、利用被动隔热抑制外热传递"的作业服热防护机理,可为该类服装的热功能设计提供参考.     

柴油重质组分对有机可溶物中烷烃成分及其分布的影响

在一台SOFIM8140柴油机上,通过改变柴油中C14以上重质组分、添加润滑油和蓖麻油的方法,研究了柴油组分变化对有机可溶物(SOF)中烷烃的生成量、组分及其分布规律的影响;在一台WP12-336发动机上燃用二甲醚,且在均质充量压燃方式下考察了润滑油裂解生成SOF烷烃的特性。实验结果表明:在柴油中添加重质物或润滑油后的SOF质量排放量均有所增加,添加蓖麻油后则有所降低;SOF中烷烃成分及其分布规律不受燃料成分变化的影响,均是碳数为C15~C25的连续正烷烃,烷烃含量随碳数的增加呈现近似正态分布规律;在润滑油裂解生成SOF中烷烃的组分主要是碳数为C15~C25的正烷烃,但碳数不连续,各烷烃含量呈非正态分布。     

Sr4Al14O25：Eu^2＋，Dy^3＋长余辉发光材料的合成及正交实验设计法

研究了燃烧温度、Eu2+和Dy3+的搀杂量、助熔剂硼酸的加入量、尿素加入量及Al/Sr的比例对Sr4Al14O25:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料发光性能的影响,从而确定了长余辉发光材料Sr4Al14O25:Eu2+,Dy3+的最佳合成工艺. 对所得产物分别进行了XRD、TEM、荧光测试和亮度测试.结果表明: 磷光体存在 403和482 nm 2个发射峰,分别对应于Eu2+在基质中2种不同的存在方式,与传统的高温固相法相比发射主峰出现了蓝移;亮度测试找到了最佳的原料配比及合成条件.     

LiBaPO4：Eu^2＋的合成及发光特性

采用燃烧法结合高温还原技术合成了LiBaPO4:Eu2+的蓝色发光材料.用X射线衍射仪表征了材料的结构,表明形成了LiBaPO4物相;用荧光光谱仪测定了材料的发光性质.LiBaPO4:Eu2+的激发光谱峰值位于328 nm,发射光谱的峰值位于468 nm.研究了Eu2+掺入量以及助熔剂硼酸用量对LiBaPO4:Eu2+材料发光强度的影响规律.结果表明: 在LiBaPO4:Eu2+体系中加入适量的助熔剂有助于提高其发光性能.
