浅谈高层建筑火灾的扑救措施

随着经济和现代建筑事业的发展,用于不同用途的城镇高层建筑和超高层建筑越来越多.高层建筑的兴建,虽然丰富了城市空间的造型、增加了城市现代感,但由于高层建筑楼层高,功能复杂,设备繁多,一旦发生火灾,给扑救工作和人员疏散带来了很大的困难.因此,高层建筑火灾已成为我国消防队伍面临的新课题.     

基于B/S模式的中小企业员工管理系统的设计与实现

分析和设计了基于B/S模式的中小企业员工管理系统,在系统开发过程中采用了结构法分析,着重介绍了系统的各个功能模块的分析和开发,指出所开发的系统有助于加强中小企业员工的信息化管理,从而提高效率,创造更多的效益.     

企业知识库系统的设计与实现

本项目根据某客车厂业务过程需求,利用知识库技术进行模型构建,对企业日常通知、生产计划信息、物料信息及采购信息等进行分类、存储及检索,设计了通知管理模块、生产计划管理模块、物料管理模块及采购计划管理模块等功能模块,实现了企业知识系统的整体管理,从而提高企业工作效率及生产率.     

改进Zagoumenny还原法制备二苯甲醇

Zagoumenny是经典的二苯甲醇制备反应,在氢氧化钾存在下,二苯甲酮和乙醇在高压釜中完成反应.以乙二醇代替乙醇,反应能在常压下进行,最佳反应条件为n二苯甲酮∶n乙二醇∶n氢氧化钾=1∶33.3∶2.6,反应温度为178℃,反应时间为3.5h,收率为92.8%.产物结构用熔点仪、元素分析仪、气-质联用仪、红外光谱仪和核磁共振仪进行表征.     

A multiple-labelling method for cells using Au nanoparticles with different shapes

An important and difficult issue is simultaneously identifying the detailed locations of various molecules on the cell surface, as this identification requires a synergistic effect between more than one molecule in a living cell. Au nanoparticles (NPs) with different shapes can be readily recognised under low vacuum scanning electron microscopy (lvSEM). Anisotropic Au nanorods (NRs) possess unique surface plasmon resonance (SPR) properties, which can be further utilised for two photon luminescence (TPL) and other optical imaging techniques. In this paper, Au NRs and Au nanooctahedra (Au NOs) are introduced as biomarkers for ICAM-1 and Integrin β1. Combined with the advantages of lvSEM, this multiple-labelling method is a new method for studying the interactions between specific, functional molecules.     

集料尺寸和形状及掺合料对混凝土界面的影响

研究混凝土粗集料与砂浆在宏观尺度上的界面特性,并采用砂浆中的砂粒与粗集料的平均间距(简称界面平均间距)进行表征.结合雅砻江锦屏大坝集料品种,研究了球形和片状2种粗集料形状、2组粗集料尺寸,以及粉煤灰和石灰石粉的2个掺量(10%,20%)对界面平均间距的影响.结果表明,采用界面区砂粒与粗集料的平均间距能较好地反映界面区的宏观离析和均质性,测量使用也较简便.对于球形集料,大、小集料上方与下方的界面平均间距无显著差异,表明界面较均匀,离析不明显;而对于片状集料,随着尺寸增大,上、下方的界面平均间距的差异增大,表明大的片状集料下方产生了明显的离析.研究结果还表明,采用粉煤灰或石灰石粉部分等质量取代水泥,可以改善片状集料下方浆体的离析.     

Mapping CD20 molecules on the lymphoma cell surface using atomic force microscopy

Atomic force microscopy (AFM) was used to locate CD20 molecules on the surface of lymphoma Raji cells. Rituximab (a monoclonal antibody against CD20) molecules were linked onto the AFM tip via a polyethylene glycol (PEG) linker. Raji cells were adsorbed onto glass slides coated with poly-L-lysine. First, the CD20 distribution in a local area of the cell surface was visualized using the AFM lift scan mode. Second, 16 × 16 force curves were obtained from the same cell area to construct the CD20-rituximab binding force map. Finally, free rituximab was added to block the CD20 molecules on the cell surface and the lift phase image and CD20-rituximab force map were obtained again. The experimental results indicated that when the lift height was greater than the length of the PEG linker, no recognition sites were observed in the lift phase image. However, as the lift height decreased to the length of the PEG linker, some recognition sites were observed in the lift phase image and these sites were generally consistent with the pixels in the force map. After blocking, both the recognition sites in the lift phase image and the gray pixels in the binding force map decreased markedly. These results can improve our understanding of the distribution of protein molecules on the cell surface and facilitate further investigations into cellular functions.     

Enhancing site style tree construction algorithm

The World Wide Web has become a global information service center with a vast amount of news, advertisements, product and service information, and disparate information from diversified sources. However, only a small portion of information is truly relevant and useful to the users who are seeking information on specific topics. In this paper, common relations among nodes are taken into consideration when constructing site style tree, and a new node type is introduced. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has higher precision and recall.      

普拉提运动想象的脑电功率谱分析

神经可塑性技术和运动疗法已经在大脑功能障碍疾病的康复中得到了广泛应用,但仍然缺乏科学依据。针对此问题,本文对受过普拉提训练的大学生在静息和运动想象过程中脑电功率谱进行分析。结果发现与静息状态相比,普拉提运动想象会引起整个脑区的Alpha主峰频率显著增加,前额和额中央区的Beta主峰频率显著增加。该研究统计结果表明普拉提运动确实能够改善大脑神经网络之间的连接,进而影响特定脑区的功能,这可能为将来普拉提运动的推广和将普拉提运动想象应用于脑功能疾病康复领域提供了参考依据。     

新时期高校院所国家科技经费管理现状及对策

＂十二五＂时期,我国将进入以创新促转型,以转型促发展的新阶段,面对促进经济转型、创新发展模式的艰巨任务,高校院所是我国开展创新科学研究的一支重要力量。近年来,随着高等教育事业的蓬勃发展,高校院所承担的科研项目和筹措的科技经费均呈现大幅度增长,科技经费已成为高校院所重要的资金来源之一。如何提高国家科技经费的使用率、更好发挥国家财政科技经费的引导作用,是我国提高科技创新能力的一个重要任务。为提高国家财政科技经费资金使用效益,确保科研工作健康发展,需高度重视、加强高校院所国家财政科技经费管理及对策研究。
