Microsatellite DNA analysis proves nucleus of interspecies reconstructed blastocyst coming from that of donor giant panda

A method for DNA isolation from early development of blastocyst and further analysis of nuclear and mitochondrial DNA was developed in present study. Total DNA was prepared from interspecies reconstructed blastocyst and a giant panda specific microsatellite locus g⁰¹⁰ was successfully amplified. DNA sequencing of the PCR product showed that two sequences of reconstructed blastocysts are the same as that of positive control giant panda. Our results prove that the nucleus of interspecies reconstructed blastocyst comes from somatic nucleus of donor giant panda.     

Geologic relationships and geochronology of the Cenozoic volcanoes and interbedded weathered mantles of Yulinshan in Qiangtang, North Tibet

The Yulinshan accumulations of volcanic rocks and interbedded weathered mantles provide a unique chance for studying the processes and environment of the formation of the planation surface in central Tibetan Plateau. Geochemical,⁴⁰Ar/³⁹Ar and K/Ar geochronologic investigations of the weathered mantles and high-potassium volcanic rocks reveal that the volcano-weathered mantle accumulations formed under arid or semi-arid subtropic environment in 30–24 Ma. The sole planation surface of the Qiangtang region finally formed in about 20 Ma.     

Orogen-parallel extension in Himalays:Is it the indicator of collapse or the product in process of compressive uplift?

Extensional structures developed extensively in Himalaya with their strikes perpendicular to that of the orogenic belt. The studies of such structures in Qusum, Burang, Lhozhag, Nyalam and Yadong show that they represent an orogen-parallel extension. The basins produced by the extension experienced orogen-perpendicular compression during their formation. The ages of the extension rang from 16 to 13 Ma and coincide with the intensive compressive stage in Southeastern Asia. Therefore, the extension is syn-shortening and the dominate tectonic movement in Himalaya was compression and uplift during the extension. The extension was the partition of compressive deformation rather than the indicator for the collapse and falling of the Tibetan Plateau.     

The electron-beam (EB) irradiation and grafting of acrylic monomers onto EPDM copolymer

Radiation techniques (electron-beam, γ-ray, etc.) are usually used for improving the compatibility between polymer and ingredients in composite materials. Electron-beam pre-irradiation has been used for the first time to enhance the flame retardance of EVA copolymer. Efforts are being made to decline the flammability for EPDM copolymer by EB technique and remarkable reduction has been attained through a series of treatments: pre-irradiation, grafting and saponification.     

上消化道出血的观察与护理

本文对1996年-1999年我科ICU收治的22例上消化道出血病人的观察与处理作了总结分析.22例中治愈好转18例,死亡4例,好转率为82%.及时发现病情变化,及时正确的处理,提高了抢救成功率,降低了死亡率.     

可编程控制器在多层喷射沉积制备管坯工艺中的应用

多层喷射沉积是一种新型的喷射沉积工艺 .对制备大厚壁管有着其优越性 ,但存在着开头难以保证的缺点 .作者分析了开头难以保证所形成的原因 .介绍了QA2 2 1 2系列可编程控制器在解决多层喷射沉积管坯形状问题中的应用 ,可更加有效地控制管坯的形状     

深冷处理下铝和铝合金的晶粒转动

在80K,47～60h条件下,对1～8系12种铝合金进行了深冷处理．通过研究发现,长时间的深冷处理可以使铝和铝合金的XRD衍射峰值的强弱发生明显的变化,即深冷处理使铝和铝合金晶粒发生了转动,出现了择优取向即织构现象．为了进一步证实这种现象,对深冷处理前后的高纯电容铝箔进行了面密度扫描,并计算了各(HKL)晶面的轴密度ρ(HKL)和晶面占参与衍射的晶面总数的比A(HKL)．此外,对深冷处理下铝和铝合金发生晶粒转动的机理进行了讨论．结果表明,从高纯电容铝箔轧制材和工业纯铝(1230合金)的挤压材深冷处理后的衍射峰值增强并非同一衍射晶面,可以认为深冷处理引起的择优取向不仅取决于铝合金的成分,还与加工工艺有关

鸣禽间脑听觉卵圆核壳区脑啡肽的免疫组织化学？…

应用尼氏染色及脑啡肽免疫组织化学方法研究了鸣禽白腰文鸟（Ｌｏｎｃｈｕｒａ ｓｔｒｉａｔａ）间脑听觉中－卵圆核（ｎ．Ｏｖｏｉｄａｌｉｓ Ｏｖ）中心核及其壳区（ｓｈｅｌｌ）的形态学特征,再应用神经示踪剂ＢＤＡ（ｂｉｏｔｉｏｎｙｌａｔｅｄ ｄｅｘｔｒａｎ ａｍｉｎｅ）对壳区的神经投射了研究,结果发现（１）脑啡肽免疫组织方法尼氏染色更能区分中心核及壳区,仅Ｏｖ壳区存在脑啡肽纤维或细胞,而忠订户站不存在;     

非线性系统的鲁棒H∞输出反馈控制

研究了在实际中具有工程背景的一类不确定非线性系统的鲁棒H∞控制问题.该系统的非线性不确定性不仅与状态变量有关,而且与状态变量的微分有关.该不确定性用有界范数来刻画.文中用耗散理论,基于Hamilton-Jacobi不等式,得到了确保闭环系统局部渐近稳定且L2增益有限的充分条件及输出反馈控制器的设计算法.
