配位吸附波测定粮食中的痕量钼

在0.1 mol/L HAc-NaAc(pH=3.7)介质中,Mo(Ⅵ)-NCP配合物在2.5次微分极谱图上产生良好的吸附还原波。其峰电位为-0.54 V,峰电流与Mo(Ⅵ)浓度在8.0×10-8～6.0×10-6mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为5.0×10～8mol/L。应用该法测定了豆类样品中的微量钼,获得了满意的结果。研究了配合物的组成,极谱波的性质及其机理。

Synthesis and Characterization of Porphyrin-Trisbenzimidazole Dinucleating Ligand and Its Heterodinuclear Complex as CcO Active Site Model

A new dinucleating ligand having two metal-binding sites has been designed and synthesized as model ligand for Cytochrome c Oxidase. The corresponding heterodi-nuclear complex, as an active site model of Cytochrome c Oxidase, consisting of a porphyrinatocobalt compound covalently linked with a copper derivative of tris(2-benzimidazylmethyl) amine bearing three benzimidazole ligands for copper was synthesized and spectroscopically characterized. The spectra data suggest that there are interactions between the cobalt and copper coordination units. The cobalt is coordinated to four central nitrogens of the porphyrin and the copper has pentaco-ordinate geometry with the four tertiary amine nitrogens and a chloride.     

Mechanical Studies on Treatment of Malignant Tumour by Ultralow Frequency Pulsed-Gradient Magnetic Fields

Ultralow frequency (ULF) pulsed-gradient magnetic field (with the maximum intensity of 0.6-2.0 T, gradient of 10-100 T·m-1, pulse width of 20-200 ms and frequency of 0. 16-1. 34 Hz) treatment of mice can inhibit murine malignant tumour growth and can induce apoptosis of cancer cell. The apoptotic cancer cell contracted, became rounder and divorced from adjacent cells; the heterochromatin condensed and coagulated together along the inner side of the nuclear membrane; the endoplasmic reticulums expanded and fused with the cellular membrane; many apoptotic bodies which were packed by the cellular membrane appeared and were devoured by some lymphocytes and plasma. By Lorentz force the magnetic field keeps the moving ions within bounds of Larmor radius. Thus, penetrating capability of the positive and negative ions through the cell membrane was affected, even the role on the cell membrane formed.

N-terminal of L protein of vesicular stomatitis virus contains a new signal sequence

The L protein (241kD) of vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) is the most important snbnnit of the replication complex. The existence of specific localization signal in the L protein was investigated by making recombinant constructs expressing truncated mutants of the L protein fused to green fluorescent protein (GFP) in transient transfection assays. The chimeric genes encoding varied N-terminal of L and GFP gene were put under the control of T7 promoter or CMV promoter. The fusion proteins were transiently expressed in BHK-21, COS-7, CHO or Hep G2 cells. When more than 120 residues were deleted or only 96 residues were kept on the N-terminal, the fusion proteins were shown to be distributed throughout the cells, cytoplasm and nucleus under the confocal microscope. However, other chimeric proteins with 120 or more amino acids were dotted and distributed in the perinuclear regions. And the fusion protein with 96—120 aa has the similar distribution. A thirteen-residue peptide QGYSFLHEVDKEA (108—120) was identified as localization signal, whose function would be absolutely distributed with the deficiency of D or V. Our results show that there is an independent localizing signal in N-terminal domain of L protein of VSV and this functional signal is conserved in different cell lines.     

Contributions of different land cover types in Otindag Sandy Land and Bashang area of Hebei Province to the material source of sand stormy weather in Beijing

Different land cover types in Otindag Sandy Land and Bashang area of Hebei Province are linked to a material source of sand stormy weather in Beijing based on results of field vegetation and soil survey and laboratory works. Results of grain size analysis show that dust release potential in per unit area of moving sandy land is small,while lowland meadow and meadow steppe in stony hills have high potential of releasing dusts in per unit area during sand stormy weather occurrence. Further considering the effects of vegetation, it is inferred that the moving sandy land served as a material source of past dust storm and the possibility of dust release in per unit area is low in current time.Typical steppe in stony hills is undergoing desertification and its dust release possibility in per unit area is high. Farmland has strong potential of release dusts when they are ploughed in spring, but a large amount of therophytes grow and thus prevent dusts from release when cultivation was terminated.Potentials of dust release in per unit area in fixed sand dunes,stony mountain meadow steppe and low land meadow are lowdue to high cover of perennials. Sand dune reactivation and desiccation of lakes and lowlands under estimated future climatic change will make them serve as a future material source of sand stormy weather.     

WASP6系统在三峡库区水质仿真中的应用

以1996—2002年三峡库区干流代表性断面水质监测资料为基础，运用WASP6系统对三峡库区水质进行了模拟与预测．结果表明，模拟值与实测值吻合较好，相对误差在15％以下的占92％；在维持现有污染负荷不变的情况下，蓄水前后水质变化不大，各断面水质均可达到地面水环境质量标准中的Ⅲ类或Ⅱ类水质标准；低水位运行的情况下，各断面的水质明显好于高水位运行情况．     

过渡金属表面反应能量学计算系统的开发

利用VB6．0和Access7．0开发了过渡金属表面反应能量学的计算系统．该软件基于UBI-QEP的理论方法．采用模块化设计．其功能模块有3个：(1)数据库模块．利用该模块可以实现气相解离能以及小吸附基团在各种过渡金属表面吸附热的查询、添加与修改；(2)化学吸附热计算模块，利用该模块可以调用数据库中的数据对吸附基团在不同吸附方式的吸附热进行计算；(3)基元反应的活化能垒计算模块．利用该模块可以对基元反应的活化内能进行计算，进而分析其反应的难易与历程．该系统实现了UBI-QEP的理论方法计算的程序化，可用于多相催化反应的催化剂优选和机理探讨．
