SnO2:(Sb,In)透明导电薄膜的制备及其性能研究

采用溶胶凝胶(Sol-Gel)技术制备了SnO2∶(Sb,In)薄膜,优化了制备工艺参数,应用差示扫描量热仪-热重分析仪(DSC-TGA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等手段对薄膜进行了表征.结果表明,氯化亚锡、乙醇和水摩尔比为1∶20∶4时成胶状态最佳,当锑和铟的掺杂量分别为7 %和4 %时,在500 ℃氮、氢混合气氛下煅烧2 h制备的薄膜表面平整,方块电阻大约为40.5 Ω,紫外-可见光透射率达88 %.     

Scanning for sisnatures of geosraphically restricted selection based on population genomics analysis

Natural selection, as the driving force of human evolution, has direct impact on population differentiation. However, it is still unclear to what extent the genetic differentiation has been caused by natural selection. To explore this question, we performed a genome-wide scan with single nucleotide polymorphism （SNP） data from the International HapMap Project. Single locus FsTanalysis was applied to assess the frequency difference among populations in autosomes. Based on the empirical distribution of FsT, we identified 12669 SNPs correlating to population differentiation and 1853 candidate genes subjected to geographic restricted natural selection. Further interpretation of gene ontogeny revealed 121 categories of biological process with the enrichments of candidate genes. Our results suggest that natural selection may play an important role in human population differentiation. In addition, our analysis provides new clues as well as research methods for our understanding of population differentiation and natural selection.     

Research of Inclusion Complexation of 4,4＇-Thiodiphenol Effected by β-Cyclodextrin in Aqueous Solutions and the Effect on Photodegradation

The inclusion behavior of 4, 4＇ -Thiodiphenol （TDP）, a typical bisphenol and endocrine disruptor, reacts with β-cyclodextrin （β-CD） in aqueous solutions has been investigated by means of UV absorption spectrum and quantum-chemical calculation with Gaussian 98 software. The results show that the inclusion behavior of TDP is quite different in acidic solutions （pH 5.9） from that in alkaline solutions （pH 10.0）. This behavior difference is attributed to the different formula structures in aqueous solutions at acidic and alkaline pH values that are demonstrated by quantum- chemical modeling and calculation. TDP forms a 1 ： 1 fl-CD inclusion complex in aqueous solutions. The equiiibrium constant K was calculated to be 553.49 L/mol at pH 5.9 and 1 318.20 L/mol at pH 10.0 respectively for the inclusion complex reaction by using the modified Benesi-Heldbrand equation. After inclusion TDP＇s structure is changed especially at the inclusion part with the bond order becoming larger, which results in inhibitive photodegradation during direct photooxidation and H2O2 assisted photooxidation.     

生物材料应用于脊髓损伤修复的研究进展

脊髓损伤是人类致残率最高的疾患之一。治疗脊髓损伤的趋势是联合应用多种技术和手段,创造出最适宜神经细胞再生恢复的环境,达到功能恢复的目的。生物材料在结构和功能上的优良性质使得它在脊髓损伤和修复中具有很好的应用前景。近年来兴起的组织工程学方法更为脊髓损伤的治疗带来新思路,即通过种子细胞—支架材料—神经营养因子复合物修复受损脊髓。本文回顾了近年来组织工程支架和细胞载体系统在脊髓损伤修复中的应用,展示了生物材料在组织工程和细胞分子治疗策略中的优越性。

Design study for the cascaded HGHG experiment based on the SDUV-FEL

Cascading stages of high-gain harmonic generation(HGHG) free electron laser(FEL) is a promising way to produce fully coherent X-ray radiation.As a test facility for modern FEL R&D,the Shanghai deep ultraviolet FEL(SDUV-FEL) is now under upgrading for the cascading two stages of HGHG experiment.Since the energy of the electron beam is as low as about 185 MeV after upgrade,the total harmonic number of this two stages HGHG is only 2×2,and the wavelength of the final radiation is 196.5 nm which is the 4th harmonic of the 786 nm seed laser.With help of three-dimensional simulation codes,design studies on the FEL physics for the cascaded HGHG experiment are present based on the parameters of the upgraded SDUV-FEL facility.It is found from the simulation results that the part of the electron beam which has been used in the first stage can still generate powerful radiation in the radiator of the second stage,and this radiation will be difficult to be separated from the radiation generated by the fresh part of the electron beam.To overcome this problem,a novel method based on the energy spectrum of the electron beam is proposed in this paper to demonstrate the "fresh bunch" technique.     

一些气体的制备和性质实验的微型设计

有限单元法 并行稀疏静力学和本征值求解

有限单元法（FEM）及其软件是求解大型工程应用的最有效工具之一。在这类应用问题中，有效的方程和本征值求解器扮演着至关重要的角色。稀疏矩阵及其求解技术已经足够成熟并在商用软件中实现。然而，截至目前，关于稀疏系数方程求解、Lanczos域分解或FEM并行计算的详细介绍的书籍尚不多见。

研究测定铜矿石堆浸液中Cu（Ⅰ）的新方法．该法用沉淀络合剂从混合液中将Cu（Ⅰ）沉淀分离出来，用KIO3滴定，具有简便、快速、准确、可靠等特点，应用于实际样品的测定中，其结果与络量法一致．
